Vietnam: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Provincia di Tay Ninh

Il personale ci ha offerto un drink benvenuto al nostro arrivo mentre il ricevitore ha effettuato il check-in, hanno compiuto ulteriori sforzi per comprendere il nostro itinerario e ci hanno dato consigli. Così, abbiamo prenotato i biglietti di montagna Ba Den dalla ricezione dell'hotel (simi prezzi) dopo averli ascoltati. Dopodiché, il personale ci ha mandato il biglietto via WhatsApp e una cosa buona è che è sempre contattabile se avete bisogno di ulteriore assistenza durante il vostro viaggio a Tau Ninh. La camera dell'hotel è accogliente e ha un design europeo. La adoriamo così tanto. Il colazione dell'hotel ha anche varie opzioni, tra cui cucine vietnamite e occidentali. Non posso aspettare di rivedere in un prossimo futuro.

An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. They speak very good English and helped us every time we needed taxis. We even had an issue outside the hotel, and they didn’t hesitate to handle everything for us. The hotel was also spotlessly clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was my friend’s birthday, and they even surprised us with a cake, which made the moment really special. A true little paradise in Vietnam, incredibly relaxing, beautifully designed, and wonderfully refreshing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this place, truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my trip. As a vegetarian, I was touched by their thoughtfulness; the restaurant staff proactively asked for my breakfast preference during dinner. The next morning, they served my pre-ordered meal and a refreshing drink promptly as soon as I arrived. The breakfast was delicious! Although the room was a bit small, it was spotless and well-equipped. Most importantly, I am deeply grateful to the team for coming to my rescue when I got lost in the forest—they truly went above and beyond. They also kindly allowed me a late check-out at 1 PM. Exceptional service that I won't forget!

I booked a junior deluxe with balcony. But seems like not a lot of customers book for that room... so they didn't properly clean the room. But when I asked for the House Keeping, the cleaning auntie came directly and helped me clean the area. I love their service! And also the environment is very calm and whenever I get to Tay Ninh, I always go there. This is my third time!

La camera era molto pulita, moderna e confortevole. Il letto era particolarmente confortevole e le strutture erano ben mantenute. Il personale era amichevole, professionale e sempre pronto ad aiutare ogni volta che avevo domande. La posizione è anche molto conveniente, con ristoranti e negozi vicino. In generale, è stata una grande esperienza e un ottimo valore per i soldi. Rimango sicuramente qui e consiglio molto questo hotel ad altri viaggiatori.

Il mio recente soggiorno all'hotel Phu Thang Grand a Ho Chi Minh City non è stato molto strano. Dalla mia entrata nel lobby, mi sono abbracciato da un vero calore che immediatamente ha svuotato l'esaustività dei miei viaggi. Mentre molti hotel promettono lusso, Phu Thang Grand offre una promessa ancora più rara: rendendoti completamente a casa. Ogni interazione si sentiva personalizzata, dai ricevitori che mi salutavano per nome, alla squadra di custodia che mi assicurava che la mia stanza fosse un santuario senza guai. Dopo un lungo giorno di navigazione, le strade vibranti di Saigon, tornando all'hotel, mi sentivo come tornare a casa mia tranquilla. La mia camera era ben progettata, mescolando il comfort moderno con i tocchi eleganti, con un letto più alto che offre il sonno più tranquillo. Che mi piacesse un delizioso colazione o mi rilassi dopo la vista, l'atmosfera rimaneva sempre tranquilla e incredibilmente accogliente. L'Hotel Phu Thang Grand ha completamente ridefinito l'esperienza di ospite in Vietnam. Non ti trattano solo come un visitatore temporaneo, ti trattano come una famiglia. Per chiunque cercasse una combinazione perfetta di lusso e una vera casa lontano da casa sentimento a Ho Chi Minh City, non posso raccomandare questo gioiello eccezionale abbastanza forte.
