The location is perfect, very close to the bus station, and the most best bakery is near here!Also it’s close to the Main Street and the restaurant is everywhere, coffee as well
Besides the staff is very friendly and kindly help to use the kitchen.
Everything is clean and tidy here, every time I come to Hobart it’s the only one I will stay in.
And the price is very reasonable!

I check in late and check out early. So i don’t know how service is great.
You can check in after 5pm by call.
According to the information i’ve seen, if you check in after midnight, you will have to pay an additional fee.

Beautiful house, bedroom and great balcony view. Friendly and helpful staff, clean house. I didn't like the bunk beds in my bedroom. Nice neighborhood near Salamanca market. House full of young guests. It was kind of noisy, but they quick went to bed and was quiet. Wifi doesn't work well, too many guests. I gound my bed too soft. But I would stay again.

Shout out to the ****** who wake up at 5 am stand around talking and wake everyone up and then start their noisy cars and leave to go to another hotel.

UUtente ospiteClean pod and was lucky to have considerate neighbours, making my stay better! Hotel was nice to arrange self check-in for arrivals outside of reception hours and clear instructions were sent ahead of time. Remember to bring your own slippers to go to the bathroom unless you’re okay barefooted!

FFionaThe location was so close to Port Arthur Historic Site. We had an early night after having dinner there as they have a bar and restaurant on site. Dinner was good, service was great. Food came within 30 to 45 minutes wait time. We needed to use the laundry service onsite, and the cost of 4 x $1 coin to operate washer and same price for tumble dryer. There was not enough site parking near our room so we had to go right to the end and park at overflow parking. Internet wifi was available but very slow. The shower was a very tight space with a shower curtain enclosure. Toiletries like hair shampoo, soap bar, body wash and conditioner were supplied. Beds and towels were all clean and up to standards. Great for a one night stay for family.

UUtente ospiteVery good place. Kids loves it. Place was big, we love it. We just wish the heater can heat the whole place, but unfortunately, it can only heat (warm) upstairs when its really cold. Also, there’s a strong smell when you open the door, between kitchen and toilet/shower room. Can’t describe the smell, but very strong. Also, if you will need to cook, you must bring your own pan/sauce pan as those ones inside the kitchen cupboard was rusty/old. We don’t mind it for 1 day stay though. We’ll definetely book again, one day 👍 #Room17

SSwanna HYou get what you paid for. A very run down motel in need of a renovation. The pictures looks like it was taken a long time ago, definitely didn’t look like that condition.
There are no stairs, so be prepared to climb up with luggage. The toilet was so old that the plastic was crusty. The shower curtains were hanging for its dear life on 2 rings left. The room was quite dark and scary with missing lights. There was a fluorescent light just lying on the floor. The ceiling had some water damage previously causing maybe a hole or cracks in the ceiling, so they patched it up with a board with 2 out of the 4 screws still intact. It looked very unsafe and could fall any time.

DDuoduodehaobabaLa posizione è buona, non lontano dal porto. Se effettui il check-in di sabato, gira a destra per due minuti e troverai il mercato di Salamanca. C'è una cucina in camera. Comodo per raggiungere il supermercato in auto. Non nuovo ma va bene, l'ascensore fa un po' paura e trema quando si ferma. Inoltre, il parcheggio non è abbastanza grande. Se ogni camera è guidata in auto, si stima che il parcheggio non sia sufficiente, ma è gratuito quando si parcheggia.

NNormannThe guest house enjoys a prime location, and the check - in process is a breeze. The rooms are not only spotlessly clean but also possess a unique charm. Should my friends plan a visit to Stanley, I will definitely recommend they stay here.
