I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash. The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.

Superb location and cleanliness! Few steps from major train stations and bus stops. Walking distance to major attractions and city center. The female dorm room is spacious and comfortable despite the number of beds. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms which are so clean too. All the staff are kind and friendly. There’s a rooftop where you can chill when it’s nice weather. Nearby there are eateries from fast food to proper restaurants, and a nice small square where locals gather to relax. Kitchen is clean. AC works so well in the room and common area which is rare in France. But they should turn off the AC in the kitchen when not in use and also leave it at minimum 26 Celsius degrees to save electricity.

La posizione era eccellente e il personale era molto gentile e amichevole n parlava inglese, ma c’erano moschee nella mia stanza che potevo sbarazzarmi di n era annoiante. Il personale ha anche aiutato a prenotare un taxi per me per il mio viaggio all'aeroporto di Toulouse. Raccomanderò l'hotel ai miei amici e ritornerò a stare se torno a Toulouse. Mi hanno anche permesso di immagazzinare il mio bagaglio dopo aver controllato.

La posizione è eccellente. E 'molto vicino alla stazione Sant Roque, che è la stazione centrale della cura. Situato nella zona antica molto vicino alle attrazioni turistiche. Buon servizio. È un ostello aperto un mese fa. Come migliorarli suggerire che ci siano più docce fuori dalle camere, può essere fastidioso per gli altri ospiti se uso se sono in riposo. Passa anche vicino la tram quindi portare tappeti.

Molto stile di campagna hotel antico, ambiente pulito e buon posto per le vacanze

Un luogo ideale per perdere nel mezzo dei corrieri. Le camere sono semplici e pulite, così come i sanitari. Le camere comuni grandi, dotate e pratiche. Se fa bella la grande corte è arredata. Il fuoco è accennato per le vostre griglie. E' una miscela tra un hotel e il campeggio, proprio quello che volevamo.
