Situazione prominente con bus fermato vicino. Alla prossima passeggiata dall'arena e dal vecchio quartiere di Verona. La stanza è pulita. Abbiamo colazione con una vasta selezione di cibo italiano.

Situato di fronte all'isola principale di Venezia. L'ambiente è davvero splendido. L'hotel offre un traghetto da e per l'isola principale al costo di 15 € a persona, indipendentemente dalla durata del soggiorno. Molto comodo, con due punti di attracco di fronte all'isola principale; l'hotel ha un orario. L'isola stessa ha supermercati e ristoranti, il che la rende molto comoda. È possibile prendere un taxi per la stazione ferroviaria al costo di 70 €. L'ambiente è impeccabile, la colazione è eccellente e la vista è superba. Il personale dello Skybar è stato un po' scortese se non ho lasciato loro la mancia. La piscina sul tetto richiede la prenotazione; non forniscono lettini senza prenotazione. Nel complesso, vale la pena soggiornarci; è molto bello.

in love with our stay, the nearest stop is rialto mercato, just 100 meter walk. Perfect location to visit the main attractions. you whether can use vaporetta (water bus) or walk to the attractions. But the only downside is the did not have lift, luckily we get the lowest floor, but i guess nothing can be done because this is one of the oldest building.

Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile ed entusiasta, e abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente. La camera doppia era molto confortevole, con una vista e una posizione ottime. Ci sono molti ristoranti cinesi nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso, è stato un ottimo soggiorno, ne è valsa la pena.

Per la seconda volta in questo campeggio, trovo sempre ottimi servizi tra cui le piscine e il ristorante con buon rapporto qualità prezzo, considerando la vicinanza a Venezia. Sicuramente migliorabile la possibilità di comunicare con la struttura, perche alcune cose si possono fare solo tramite sito ma senza la possibilità di avere feedback veloci. Ho fatto una richiesta speciale: che fosse messo in camera un mini frigo, probabilmente non era possibile ma aspetto ancora la risposta da parte della struttura.

We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

Il vantaggio più grande è la posizione, ma per il resto non si può paragonare ad altri hotel a quattro stelle come gli Hilton. Forse qui a Venezia le costruzioni sono in generale un po' datate. La hall dell'hotel è bella, ma ci sono alcuni difetti nelle dotazioni della camera, ad esempio alcuni appendini incollati tendono a staccarsi. Ci sono prese di ricarica sia nuove (standard europeo) che vecchie (standard italiano), uhm, il che è comunque passabile. Ci sono anche altri piccoli difetti di dettaglio e, intorno alle due del mattino, sembrava ci fosse una festa di giovani nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso, la posizione e l'esperienza valgono il prezzo. Qui vicino ci sono anche molti posti dove mangiare e bere; consiglio di provare i ristoranti con molte recensioni positive per gustare pasta, pizza e gelato, anche i prezzi sono buoni. Dopotutto, gli hotel sull'isola principale offrono un rapporto qualità-prezzo inferiore e strutture più vecchie. Se si hanno esigenze più elevate in termini di esperienza, uhm, suggerisco di andare a qualche chilometro di distanza, ad esempio all'Hilton Garden Inn, che ha un prezzo simile e strutture migliori, ma un trasporto meno comodo. Oppure, per un prezzo doppio, si può andare in qualche hotel sull'isola principale, ecc. Per esigenze inferiori, si possono provare altri ostelli nelle vicinanze, non hotel.
