Australia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Victoria

Ottimo servizio alla reception. Erano tutti molto sorridenti, accoglienti e cordiali. Il bagno è pulitissimo. Apprezzo la quantità di caffè, tè e latte offerti, anche se è solo per una notte. Il letto è ok, ma ho sentito un odore di muffa, che potrebbe essere la moquette 🤔 L'unica cosa che mi impedirà di prenotare di nuovo è il rumore proveniente dalla strada. Non capisco perché sia ​​ancora così rumoroso dopo mezzanotte.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Docklands di Melbourne Marriott.Tutto sulla nostra esperienza è stato meraviglioso. L'accento per noi era certamente la piscina. La temperatura dell'acqua era perfetta non troppo calda e non troppo fredda e i nostri bambini l'abbiamo assolutamente amata. Infatti, non volevano uscire! La vista della zona di piscina è stata anche sorprendente e ha reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Il colazione era grande con molte opzioni, e il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e ospitante per tutta la nostra permanenza. Ci hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuti e ben guardati. In futuro rimarremo qui e abbiamo già raccomandato l'hotel ai nostri amici e familiari.

Pros: The room was much more spacious than I expected, very clean, modern, and well-maintained. I also loved having a Smart TV in the room. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Cons: One thing I found disappointing was that there were no women's sanitary products or basic pain relief available, which meant I had to go out early in the morning to purchase them myself. The shower pressure was also quite low, and the water temperature was often colder than expected. Overall: Despite these minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay and felt it offered great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good value for the price. Good location, walking distance to main city areas with loads of restaurants, shops and QV mall. The interior was clean and refurnished although the corridors and exterior seemed old. Bad positioning of the faucet in the washroom causing water spraying to the table top. The gap between the door and floor was too big and light shone in at night.

Hotel semplice con servizi essenziali. (sapone per il corpo, shampoo, detergente viso - 3 in 1 HAHA) (asciugacapelli, televisione, frigorifero, bollitore, cassaforte, asse e ferro da stiro, appendiabiti). Sono entrato alle 23:00 e sono stati così gentili da assegnarmi una stanza.

We had a lovely stay at Crowne — the room, facilities, and overall experience were excellent. Everything was comfortable and well-presented, and we really enjoyed our time there. However, we did request room cleaning on the first day, and unfortunately no one came. We had to follow up with the concierge the next day to have it arranged. Given the price point, this was a little disappointing as we expected a more seamless level of service. That said, aside from this hiccup, everything else was very good.

Il posto è fantastico. It’s more the attitude that disappointed. Not a big drama. but we didn’t get the room size we booked. When we asked why we got a different room they said it was because we didn’t check in until 8pm and it’s first come first served with regards the room type. Not the response we expected. When we dug a little deeper and questioned their logic we were told to “just go and enjoy the room”. The hotel is on a great location and we could t help but feel that 3rd party bookings may have been treated differently.
