Clean and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds with good linen. Has a bath and sauna downstairs as well but is normal water, not onsen water. Location is not near a train station but has a bus stop around 5 mins walk away. Parking for cars is 1500 yen per night, has limited slots and first come first served. Value for money stay and will recommend :)

Esperienza overall buona. Andiamo in ordine. Posizione: siamo arrivati a sera tardi ed abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nel trovare l’ingresso dell’hotel - in quanto è dal 4to al 13mo piano di un edifico/ centro commerciale. Una volta trovato l’ingresso il self check-in (ed anche il check out) stato veloce e funzionale. Stanze: piccoline ma con tutto il necessario Colazione: davvero ottima. Buffet molto ricco + scelta di un piatto dal menu. Punto di attenzione: l’hotel dovrebbe fornire indicazione sul dove parcheggiare!! Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni. Noi siamo arrivati in macchina e trovare parcheggio - capendo tutti i dettagli delle tariffe non è stato semplice perché le tariffe sono soggette ad un calendario vista la vicinanza del Field e delle partite. Conclusione: non parcheggiate se non vedete tante macchine nel parcheggio altrimenti vi costerà un buongiorno fatto di qualche 0 ok in più.

Cosy, retro feels with good amenities (slippers, wifi, refrigerator etc, public coffee/hot water/tea machine), good value for money given the location. Beautiful garden with sakura trees. Also there's a seicomart next door, which is very convenient. Building is rather quaint and homely, which I prefer to the cookie cutter hotels closer to the commercial stretch of Lake Toya. There was a public bath that I was a little too intimidated/tired to use, but definitely check it out if it's your thing. Very friendly, nice staff who checked us in and out.

A small and simple place to stay, you can see that the place is a bit aged but its clean and tidy. The room is small but one thingn want to highlight, the breakfast was incredible! very nice breakfast :)

This review is for accomodation at BASE SHIRAOI at 199-327 Kitayoshihara, Shiraoi, Shiraoi District, Hokkaido 059-0923, Japan. We were told to change to BASE SHIRAOI on the day of checking in due to paint smell at Manyi's Onsen House. BASE SHIRAOI has everything we need. There are soy sauce, coffee beans, and wasabi, The host has even prepared child toilet seat and sanitary pads! LOL. The unit is air-conditioned. We still used it though it was around 18 degrees during the night because we didn't want to open the windows. Washing machine and dryer. The unit has a dinning table and a big coffee table. A table outside the house good for BBQ. You can dry your clothes at the entrance area, designed to hang big winter clothes. The only issue is the private onsen and shower area that is not so private. The neighbor could potentially see you in your best naked shape through the transparent glass roof. We covered the glass window in the shower area with the styrofoam covers for the onsen. LOL. Convenient stores are about 3 minutes. Overall stay is enjoyable as the unit is big enough for 10 people. Quiet environment. Enough space to park few cars outside the house.

This is a little gem in Biei. It gave me cute little cozy wooden hut in the snow kind of vibe. Iooking out from the dining area and our room, the view was fantastic and breathtaking. Few things to highlight 1. Affordable cost. 2. Quite and peaceful space where you can sink in and enjoy at your own pace 3. Beautiful snowy farm view 4. Clean and spacious room 5. Polite and thoughtful staffs who can communicate in Mandarin is a plus point 6. Complimentary breakfast made by the chef was yummy. Thanks to the chef who also specially prepared a vegan set meal for my mother 7. Coffee beans, coffee grinder and tools for drip coffee making is prepared in the room for guests 8. Spacious parking space However, for old people who are weak and unfit to carry heavy luggages up and down the stairs might suffer a little as the hotel doesn't have a lift access to the bedrooms on the second floor.. The hotel bed is not as comfortable as other hotels in Japan. Overall, I love my stay in this hotel and would be glad to revisit this place.

Ho prenotato una camera gemella con due letti matrimoniali, ma all’arrivo la camera aveva solo un letto matrimoniale, che era completamente diverso da quello che era stato annunciato e quello che ero pagato. Quando ho contattato la casa per sollevare la questione, hanno insistito che la stanza ha due letti matrimoniali e può adattarsi a quattro persone. In realtà, c'era solo un letto matrimoniale e un divano. Poi, il responsabile ha sostenuto che il divano poteva essere usato come letto divano. Questo non è lo stesso di avere due letti doppi. Questo è un'ingannoria pubblicità e molto poco professionale. Se la stanza ha solo un letto matrimoniale e un letto da divano, dovrebbe essere chiaramente indicato. I clienti non devono scoprire la verità solo dopo l'arrivo. Non mi sembra che la comunicazione sia molto scarsa e che il servizio sia inaccettabile.

The hotel description did not capture the situation enough. I was confused due to lack of room pictures. They also posted several listing for different rooms under different hotel name section. But this room is perfect for us. The location is a bit far (if you are not used to walking) from the station but it is only around 7-9 minutes walking. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood. The building is new and very clean. It was also warm inside even when the weather forecast said -14 celcius outside. The japanese food they served was also very good. They provided free coffee/tea and water in common area. They also let us lent their microwave. The bathroom is only one but very clean and comfy. The room has its own mini fridge, ac, and tv. If you are wondering where to stay in Biei, I definitely recommend this place.

Il vento della casa montana で し È buono. La stanza è al secondo piano, lavastoviglie e lavastoviglie, spazio e cucina condivisa al secondo piano.Sono inoltre dotate di microonde e frigorifero. La stanza era molto spaziosa, con molta mossa e conforto, e il tranquillo ambiente era stato fatto per un soggiorno tranquillo, che apprezzo molto dopo un lungo giorno di esplorazione. Uno dei punti di vista per noi è stato il lavastoviglie, rendendo facile mantenere i nostri vestiti freschi durante il nostro viaggio. La posizione, le principali attrazioni, le opzioni di cena e le aree commerciali sono a circa 2 km. Anche se questo sembra un po' lontano, non è stato un grosso inconveniente. La spaziosa, comoda camera, tranquillo luogo di soggiorno costruito per la distanza.
