Non abbiamo avuto problemi con la proprietà stessa, è una casa storica in bella Hallstatt, già sapevamo delle scale e dovevamo portare i bagagli. Ci sorprendeva il livello estremamente basso di servizio per una bella proprietà, e il manager era a vacanza e lasciava due ragazze inesperte in carica. Il nostro conducente aveva chiesto di dire alla proprietà che arrivavamo e che si potesse organizzare la navetta. La risposta era l’unica opzione: immagina di bagagliare attraverso la neve. Quando siamo arrivati alla proprietà, abbiamo detto alla ragazza che ci aveva ricevuto di organizzare un taxi al checkout per portarci al punto di abbattimento per incontrare il nostro conducente il giorno dopo. Egli ha promesso di farlo. Una mezza gita prima del tempo stabilito ci ha detto che non erano disponibili taxi e l'unica opzione era camminare. È possibile immaginare la nostra frustrazione con questo livello di servizio. Una bella proprietà lasciata in basso da un servizio estremamente povero.

One of the best resort out there with lots of amenities and friendly staff, surrounded by the alpines in the heart of Obertraun. Definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended. Breakfasts are very nice too!

This hotel really elevated our trip in the surrounding area. The room came with a nice environment, a shared kitchen for reheating food, with a nice dining area with great Mountain Views and. All the rooms have heating and AC, and the hotel was also very close to the train station. The hotel owners are also always eager to help you. the highlight of this stay was when Jasmin helped us plan our activities during our stay, with an annotated map and local insight. This really saved us from headaches and research regarding our visit to the area.

Beautiful setting and a cute town in the heart of the Austrian Alps Lake District. The breakfast was great with many selections. Parking is a bit of a problem with limited space for unloading only near the hotel. Highly recommend this location for easy access to Bad Ischl and Hallstättersee without the crowds.
