Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

Ho recentemente goduto una delle mie migliori vacanze a Piazza di Spagna 9 Suites di lusso a Roma. Da quando ho prenotato, la squadra ha raggiunto via WhatsApp per offrire aiuto con trasferimenti o tour pensiero e attento senza essere spinto. Mi sentivo immediatamente come un ospite prezioso. Le suite si trovano sul terzo piano di un incantevole edificio storico vicino alle scale spagnole. Il servizio di concierge è di prima classe quando ero in ritardo per la mia visita a Pantheon, il personale si è rapidamente organizzato per raccogliere il mio bagaglio, così mio marito e io potevo andare fuori senza stress. Le loro raccomandazioni del ristorante erano un'altra evidenza: abbiamo provato quattro posti dalla loro lista curata, ciascuno splendido e giustamente prezzi, lasciandoci vivere autentici cibi locali lontano dalle trappole turistiche. L'equipaggio ha anche gestito tutte le nostre prenotazioni. La zona di accoglienza è più come una galleria d'arte, con decorazioni elegante e dipinti vibranti.Gli ospiti possono rilassarsi nelle zone confortevoli di vita o di cena un bel toccamento. La nostra suite era ricca di luce naturale, offrendo una vista perfetta ai visitatori che camminano per le passeggiate spagnole. A pochi passi dalle boutique di lusso di Via Condotti, si aggiunge la comodità, grazie speciali a Franco, il proprietario, per le sue meravigliose suggerimenti di ristorante, e a Gianmarco, il cui amichevole aiuto ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto più semplice. La vera ospitalità e l'attenzione personale qui sono veramente fuori. Non è solo di lusso è di sentirsi benvenuto e curato. Rimango sicuramente a Piazza di Spagna 9 di nuovo e lo consiglio sinceramente a chiunque visita Roma. Basta con il migliore!

Visivamente un ottimo posto. Pulito quotidianamente, era pulito. Al mattino portavano dei panini e una macchina per il caffè era a disposizione gratuitamente. Tra gli aspetti negativi: 1. Sono arrivato e non avevo la carta SIM ed ero senza comunicazione. L'hotel non dispone di reception e se non mi avessero aiutato per strada, avrei chiesto a un passante di chiamare l'amministratore. Non so nemmeno come sarebbero andate le cose. Penso che questo punto debba essere migliorato. L'amministratore chiede di avvisarti del tuo arrivo con 10-15 minuti di anticipo, ma come puoi farlo senza comunicazione? 2. Isolamento acustico molto scarso. Nella stanza accanto sentivo la TV e tutte le conversazioni. Ho anche sentito tutto quello che succedeva per strada. Nel complesso la zona sembrava abbastanza tranquilla.

La posizione era perfetta per noi solo a circa 10-minute passeggiata dal Vaticano, che lo rendeva molto conveniente. Purtroppo, questo era l'unico aspetto positivo del nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo prenotato una camera superiore, ma non era come quello che era stato annunciato. Ci sono stati dati la camera 4 a 285 Flat, con muri sporchi, una caldaia rotta e nessuna lampada notturna, e in generale sembravano molto diversi dalle foto online. Il doccia è stato posato all'interno della camera con una porta di vetro chiara, senza alcuna privacy. Io viaggiavo con mio figlio 14-year-old, e prendere una doccia è stato un vero sfida a causa di questa scarsa scelta di design. La ricezione funziona solo dalle 8 alle 8 e, poiché abbiamo avuto un check-out precoce alle 6:30 , non vi sono state informazioni su dove lasciare la chiave. , che è troppo tardi se si desidera partecipare a una visita o visitare il Vaticano presto (la maggior parte delle visite iniziano alle 7:30). Avevamo pagato 120 euro per quattro colazioni per due persone, ma non appena siamo arrivati (circa le due) e abbiamo scoperto il ritardo nel servizio, li abbiamo cancellati. Il destinatario ci ha consigliato di e-mail al proprietario per chiedere un rimborso, che abbiamo fatto ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto alcuna risposta. In generale, questo soggiorno non ci era aspettato e certamente non valeva il prezzo pagato, anche considerando la buona posizione. Non consiglierei di prenotare colazione qui, perché i soldi pagati sono molto più di quanto si spenderebbe in un bel caffè o patatteria locale.

Immerso nella natura, se cerchi un posto rilassante questo è decisamente il più indicato Ci sono aree comuni dove poter utilizzare il Wi-Fi, in alternativa conviene avere una saponetta o chiavetta internet perché i cellulari non prendono la linea Abbiamo prolungato per ben 6 giorni proprio perché ci siamo trovati davvero bene Ci sono due piscine, una compresa nel prezzo, l’altra con una spesa giornaliera davvero irrisoria C’è un servizio navetta che ti accompagna alla stazione, che non è molto distante ma le salite sono davvero impegnative Entrambi i ristoranti annessi sono più che consigliati, si mangia benissimo e i prezzi sono giusti Complimenti davvero

Objection evaluation: Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters). Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself. The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in. Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking. The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom. That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~
