Esperienza deludente 🫣 Ho avuto un soggiorno piuttosto spiacevole presso gli *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* a Trapani. Innanzitutto, la situazione del parcheggio è molto ingannevole. Viene pubblicizzato come ”parcheggio gratuito vicino alla struttura”, ma in realtà all'arrivo vi verrà consegnato un biglietto da visita con il nome di un parcheggio situato a 3 km di distanza, in una zona industriale oltre il porto. Offrono un servizio navetta gratuito da e per il parcheggio, ma preparatevi ad aspettare. Anche se concordate l'orario di ritiro, probabilmente dovrete chiamare e chiedere ”Dove siete?” quando sarà il momento. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento in sé, purtroppo, era tutt'altro che accogliente. L'edificio non riceve quasi mai luce solare, quindi l'ambiente è buio e freddo. Di notte congelavo sotto una coperta sottilissima. La finestra del bagno si apre sulle scale comuni, quindi si sentono le persone che entrano ed escono, e persino i rumori provenienti dai bagni vicini, il che non è proprio piacevole. La posizione è centrale, ma questo significa anche molto rumore proveniente dalla strada. C'è un bar proprio sotto le finestre. Sono stato fortunato perché era un giorno feriale e chiudevano verso le 23:00, ma non senza il rumore dei cassonetti e delle persiane sbattute. Le conversazioni delle persone al piano di sotto si sentono facilmente all'interno della stanza. A dire il vero, l'appartamento era pulito, che è probabilmente l'unica nota positiva che posso menzionare. In sintesi, se soggiornate a Trapani solo per un giorno o due, vi consiglio di prenotare un hotel, qualcosa di più accogliente e meglio gestito. E a meno che non viaggiate senza auto e abbiate intenzione di trascorrere tutto il tempo in centro città, questo posto potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore. Per me, è stata un'esperienza complessivamente deludente.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno presso Taormina Infinity Suites. Prima della nostra arrivo, la comunicazione via WhatsApp era semplice ed efficiente. L'ospite ha sempre risposto in fretta, rendendo il processo di check-in facile e senza stress. Benché siamo arrivati tardi la sera, l'ospite ci ha accolti con il benvenuto e ci ha aiutato a portare il nostro bagaglio a piedi. La piscina al tetto era un vero e proprio accento. L'acqua era molto pulita, l'atmosfera era rilassante e piacevole. La stanza era ben progettata, e si poteva vedere chiaramente la cura e l'attenzione che avevano fatto in ogni dettaglio. Dopo l'uscita, l'ospite ci ha aiutato gentilemente con il nostro bagaglio e ha organizzato un taxi alla stazione ferroviaria, che ci ha salvato molta difficoltà e ha reso molto più facile la nostra partenza. La cosa che ci ha colpito più è stata la vera ospitalità e l’attenzione ai dettagli durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci siamo sentiti molto attenti e saremmo stati felici di rimanere qui di nuovo. Molto raccomandato. La posizione non poteva essere migliore solo a pochi passi dalla Piazza IX Aprile e in una facile raggiungimento delle principali attrazioni, ristoranti e negozi di Taormina.

The owners were very nice and the location was fantastic. The junior suite was very basic. The coffee machine is in the reception area not in the apartment. There is no kettle in the apartment. On arrival they gave us a set of keys. You cannot separate the keys. One of the keys is for all electric in the apartment including the air conditioning. it is advertised as an air conditioned apartment. However with the temperature for the last 4 days being around 36c. You have to take the keys out to lock the apartment so the air conditioning is not on. When you return the apartment was very warm. you have to put the key in for the electricity and get the air conditioning working. It then takes 2 to 3 hour to get it cool. You are paying for an Air condoned apartment. It should be up to you when the air conditioning is on. A separate key should be given to leave the air conditioning on. It really does spoil a vacation having to wait for the apartment to get cool.

Location surrounding is crap. I went by navigator with a suitcase from central railway station about 15 min because the roads are not for suitcases, cracked pavement everywhere. It’s better to take a car or tram 1 for 2 stops from railway. It’s really apartment in a crap residential building. 3rd floor (like 4tth) without a lift with narrow stairs with no lighting in the evening. You don’t see where insert 3 keys in locks (3doors to enter). My room faced the noisy busy road. There 2 rooms inside, looks nice, no microwave, but clean. Area looks dangerous in the evening. Owner lady is nice and helpful. She tries to do her best!

the stay was amazing! the host and staff are very helpful and nice people! the location is definitely one of the best things, super convenient. the facilities look and feel recently renovated and the room was clean. the host even shared some food recommendations very close to the hotel and all were amazing! they were also very helpful in booking airport transfer for us and was great service and very cost effective. overall is very good value. i would highly recommend this stay.

What a fantastic place. We needed one last night in Catania bear the amphitheatre and we got lucky. Huge rooms- including an upstairs kitchen and sitting area, toif terace, and done with a modern and clean finish and a super comfy bed. Views of Etna from upstairs roof terrace. Loved the coffee machine and the little extras. For what we got - one of the best rooms we have ever had and at a very reasonable price indeed. Cannot recommend enough.

Service was excellent, we got all we need and asked for(glasses for wine, new sunbed) Location is perfect, directly on the beach and walking path to Trapani... Parking provided and secured, just next to the building. Behind building there is a good bakery, what is also conveniant... Only minor flaw - street noice comming through the window of a bedroom during night and early morning, so we have to close the window...

Great place to stay in Catania. This was perfect for my trip- I was in the final days of a nearly 3 week holiday, and just wanted somewhere comfortable and relatively close to sites to relax. I was there during Christmas and the days after, so having an apartment was perfect. I was able to cook, relax, and everything I wanted to see was a short walk away. I would 100% recommend again.

Molto felice con il nostro soggiorno. L'ospite, Domenico è molto accogliente, perché ci ha permesso di entrare a 11an invece di 2:00. Ci ha incontrati personalmente alla porta quando siamo arrivati.L'appartamento è molto deliziosamente decorato con tutte le strutture di top notch. La posizione è anche molto conveniente, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Palermo Lolli. In generale, darei a questo posto un alto 5 stelle.
