Great hotel nestled in a quiet corner of San fang qi Xiang. You can’t ask for a better location as it is in the heart of the historic cluster of courtyards and alleys that is the main attraction in Fuzhou. It’s peaceful at night and walking distance to the train station. The decor inside is classy with restrained Chinese influences and elegant touches. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is we didn’t get a welcome gift like the booking mentioned but that is a small issue.

Have to booked a place to stay after flight changed to a day earlier. This place is walking distance to the beach (nothing much there) and about 2km away from town. Very hardworking and helpful staff who ferries me to and from airport. Room is big. Bed is OK. If you want to watch movies in your room, screen is huge but shows are by subscription. Lots of food, massages in the town. This place is far from the tourist attractions. U either need to drive, or go back to airport to take metro over.

Overall a really good stay in an old historical building, a great experience you won't get anywhere else! A butler service is included when you check in and out, where they help you pull your luggages to and fro your taxi location. The place itself is clean and cozy, and very close by to multiple food and souvenir shops! Secondly, the breakfast is beautiful and splendid! The service is really good as well, as we have to check out early on the last day, the staff also packed breakfast for us to eat on the way to the airport. And also always accomodating to our requests (like getting more bottled water, etc haha). The hotel package also includes free tea tasting and dressing up in traditional wear (which my family did not do but I wish we did!) Lastly, there is laundry service (wash and dry), but it does take a bit of time (eg: clothes are mostly done only after 8pm even if we place the clothes out around 8-9am). Maybe one thing is to let us know the estimated time it will be done ^^. But overall, I love the stay, breakfast, the kind staff, the beautiful accommodation and the hotel cat, xiaoxi!!

I was looking forward to this hotel after seeing the pictures and reviews on trip.com, but it left a lot to be desired. -They don’t provide large towels by default. I assumed they forgot my towels, then when I asked they brought me a set but showed me the disposable ones that were sitting in the room. I couldn’t believe they offer the tiniest, thinnest packets and think that’s an acceptable replacement for normal towels. At this price point, that shouldn’t be a reality anywhere in the world— after countless dozens of hotels I’ve stayed at in China that’s the first time I’ve witnessed such a thing. -They leave the toilet scrubber in the bathroom too, which I also never saw after countless hotels in China; clearly that’s an antiquated practice and doesn’t inspire confidence in the cleanliness of a room. Cleaning tools like that shouldn’t be stored in the guest rooms. -The city view was okay but the window was filthy -The room is no-smoking but they leave an ash tray My booked room says the 20th floor— when I arrived, I lugged my heavy bags to the 20th floor, but they immediately redirected me; we went back down, exited the building to another one nearby, then they checked me into an old room on a 10th floor. I didn’t understand why they did this (that room reeked of smoke too), then we packed everything up and went right back to the original building, to the 20th floor like I booked. Clearly that could have been avoided if they communicated to me the reason for the switch (they said afterwards they were upgrading me to a bigger room? But it was nearly the same size and the 10th floor one was just older, smellier and clearly a downgrade. Odd decision on their part). I’m not sure if this hotel does the delivery robot like most others, I doubt it. Luckily I came to town a day early, so the extra day I booked allowed me to see the condition of the hotel and I was able to cancel the rest of the stay I had booked— but for a fee of over 500rmb. The vast majority of Chinese hotels on this site offer free cancellations but this one was costly. I switched immediately to a brand hotel to be safe— there are countless other options in Xiamen at similar prices, I’d have to recommend looking elsewhere.

L'hotel è ben posizionato e, nonostante sia in pieno centro, è molto silenzioso. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort. Diciamo che sono pensate per essere comode e pratiche ma sono anche bell. Doccia top! Sala lavanderia perfetta. Avevo paura a lavare i vestiti ma mi sono ricreduta. Ottime anche le asciugatrici. Colazione varia e buona! Lo consiglierei ai miei amici soprattutto per l'isolamento acustico.

Scegliere il B&B giusto per questo viaggio ha raddoppiato la gioia della mia intera esperienza! Dalla prenotazione al check-out, tutto è filato liscio, e devo proprio dire che è un elogio. Innanzitutto, vorrei elogiare la posizione fantastica: è incredibilmente comoda! I luoghi panoramici, i ristoranti più gettonati e le stazioni della metropolitana che avevo programmato di visitare sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi in dieci minuti. Non c'è bisogno di infilarsi negli autobus o fare lunghe deviazioni. Ho potuto dormire a sufficienza ogni giorno e poi uscire al mio ritmo, controllando completamente il mio itinerario. È stato rilassante e piacevole. La lavanderia e la terrazza al settimo piano sono state un vero vantaggio. I miei vestiti sono stati puliti alla perfezione durante i miei tre giorni di soggiorno. La terrazza offre una vista magnifica e godersi la brezza serale e il paesaggio è molto più confortevole che stare in camera. Anche la camera in sé è stata una piacevole sorpresa. L'arredamento è semplice ma elegante, la biancheria da letto è morbida e confortevole e la pulizia è eccezionale, persino gli angoli sono impeccabili. Anche la reception è stata molto attenta. Mi hanno fornito istruzioni dettagliate per il check-in quando li ho contattati in anticipo e mi hanno anche dato consigli utili quando ho chiesto delle guide locali. Mi sono sentito completamente a mio agio. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è incredibile. L'ho già consigliato ad amici e sicuramente soggiornerò qui la prossima volta che visiterò la città!

Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di stare in questo hotel, e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza inoltrabile. L'hotel stesso è stupendo, con una vista incredibile sulla spiaggia che vi lascerà in silenzio. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ben decorate, rendendoti come se fossi in un paradiso. Ma ciò che ha reso la nostra permanenza eccezionale era il nostro guidatore, che era incredibilmente gentile, utile e amichevole per tutta la nostra viaggio. Dalla nostra entrata, era caldo e benvenuto, rendendoci confortevoli. Il suo professionalismo e la sua cortesia erano evidenti in ogni interazione, e si è spinto oltre e oltre per garantire che le nostre esigenze fossero soddisfatte. Ciò che è ancora più notevole è che, nonostante il suo servizio eccezionale, si rifiutò di accettare i suggerimenti, e la sua gentilezza e generosità rendevano davvero il nostro soggiorno memorabile. Se stai cercando un hotel che offre non solo viste incredibili ma anche un servizio eccezionale, non guardare più. Questo hotel è un must-book, specialmente se stai cercando una vista sulla spiaggia. Fidati di me, non sarete delusi. Non appena vedi le foto di questo hotel, saprai perché è una gemma. Le viste sulla spiaggia sono semplicemente stupende, e le strutture dell'hotel sono top-notch. La posizione geografica è finita. Esci dal mare della spiaggia e la finestra può affrontare il panorama del mare.La stanza è pulita e pulita, le strutture sono complete e i letti sono molto comodi.Il servizio è attento, l'efficienza dell'ufficio è alta, vivere qui rilassato e accogliente, e la prossima volta vengo al mare e scegliere questa casa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel as it was very closed ZhongShanLu (2min walk!) with all the food and shops all around. It's also perfectly situated between the harbors for traveling to Gulangyu Island. The lobby is decked in space theme, while the room was tropical themed. We loved that the room was uniquely formatted as well and different from the typical large hotels. We didn't get to use the tub but it was also unique in that it was an oval, almost like a bird's nest (hotel name: ”bird island”). Our seaview room had direct view of the Gulangyu Island and their Organ Museum. Gulangyu lit up at night and watching the ferries go by was very relaxing. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, helping with laundry and filling our water bottles with ice. This hotel definitely meets the ”boutique” standard in being unique in their own way and having such an amazing view. There is no gym for anyone looking to work out after eating too many skewers or sacha mian, but one can run along the harbors for a good work out!

We had a wonderful 3 nights at this hotel. All the service staff are very friendly and helpful and special mention goes to Mdm Guo who serves the daily breakfast to guests. She is so enthusiastic and is ever ready to learn a little more English. Her happy smile and little chats with all the guests at breakfast is so endearing and she remembered our preference for eggs done sunny side up. We told her on our 1st breakfast and what it is called in English and on our 2nd breakfast, she cheerfully greeted us Good Morning, and said eggs Sunny Side up! The room is also very comfortable and little snacks are provided free. The location of the hotel is also very central and within a short walk to the popular 3 lanes & 7 alleys of Fuzhou.
