Il bellissimo proprietario Quy e sua moglie si sono fermati indietro per guardarmi durante il mio soggiorno. Un paio di esempi: non riuscivo a trovare un tour DMZ che stava correndo, quindi Quy ha organizzato un viaggio con un amico di lui in macchina privata per un prezzo molto ragionevole. Ho comprato un biglietto per l'autobus a Hoi An e la compagnia di autobus ha ordinato l'hotel di cancellare - quando ho scoperto che era, i proprietari erano già al telefono cercando di trovarmi un'alternativa. Non avrei potuto chiedere una migliore esperienza, grazie tante a Qui e alla vostra bella famiglia per avermi reso così benvenuta. Devo dire anche che la stanza era bella e estremamente pulita, più che in una grande posizione. Raccomanderò Canary Boutique a chiunque, ma soprattutto a viaggiatori solitari, perché il livello di cura che ho qui mi ha assolutamente fatto. Le darei 11/10 se potessi!

This is by far the best resort hotel my family and I have ever stayed in my entire life in terms of room condition, cleanliness, customer service, and friendly staff etc. The front desk team, everyone, was attentive, friendly, and professional. But, a special shout out to Duty managers Ms. Trang & Ms. Puhong for making my stay memorable with my family. No words to express my feeling for Ms. Trang & Ms. Puhong. Ms. Trang has taken care of me from the moment of arrival all the way until check out date. She helped to solve the issue of the room category from the travel agent since I had the room type category issue that they made a mistake. she really made sure that I have solved the issue.i would like to thank her very much for her professionalism and the unwavering hospitality that she has extended to me. And Ms. Puhong really caught our needs and wants so well that I could stay at the lovely beachfront suite room as well as she has booked the activities, restaurant, and spa, etc. Of course, she will always welcome me whenever we come back to the Front desk. And the F&B team, everyone was extremely friendly and super attentive. i can't remember all of their names but especially Mr. Ken and Chef Ms. Ngan were attentive, friendly, and professional calling by our last name !! Bell team, Mr. Tin, thank you for taking care of us from the moment we arrived until departed. he has taken care of my family. And every time he never fails to greet us and be approachable.

First night stayed the sink drainer is broken, water is not drain away, so standing by the tub to brush teeth. Service fix right away after notify. Second stayed, at night water spray by the toilet leaking and dripping sound is so annoying causing hard to sleep, we close the door, but woke up in the middle night to use restroom and forgot to close the door after using it, have to stand up back to close the door. It was late night and we were tired so decided to tell the service next morning instead. When we went out to lunch, walk into the elevator saw the lock operation box hanging openly, then came back 4 hours later it's still open, we was wondering if the elevator would stop suddenly.The sky bar is very hot, not open rooftop, feels suffocating with winds from the fan. The whole night only able to get 1 drink, server doesn't go around to ask if we anything, we have to go look for the server inside the bar to ask for checkout. Overall, the hotel area is centralize, very nice hotel, clean, and great hotel service.

Our 2nd time back to this paradise. We stayed at the 3 bedroom villas overlooking the amazing ocean. The champagne breakfast was something we looked forward to daily . The staff at the resort were always at hand to make our stay exceptional. Special call out to Bich who was appointed our resort concierge , she contacted me in advance for massage booking, meals arrangement and in villa bbq set up. She even helped arrange for a day trip to Hue. She was always checking in on us to ensure that our stay at the resort was perfect . 5 days passed really quickly and we are already planning our 3rd trip back to Banyan Tree Langco. My recommendation is to spend your time at the resort, there is so much to enjoy. The amazing food, exceptional service and the tranquility of the resort sets them apart from many other resorts I have visited.

A beautiful and stylish resort nested in a lush tropical setting in a quiet and authentic neighborhood just outside Hue. The very efficient, polite and friendly staff provide a perfect service. Comfortable, spacious and very pleasant rooms. Plentiful, well attended breakfast with an very satisfying and complete choice of food options. Big, beautiful and very pleasant pool. The staff kindly but firmly make sure the rules are respected to keep the place quiet and pleasant for everybody. The complimentary 30 minutes spa therapy is a pleasant plus. Kindly upgrade on my second stay. Nothing to fault this lovely place really. Thank you Xin Chao for the kind supervision of my reservation and stay. Looking forward to my next stay at the wonderful Pilgrim Village.

We had a truly fantastic stay at the Chum Bucket. The staff (in particular Ricky) went above and beyond to help us and make our stay perfect. We had laundry turned around in record time and our room was immaculate. Incredibly clean, very large and very comfortable bed. Shower was hot and powerful and towels so fluffy. Walking distance to most things in Hue too. Would recommend to anyone - phenomenal value for money! (We were a couple).

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti in questo bellissimo Hotel cinque stelle. Dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti in modo eccellente dal personale ed in particolar modo dal gentilissimo Van Dùc che ci ha seguito, coccolati ed aiutati in maniera perfetta durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Se dovessimo ritornare a Huè, rialloggeremo in questa bellissima struttura anche solo per Van Dùc. Grazie mille di tutto. Francesco e Sabina.

Sono venuto a Hue con i Runner di Quang Tri per partecipare al maratono organizzato da Hue City. Sapere dell'Hotel Victory grazie al capo del gruppo di prenotare una stanza, non c'era molta speranza per la stanza, ma, a differenza di quanto pensavo prima, l'Hotel Victory mi ha portato un strano conforto. Procedura di check-in rapida ed entusiasta; pulite - camere aeree. Parcheggio spazioso, 2 accoglienti dedicati. Con tali strutture e strutture, penso che questo sarà il destino ideale per coloro che hanno e stanno pensando di venire a Hue per visitare e viaggiare. Se ho l'opportunità di venire a Hue, visiterò l'hotel di nuovo. Grazie Hue, grazie Vittoria!

Hotel carino, grande posizione per piccoli mercati stradali, il fiume e ristoranti locali. Il personale qui è eccellentemente pensante e utile, sempre benvenuto e gioioso. Il mio amico aveva un anello rotto e il personale era molto gentile. Egli poteva anche prendere in prestito una sedia a rotelle dell'hotel che gli permetteva di uscire e molto più di quanto non potesse usare solo le sue ruote.

Fantastico soggiorno. Questo personale amichevole, posizione conveniente, camera pulita e grandi raccomandazioni per il tour della città. Abbiamo anche prenotato il bus con 4 fermate a Hội An e il barco per il tempio. Certamente vale la pena guardarla. Il pranzo era anche delizioso.Tornerebbe di nuovo.
