The property is comprised of a small kitchen, with a worn non-stick pan and pot, and utensils, with two gas stoves, a worn small rice cooker, a microwave, and a minifridge. Worn means the non-stick coatings have been abused, which is typical of Indonesia, as no reads the instruction/care manuals of anything. The microwave vents are on its left side, and was positioned against the wall where the vents were blocked - relocating the microwave to the right side resolved this issue. The water gallon has a manual pump, and has to be relocated to occupy the stairs for use. There is no table for eating. The stairs has a low roof protrusion that you will hit your head on if not aware. There is a hidden door on the lower floor next to the kitchen to a cold-water shower and toilet, of which the wooden door is positioned next to the shower has smells of mold. The side of the kitchen bench is positioned adjacent to the window with a small uncovered gap, which there is signs it is impossible to clean. The TV was configured for headphone mode, which caused a static noise, I've changed it for speaker mode, and that has resolved the issue, and the TV looks and sounds great. There is also a fan and a couch on the lower floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with an elevated queen bed and with aircon that is quiet and cool, and the other room with a fan and two single mattresses, and there is an upstairs bathroom with toilet and shower. The shower upstairs water only lasts for 5 minutes, then requires what seems like a minimum 2 hour break - we don't know how much break it actually needs, as we only get hot water once for 5 minutes in the morning, and once for 5 minutes in the evening. We have tried to contact the property several times about this, and there has been no resolution, just responses to amount to ”adjust your expectations to not expect more hot water”. Overall, the place has enough of a kitchen to cook and store food, is exceptionally tidy sans the poorly designed gap between the kitchen bench and the window, and sans the poorly designed wooden door next to the shower on the lower floor. However, there is no functional hot water if you are more than 1 person, of which multiple people are the target market of this property.

Amore la villa, pulita e molto bello, amare il design e la posizione anche, il personale è stato molto utile e veloce rispondente, è tranquillo da lontano dall'autostrada, 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni integrato le nostre famiglie per soggiornare, Tutti puliti anche le strutture come Karaoke & cucina sono molto soddisfacenti (perchè devo installare l'attrezzatura Karaoke un po '), la piscina non è grande ma piuttosto divertente, l'aria condizionata è un plus, è necessario. Riposiamo bene e ci divertiamo, tutti soddisfatti spendiamo tempo felicemente, quindi dimenticamo di prendere foto 😅.

Отель очень симпатично смотрится и снаружи и внутри. Бронировали номер для того, чтобы попасть на вулкан Иджен, сотрудники отеля помогли нам решить все вопросы (предоставили гида, сказали где сделать медицинскую справку для восхождения), в отеле работает прекрасный гид Эну, отличный позитивный парень, хорошо владеет английским языком, провел нам очень интересную экскурсию. Этот отель оказался оптимальным вариантом для тех кто приехал на Яву для восхождения на вулкан.

3B is a bubble, magically floating above everything. It's own world. A monkey kingdom. A swimming resort. Resto has the best woman chef in the biz. Many come, less are booked in. A venue for social media photo shoots. A gathering place and respite for business and company crew to discuss. A place for lovers, families with children. All in the same bubble. Certainly not a morning spot but rather the dayy seems to begin close to midday and goes deep into the night. Enormous potential for live music. Enormous potential for romance. 3B like the heart is always open to everybody Enjoy the ride, the ambience. Among the top 3 resorts south of ketapang.

La villa è bella. E 'raffredda e tranquilla. soggiorno confortevole. Raccomanda per le coppie. La cucina ha tutti i suoi utensili, un buon frigorifero di dimensioni, forno, forno a microonde e forno. In realtà abbiamo cucinato quando ci siamo fermati. Come pioveva, non potevamo fare bbq all'aperto. Queen Villa Batu is ok. Couple of minor issues with mosquitoes, no gas available for cooking and bathroom could do with some deep cleaning, Wifi is spotty at times. Otherwise a nice stay, spacious and convenient location in a small security estate. Pity the booking inconvenience with Trip for this villa, sought alternate for future stays in Batu.

The house looks not well maintained,when door open the smells inside house is like house that not open for months and months. Kitchen utensils and kitchen area also not much clean. On second day water is fully stop

Its a nice villa and good location but my negative observation is that they clean the floor with a detergent and the don't wash it well with water so after swimming and walking on the floor its very slippery
