Portogallo: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Distretto di Faro

We had a fantastic stay at The Editory by the Sea in Lagos. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and a short walk to the old town. The hotel has a modern, minimalist feel with beautiful interiors and calming views of the ocean. The service was warm and professional throughout our stay. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything, without being intrusive. Our room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel more luxurious. The pool area was lovely—quiet, relaxing, and a great spot to unwind after exploring the Algarve. Breakfast was a highlight! Plenty of variety with fresh local options, from fruit and pastries to cooked dishes. We also had dinner at the hotel one night and were really impressed with the quality and presentation. Overall, The Editory was the perfect mix of design, comfort, and location. We’d absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to stay in Lagos!

Buongiorno. I punti positivi: l'hotel è ben posizionato e spazioso. Le camere sono bellissime. La casa è bella. La colazione è molto buona. Il personale è cordiale. La piscina è bella. Il punto negativo è stata la pulizia. Il primo giorno era tutto pulito. Il secondo giorno non hanno pulito la camera né portato fuori la spazzatura. Non c'erano carta igienica né asciugamani. L'accesso alla piscina per le persone con mobilità ridotta è stato difficile perché era casa di mio marito. Era su una sedia a rotelle. È stato difficile. Inoltre, non avevano camere disponibili per persone con mobilità ridotta. C'era solo una camera ed era occupata. Tuttavia, per un hotel come questo, ci dovrebbe essere più disponibilità o più accesso per le persone con disabilità fisiche e motorie. Ma ho comunque apprezzato il mio soggiorno.

Siamo arrivati ​​intorno alle 15:00 e la persona alla reception non è riuscita a trovare la nostra prenotazione effettuata tramite Trip.com. Con molta rabbia e insistenza ci ha detto che non poteva fare nulla e che dovevamo contattare Trip.com per risolvere la cosa con loro (dopo 9 ore di viaggio e tutte le possibili email di conferma). Mentre aspettavo che Trip.com ci rispondesse, un'altra persona ci ha chiamato dicendoci che era tutto in ordine, che non riuscivano a trovarlo a causa di un ”errore del computer”. Non una scusa, niente. La stanza non era male, al secondo piano, ben posizionata. Struttura alberghiera vecchia, le 5 stelle non sono meritate, sinceramente è un 4 stelle attuale, per il prezzo pagato va bene. Buona colazione a buffet, servizio altrettanto buono e attento. Abbiamo avuto un problema un giorno perché non hanno rifatto la stanza, abbiamo dovuto lamentarci alle 19:30 e hanno pulito e rifatto molto velocemente (e in modo abbastanza ”leggero”), ma, beh... Non possiamo commentare SPA, palestra ecc. poiché non abbiamo provato tali servizi.

Not my first time in Faro but chose this hotel for the rooms with balcony marina view. The hotel has a rich history and has been around since 1960s and its undergoing refurbishments in some areas. The old rooms look dated and could do with better cleaning as previous occupant’s hair was found in the bathroom. We loved the design & aesthetic looks of the new refurbished areas such as the spa, bathrooms, gym, pool & sauna but shame that there was a water leak in the indoor pool ceiling and rusty bits on the stainless steel railings. Considering it’s completed in Aug 2025, the hotel may need to do more due diligence to ensure the safety of guests. As a non Portuguese speaker, I felt that the check-in staff can make more efforts in being warm and welcoming. I noticed that this hotel is one of the few hotels ive been that check-in staffs are seated instead of standing, making the process somehow casual & less welcoming. I also called in to make a request for a late check out and received a hostile response by a lady who said ‘No. We need the room back’. We just got married the day before arriving & we are here to also celebrate my honeymoon & partner’s birthday. Weeks prior to arriving, I put in a request if the hotel could do a birthday special for him but this was not acknowledged. As an avid traveller who has stayed in many hotels around the world, I am a little dissapointed with the lack of personalised attentive service provided by the hotel. If the view & location isn’t a concern, I recommend the nearby 3HB hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. AP Eva senses have a great deal of potential, but they may be complacent at going beyond, as they are currently the only hotel at Faro marina. Additional employees like the elder gentleman pianist & hotel hairdresser were the warmest I’ve come across.

最棒的四星酒店，我會因為這個酒店再去一次portimao，有一個非常舒適的陽台，樓上還有游泳池，酒店也有免費接送車到海邊，還有spa但是需要提前預訂，早餐也非常豐盛和新鮮。還有設備齊全的健身房，所有東西都很齊全。離碼頭去坐船看洞穴和海豚的起點也很近，就3分鐘路程。棒！

Ein wunderschönes Hotel umgeben von einer herrlichen Gartenlandschaft. Kaum angekommen passierte etwas unvorstellbares - Black out auf der iberischen Halbinsel. Die Hotelmanager haben vorbildlich reagiert - Informationen gegeben, jeder Person eine Wasserflasche zur Verfügung gestellt, abends im Restaurant kalte Speisen und kostenlose Grillgerichte serviert. Auch das Notstromaggregat lief stundenweise. Somit fühlten wir uns, trotz Unsicherheiten, gut aufgehoben.  Die Sonne genießen an der herrlichen Poollandschaft ist ja auch nicht zu verachten. Das Frühstückbuffett war abwechslungsreich, auch mit guter Auswahl für Veganer und Vegetarier. Wir haben, unter anderem,  das herrliche, süße Obst sehr genossen.

Hotel pulito senza scena con personale estremamente accogliente. Piscine erano un po 'fredde ma questo è l'unico in basso. La selezione del colazione era molto completa. È un po' in basso per andare in città, quindi prepararsi per un passo in alto. La seconda volta qui e sicuramente ritornerà.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed in a room with a small balcony and sea view. The sound of the crashing waves are very loud when you open the doors so if you’re not acquired to noise then you may want to choose a room not facing the sea. The room Itself was very clean and well maintained although the shower tiles had some dark marks on the grouting, doors and panels were spotless. The breakfast was very good but was almost the same each morning, to be fair, what else can you eat other than the usual stuff? Evening meals were lovely with a different choice each day but I personally found some dishes a little salty. This hotel is perfect if you want to just chill and relax and take long walks. The promenade is very flat with lovely a sunset each evening. As we went in the winter it was very quiet with plenty of room to manoeuvre. People are very friendly especially in the cafes and restaurants. There are many eateries but if you like coffees and cakes , oh and sushi, it is heaven. If this hotel had a few more facilities like an indoor pool and spa it would be perfect. I wouldn’t say that it is an ideal hotel if you have kids but the promenade would be nice for them to release some energy.

L'hotel è a soli 14 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. La stanza era grande e molto pulita. Il colazione è semplice ma si può trovare tutto. Ci sono sauna e ginnastica, parcheggio gratuito.

Di fronte alla bella Bichichi, è un posto molto adatto per una passeggiata mattinata, per camminare o correre in un bel periodo di tramonto.Il centro di trattamento dell'acqua ha tempo di uso separato e richiede una tassa.
