Overall good experience. Can be improved but overall not bad

There was a patron who was in a heated argument with front desk staff when we first arrived about them not refunding him his $50 damage deposit. The patron was belligerent with the staff. He eventually was taken away in a taxi. This all happened as we were just arriving which gave us a bit of a feeling of uneasiness on whether we had made the right decision on staying at this hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating to us though. In the end, everything was fine.

The room was nice, and the property have a view of the river, but the outside area was a little disappointing. The back of the hotel had RVs there and that area was unkept. The font facing the river was a wood boardwalk that had chairs but there was no privacy. Again the room had a well appointed kitchen and the living area was nice. This motel would be best suited for longer stays when cooking in was important.

Great location right on the waterfront. Beds are comfortable. However, the hotel needs renovations - the furniture is badly worn, there is a hole in the bathroom ceiling, the shower tiles are dirty, the walls are scratched and dirty, and there is mold growing on the window sill. Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best. Could hear screaming kids, so no sound proofing. Do not plan to return again.

Great place. Had all the utensils required for cooking. Wonderful for families. Thanks for catering us even though we were late check in 😀loved that it was close to a grocery store right opposite. Would love to stay again. Also the kids had a great time playing at the playground right opposite!

Friendly staff. Room is clean. I booked the room with kitchen, it is very good for a family, simply cook food, and enjoy own quiet leisure. Will come again.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa gita e ci piaceva. Era così pulita. La nostra stanza sembrava nuova/nuovamente ristrutturata. AC funzionava bene. Il check-in e il check-out era così facile. Il personale era bello e sorridente tutto il tempo. Certamente rimarremo qui se torneremo mai. Molto raccomandato.

Grande servizio e esperienza in PEI, controlliamo quel giorno era Natale, ospitato ci ha dato un cioccolato per Natale. Questo è molto dolce, abbiamo un bel tempo di soggiorno in hotel. Ci sono cookie tariffarie in lobby per il giorno. Bello posto in PEI!!!

The receptionist was nice enough to answer my questions. Helped me cancel on the same day and provided a full refund. The Filipino staff was nice too. Overall, it was a worth the price stay with this hotel.

Il personale era molto carino e utile, e c'erano parcheggi gratuiti e molti negozi e ristoranti sul lato opposto della strada.
