It's not my first time stay here and still my top choice hotel when i visit Bandung. Affordable price, location is close to the train station which makes it very convenient. Room is clean and smells fresh, and the staff are very friendly. There’s an aesthetic cafe that’s perfect for having coffee, and enjoying some metime here.

Bel posto, non lontano dalla città (solo 14 km - meno di 1 ora a piedi) ma lo scenario è celeste, proprio fuori che la cabina è cadere il gatto. Per l'input, correggi il colazione, è un po' mescolato.

I servizi del personale sono così bello, la ricezione è aperta anche 24 ore. Mi piace questo posto così tranquillo e divertente. Le cose che non mi piacciono e un po' deluso non forniscono ferro. Posso suggerire al vostro posto di fornire ferro per le donne che è importante. Se non puoi chiedere per ogni stanza, fornisca uno al lobby. Grazie!

Se preferisci non soggiornare nel centro di Garut, questo hotel è adatto per te. È circondato dalla vista di montagne e campi di paddy. Questo hotel ha 2 edifici principali. Ognuno ha una piscina riscaldata. Quindi si può godere di nuoto notturno senza preoccupazioni. Servono anche tè pomeriggio, e mentre si aspetta un controllo in corso, vi serviranno del snack e delle bevande complimentarie. Il menu del colazione ha varietà decente. L'hotel è pulito, non c'è denuncia.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I understand it is a budget hotel, but the receptionist was not welcoming at all, no smile, no warm greeting. Is this Indonesian hospitality? I will not be coming back. Another thing to note is that there is no elevator, so if you are staying on the second or third floor, you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Not ideal, especially with heavy bags. Breakfast was also very basic, just sayur lodeh, rice, fried snacks, papaya, and watermelon. That was it. Nothing more. Overall, the management still has a lot of homework to do, especially when it comes to warm hospitality and good service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements for future guests.

************* selama di penginapan, nyaman, bersih, homey banget buat kita yg ngajak anak kecil meski kita di kamar lantai 3 tapi masih afforable. Lokasi strategis banget sama tempat wisata yg kids friendly. Insya allah someday kesini lagi ngajak mbahnya anak-anak juga 😇

L'appartamento è eccellente.. ma trip.com ha dato un errore il mio numero di telefono al proprietario dell'appartamento, in modo che non possono contattarmi e avere problemi quando im arriva a appartamento coz tutto non è pronto

Lembang asri semakin melakukan banyak kemajuan. Front office baru. Kamar2 byk yg diperbaharui. Cuma untuk wifi signalnya masih kurang bagus. Air panas juga panasnya tidak stabil. Kebetulan kami memilih kamar junior suite. Untuk wifi mungkin bs ditambahkan, agar signal lebih bagus lagi. Air panas agar panasnya stabil. Pintu2 depan agar lebih diperhatikan ada yg perlu diperbaiki atau di cat ulang agar lebih bagus lagi. Utk toilet bisa diberikan pengharum/kamper biar tidak bau toilet, karena kamar saya bau toiletnya masuk ke kamar tidur. Selebihnya selalu puas nginep di lembang asri. Karena udara yg sejuk.
