Grande soggiorno per un conveniente e comodo aeroporto Stopover Il mio hotel è stato molto confortevole, il servizio di navetta è stato puntuale e facile da trovare ~ rendendo il mio trasferimento aeroportuale senza stress. La mia camera era molto confortevole, e io ero fortunato a avere una bella vista sulla montagna da tavola, che era un bel bonus! Il ristorante superava le aspettative - sia il pranzo che il colazione erano deliziosi, e il servizio era eccellente. Il personale e i conducenti della nave sono stati tutti amichevoli e accoglienti, il che rende il mio breve soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Considerato il traghetto gratuito, il colazione complimentare e il senso generale di sicurezza (specialmente importante come un solo viaggiatore), il prezzo è certamente valsa la pena. Sarei felice di rimanere qui di nuovo prima di un volo e lo consiglierei ad altri viaggiatori che cercano comfort e comodità.

I would like to share my experience of staying in this apartment. We lived there very poorly because it’s a self-service setup with only two plates. If I’m using one plate for something else and my partner is using another plate, I no longer have a plate to prepare another dish. We literally had two plates in the house, as if it were a hotel where they would cook for us—we wouldn’t need more dishes for anything. How can I buy groceries for two plates, with literally one spoon per person and one teaspoon to share in the morning for our coffee, and one cup per person? Additionally, we did not have a broom, and it was very difficult to clean after ourselves. We had to wait for cleaning/maintenance to come for at 10am while we skip the dirt or use a tissue to clean, even though we don’t want to invite anyone in we had to choice , We can’t even scrub the floor on our own; we had to wait until we sleep and wait for them. No shower caps , no toothbrushes to toothpaste to start the stay ,not even little enough to get comfortable when you check in ,,I don’t recommend it for travelers who land late at night , it’s not helpful at all you sleep dirty here until shops open , they run out of heaters and leave you freezing in the room , check out time is 10am so it your flight is 6pm on the same day be prepared to roam around the streets like a homeless while you Stayed a night with them , what happened to 12pm check out time and 2pm as latest ??? My partner was working night shift and had to be kicked out at 10am with his flight at 6pm ! He asked to rest for 2 hours and check out at 12 they charged 50% of room rate for sleeping for 2 hours not even half a day. This apartment is not helpful at all and they prioritize charging you more instead of availing themselves for help , bedsheets are changed after 3 days which means if you on your periods as woman and you mess up the bedsheets you have to sleep with blood for the next 2 days -Why ??? I believe beds should be changed everyday as per the room rate calculations for each day unless they mean we pack our own bedsheets for emergencies…additionally there was a construction that would grill the roof while you sleeping at 8am so again my partner couldn’t sleep after working night shifts WITHOUT A WARNING!!! We regretted staying here and one traumatic issue of plates : I wash after every meal because no extra plates to push for another day , washing using my hands since there was no scrubbing 🧽 . I felt like i didn’t pay enough to stay here .

DoubleTree Cape Town - Upper Eastside was a wonderful experience! The hotel was spotless, and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The location was convenient for business meetings, and it’s just a short drive to major attractions. The room was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped for a productive stay. The amenities, including the gym and restaurant, were excellent. I really appreciated the delicious breakfast and, of course, the signature warm cookie on arrival! Highly recommended for business travelers and anyone looking for quality service and a comfortable stay in Cape Town.

Disappointing — Not the Taj Experience I Expected I stayed one night at Taj Cape Town and, having stayed, worked, and studied at other Taj properties worldwide, I left feeling that this hotel does not deliver the signature “Taj” experience. Location: Excellent — centrally located and convenient for business and sightseeing. Rooms: Very good. The guest room was well-appointed, comfortable, and met the standard I expect from a five-star property. No complaints on accommodations. Food & Beverage: Below expectations for a Taj. The breakfast buffet was serviceable but average — acceptable for a quick meal, but nothing memorable in terms of variety, presentation, or quality. The on-site Asian restaurant is extremely small (about five tables) and suffers from poor ventilation: the exhaust does not appear to function adequately, so the space quickly fills with an oily cooking smell that lingers and detracts from the dining experience. The food itself was below the quality I would expect from a Taj-branded restaurant. Service & Brand Feel: This is where the hotel most noticeably misses the mark. While staff were professional, the overall atmosphere lacked the warm, polished service and attention to detail that distinguishes other Taj properties I have experienced. It felt more like a standard city hotel operating under the Taj name rather than a hotel delivering the full Taj brand promise. Value: Concerning. The hotel charges approximately INR 2,000 per day for parking — a steep add-on that should be clearly communicated up front and factored into the overall value proposition. Summary: The location and rooms are strong points, but the average breakfast, a small and poorly ventilated Asian restaurant, and an overall absence of the characteristic Taj hospitality leave this property short of expectations. If you are seeking the classic Taj experience, this particular hotel may not meet that standard.

Soggiorno meraviglioso al Pepperclub - consigliato. Abbiamo scelto di festeggiare un importante traguardo in Sudafrica per creare ricordi davvero speciali. Abbiamo viaggiato da Johannesburg, passando per Nambiti, Durban e poi Città del Capo, e abbiamo prenotato al Pepperclub per concludere il nostro viaggio in bellezza. La posizione è ottima, vicino a Bo-Kaap, ai mercati locali e sicura per passeggiare. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione. L'hotel è molto pulito, comprese le aree comuni, la palestra e ovviamente le camere. Tuttavia, il servizio di pulizia era più da 4 stelle: semplici richieste come coperte extra dovevano essere sollecitate, e il servizio di couverture veniva effettuato ogni giorno ma in modo discontinuo (a volte il bagno veniva pulito e rifornito, a volte no). Allo stesso modo, il servizio era discontinuo, nonostante la reception/concierge fosse sempre ben presidiata: Godfrey ci accoglieva sempre con entusiasmo e c'era un altro responsabile di turno molto diligente e attento. Tuttavia, quando Godfrey non era in servizio, l'accoglienza era più tiepida e il personale alla reception non era sempre particolarmente cordiale e non sempre efficiente. Il personale del ristorante è sempre stato molto cordiale e disponibile. La colazione era ottima, con una buona selezione di opzioni a buffet e à la carte, servite rapidamente. Anche le opzioni per il pranzo erano buone e il servizio in camera efficiente. La spa era eccellente, con massaggi e trattamenti di ottima qualità. La palestra è buona, anche se un po' piccola, e per chiarezza la piscina non è riscaldata (ma è bellissima). Non abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di provare il cinema privato Odeon, ma proiettavano solo film vecchi, non le uscite più recenti che si trovano nei cinema Odeon pubblici. Dalle camere si gode di una splendida vista sulla Table Mountain e sul Lions Head. L'hotel è stato in grado di soddisfare le nostre richieste speciali di check-in anticipato, camere comunicanti e ha allestito la camera e offerto torta e spumante per festeggiare il nostro anniversario: tocchi deliziosi. Non vi pentirete del vostro soggiorno, ma potreste non sentire il bisogno di tornarci.

Il Westin, Capo Town, è un vecchio hotel, ma continua a mantenere la sua presenza, la sua qualità e un certo livello elevato in Capo Town. Abbiamo occupato una stanza di gestione e abbiamo anche avuto accesso al club di gestione sul 19° piano. La stanza era molto bella, con buona letto di legno, letto di alta qualità. Ciò detto, abbiamo dovuto presentare una denuncia sulla natura di fretta di come la nostra camera è stata pulita il secondo giorno del nostro soggiorno. Il letto non è stato fatto correttamente, il pavimento del tetto non era pulito, e il bagno era mezzo pulito. Non è buono per un hotel 5-star. Dopo aver denunciato, il custode ha modificato la norma e il livello di pulizia è stato elevato al livello più alto per la durata del nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo ordinato anche cibo dal servizio in camera e la metà di quello che abbiamo ordinato non è stato portato - ci hanno dato qualcosa di diverso, ma dopo 45 minuti di attesa che l'ordine originale fosse portato a noi, abbiamo accettato con riluttanza l'ordine sbagliato, Mangiate il cibo e poi presentate le nostre denunce più tardi. Il buffet del colazione era buono, ma non c'erano grandi selezioni di carne fredda nella sezione della carne fredda. È davvero necessario migliorare su questo. Infine, la prestazione di servizi complessivi da parte di alcuni dipendenti richiede un miglioramento significativo. Alcuni del personale del ristorante sono troppo alti quando si parlano, e alcuni di loro hanno anche malvenuto e atteggiamento non scaldato/viva ai loro clienti. E'come se si sentessero che ci stanno facendo un favore, i loro clienti, servindoci. Non abbastanza per un hotel di questo standard, e alcuni di questi dipendenti devono essere riqualificati. In generale, ci siamo divertiti nel Westin e ci ritorneremo certamente quando ci accingiamo a visitare la città del Capo.

Ho dovuto soggiornare in questo hotel per 2 settimane a causa dello sciopero. È stato fantastico. Il servizio è stato adorabile da parte delle signore alla reception (specialmente quella con i dreadlocks), mi dispiace di aver dimenticato il suo nome. I ragazzi che parcheggiano le auto degli ospiti sono sempre stati cordiali, accoglienti e disponibili. Ci tornerei sicuramente. La palestra è stata il mio punto forte.

This is not my first time visiting this place but this time I don’t want to lie I was very disappointed. I got charged 200 rand cause my pillow had oil(hair oil) I have braids on and additional to that they said there was blood on the sheets which was so weird cause I did not bleed Mind you this blood was only mentions after I told them that I will come back tomorrow cause paying 200 Rand for small smudges of oil on the pillow cash didn’t make sense then the receptionist went on to say we saw blood Then they said there was food sauces as well ..I mean I’m staying there and I was here for 2 nights ain’t no way am I going to leave the place spotless But the receptionist was just being rude which was unnecessary Like I said this wasn’t the first time coming here I always come and never have I ever gone through this even after staying for more days with friends I just think it’s drama to charge me for oil on my pillow cause I slept on it it’s bound to happen a

Room: spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room was on the highest floor and it was quiet. If you’re traveling with an elderly, just be cautious as the shower floor is extremely slippery. One downside is that water pressure and temperature is not very stable. Location: situated in the heart of CBD, it’s a fairly safe area. Parking available for hotel guests and shuttle available to V&A Waterfront Staff: Front desk and lobby staff are friendly and welcoming. Security at the hotel and parking were also very friendly and helpful. Most staff at the restaurant were not as friendly (most but still a few staff was friendly and helpful and provided great service) Staff often forget guests’ drink orders as 2 days in a row, we did not get our tea during breakfast. I also ordered a cappuccino while waiting in front or the coffee machine however I was forgotten as well. I was better off making my own coffee. Breakfast: They served standard American style breakfast with selection of fruits, pastries and salads. Their hashbrowns were my favourites! If only the food can be a little different everyday, we stayed there for 4 days and had the same food everyday. Overall, we enjoyed our stay room but restaurant staffs’ service and attitude can be improved.

Questo hotel si trova in una posizione privilegiata. Abbiamo prenotato un'ampia camera d'angolo con vista sulle montagne, con una vista mozzafiato sulla Table Mountain e sulla Lion Rock. Sebbene i trasporti non siano particolarmente comodi, la camera era pulita e ordinata, con servizi completi e una colazione ricca e varia. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. Gli splendidi dintorni dell'hotel e il personale cordiale e attento lo rendono un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e distendersi. L'unico inconveniente è che le camere sono un po' datate e speriamo che l'hotel possa essere ristrutturato e aggiornato in tempi rapidi. Sebbene il prezzo sia un po' alto, la qualità del servizio è eccellente e vale la pena spendere. L'hotel offre servizi completi, tra cui una splendida piscina e una palestra. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi ama il fitness. La colazione a buffet era molto piacevole, il personale cordiale e il menu vario e delizioso, rendendo ogni pasto una delizia. La reception è stata un po' lenta e ci è voluto un po' per confermare le informazioni al momento del check-in. Speriamo che il servizio possa essere più efficiente. Nel complesso, abbiamo avuto un'ottima impressione di questo hotel e ci torneremmo volentieri.
