Australia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Victoria

Really quiet location as it is right on the golf course. Great views over the ocean if you fancy a walk. Rooms have been newly refurbished with natural tones, soft lighting at headboard, comfortable bed with an array of pillows. Central light panel controls all room lighting - have a play! Really good desk space for work options, with desk light for ample lighting and power right there whilst working. No stretching of cords or having to share with the kettle. TV with great reception live TV. Spacious bathroom with toilet, large shower, large mirror and vanity space, 2 power points and sink. Reasonable water pressure and good temperature but could not tell which was hot or cold. Trial and error Breakfast included is good and tasty, basic with eggs, bacon, baked beans, hash browns and fried rice, selection of different toast and banana bread, coffee, tea, juices. Could probably do with some fresh fruit as well as an offering. Nice bush outlook at breakfast and plenty of seating. I had a corner room so my view was not the best - disappointing! The pool is beautiful and the spa is warm, even in the middle of August. I would come back but better view next time as the hotel was not full midweek. I would highly recommend a stay!

Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Buon servizio. Alloggi belli e puliti. Hotel altamente raccomandabile. Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. Il personale è stato davvero disponibile e cortese. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima e vicina a tutto.

I have stayed here a few times , mostly on stop overs ,nor if having an early flight, getting to the airport with shuttle is easy Sometimes it's a little hard to get hold of them for the shuttle so call as soon as you can, but returning to airport now always pre booked and simple The rooms are spacious, and clean, as are towels tv works great , there is a small kettle.and fridge, coffees and teas with small UHT milks The bathroom is spacious and shower great. No complaints, I've never eaten the breakfast, not tried the happy hour drinks yet but the happy hour sounds good. There is a room service menu available. The laundry and gym are very basic but it's an airport hotel The pool seems fine.

Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

Sono arrivato alla fine dell'ora di check-in 2/11 Domenica e il personale di Mildua Inner è stato dopo l'ora di ufficio, quindi ho contattato il personale per il check-in della stanza per telefono, il personale è così utile per aiutarmi a raccogliere la chiave della stanza e il lavoro di amministratore richiesto. Tuttavia, a causa della struttura del resort e della mia posizione della camera(la mia stanza è ROM 90), la circolazione dell'hotel non è povera, povera ordinazione della camera(non è di 101 per su 1/F come hotel tipico, è utilizzando 1-50 per G/F, 51-100 per livello 1; se 101-110 per blocco 1, 121-129 per blocco 2, 131-139 per blocco 3, 141-150 per blocco 4 sarebbe meglio), nessun corridoio coerente alla fine, non molto segnale e mappa/facile da perdere, nessun ascensore o rampa facile per livello 1. Quindi è difficile trovare la mia camera e la mia esperienza scarsa prima di entrare nella stanza. Una cosa è che posso pensare di avere una finestra aperta dopo la rete di mosquito sulla porta scivolante balcone se non voglio girare il condizionatore d'aria.

This hotel is perfectly located if arriving into Melbourne on the train from Sydney. The hotel let me check in early at no extra charge. I found the staff to be cheerful, pleasant and very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The coffee and tea facilities were in the room but hidden in the cupboard next to the fridge and the drinking glasses were stored in the fridge! (Never seen that done before). The swimming pool was a nice added bonus and breakfast, although very basic, was adequate. [I only stayed one night, any longer that breakfast would certainly be classed as extremely boring!😜]. I did enjoy my stay and for one or two nights would definitely stay there again.

We arrived late but we managed to pick up the keys. Thank you so much. The toilet in the room is very cold during the June period. The heater in the room doesn't cover that space. The water could also be a little warmer during winter. We had turned the tap to the max and found the water lukewarm.

I recently stayed at an Ibis Style Melbourne Airport Hotel, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The receptionist, Linda, was absolutely amazing—her friendliness and helpfulness made a great first impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect environment for a good night's rest before my flight the next morning.  The complimentary shuttle bus service was incredibly convenient and made getting to the airport a breeze. I truly appreciated this added benefit. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return during my next trip. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

I stay at this park regularly and was a bit upset when l arrived this time to find l had been booked into a cabin towards the back of the park when l had booked and paid for a cabin with a lake view. The lady on the desk explained that there had been an error on the booking site saying that there was a water view cabin available at the time l booked when there wasn't any left. She then explained that the manager had rang and explained this to the people affected. I never received any phone calls or messages. I didn't receive any refund for the mix up and was told l had been given an upgrade to the cabin at the back of the park. The cabin we were given looked at the road, had a broken tile in bathroom in front of the shower, one light in lounge room not working, a broken glass in the cupboard, dirty cutlery in drawer and a TV that was so tiny other than that it was the same as the room with the lake view so how was it an upgrade ?
