This was a wonderful stay. The location was great, very close to a supermarket as well as a petrol station. The very first night they recommended a fantastic local bistro. We had a wonderful meal. The room was clean, it was lovely and cool. The AC was very, very welcome because we were here during quite the heatwave. Yes okay it's summer but, oh my god, 35 degrees Celsius is a lot to deal with. Didier and Lara were incredibly welcoming. The breakfasts were utterly incredible. We felt incredibly spoiled. We had delicious, fresh pastries. We had beautiful yoghourts. We had lovely fruit purées. We had poached eggs. Nothing was too much trouble. The orange juice was freshly squeezed. The pink grapefruit juice was freshly squeezed. It was really really delicious! What was really nice is that we stayed for three nights. What was really lovely was that we'd come back each day and our room had been tidied and the beds had been made. We had always turned off the air conditioning so it was really nice to come home to our accommodation. The AC was on so the room was already lovely and cool by the time we got in. I would happily stay there again. Wonderful host, friendly, not in your face, just really really welcoming, and we would absolutely stay there again.

If you want to experience La vraie vie de chateau (a real life a a castle owner) this is your choice. Only 5 rooms available, very private, feels like you are in your own chateau… fabulous park and setting around the main building, was told there are other separate “mini” houses in the park , and you can go watch the horses…. And admire the view on the valley. Our room: we booked the round bedroom … the center bedroom on the 1st floor…. Fabulous place, need a bit of upgrade in the bathroom… if anything… but seriously felt like a châtelain… as we reached early, we were welcomed by one of the sons of the owners who took us around the private wing, “his house”, and told us everything about the mansion history as well as hotel business. A great interaction with a friendly castle owner and businessman. They also have a snooker, a gym and sauna…. I mean… what else do you want!!! We had to go out for dinner (at L’Hermitage) which the owner booked for us. Breakfastwas served in the salons…. Stylish French dépit déjeuner, served by a dynamic, friendly and frank lady. Just go. Dont hesitate.

It was just a small nice cottage-like hotel. We loved it so much. The hotel is located not so far from the beach, maybe around 20 mins by car but it wasnt so hard to get an uber/bolt so it was okay for us since we didnt have a car. For breakfast, we had to sit together with other tourists who stayed there with us, and it was a very nice way to start the day. The owner gave us this homemade yogurt which was the best yogurt ive ever tried in my life (im still thinking about it now). Overall, if you plan to visit Etretat, I do recommend staying here if you dont mind staying a bit far from the hotspot. Thank you to the owner for hosting us! We love Etretat🥰

First, the town of Bellême is more charming and interesting in person than can be described on paper. We had wonderful dinners, peaceful walks and we learned about the area (Perche), which was one of our goals. It is a great place to headquarter if you are planning to explore the region. Second, the hotel is a work of art, literally. The decor reflects the artistic background of the hosts and each item is worth a moment of contemplation. The hosts were both very helpful and enthusiastic. They encouraged us in our endeavors and gave really good advice about restaurants and places of note. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

La struttura è eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto. Tristan è un host molto gentile e accogliente, oltre a essere un ottimo cuoco. L'ambiente ti fa sentire a casa. Le camere sono incredibilmente pulite; solo una scatola di fazzoletti le renderebbe più che perfette. La colazione è davvero buona e ben organizzata, anche se, data la posizione, mancavano uova di qualsiasi tipo. È sicuramente un posto dove trascorrere più di una notte e dove tornare ogni volta che se ne ha l'occasione. Altamente raccomandato!

Questo potrebbe essere un bel posto per le persone che amano il vecchio stile della moda. E' molto pulito, ben mantenuto, Valerie si compiaceva, ma questo è un vecchio edificio, potevo sentire ogni suono dai vicini, rumore dalla strada, non potevo dormire per due notti. Non hanno AC, quindi devi tenere le finestre aperte, il che lo rende ancora peggio.

What did I enjoy the most? It’s the convenience where it is walkable from anywhere you want to explore around Pontorson, few mins walk from train station too. The rural French-feel, tasty breakfast prepared with utmost care, and the warm welcoming smile from staff. Bonus, there’s a pool too! Wonderful stay here and I would definitely book again given another chance. Thank you!

The hotel is well located, 1 min (by foot) to the main square (famous church related to the second war). Staff is so kind. The room was amazing, decoration so cute, extremely clean and the smell in the room was really good. Breakfast is available for extra fee and it was delicious. There is a restaurant in the backyard of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Un posto rurale freddo e bello con accesso stradale provinciale. Niente di molto intorno, quindi sicuramente ha bisogno di una macchina per passare a luoghi di interesse. Il colazione è delizioso ma magro, quindi è necessario cercare di chiedere le cose manualmente nella zona brekkie. Perfetto per un soggiorno di una notte.Tenete le mosche quando apre le finestre.

Grazie a Cristo, è un ospite molto bello e accogliente, si sente l'atmosfera di casa, con tutte le strutture dell'hotel. Le camere sono moderne, piacevoli e eleganti, anche meglio della foto, Christophe guarda la pulizia e l'ecologia, siamo stati molto piacevoli. Un bel colazione con accento locale, in un'atmosfera piacevole, consigliamo di fermarsi qui per sentire la regione e riposare davanti al Le Mont Saint Michel.
