The hotel is at a very good location, at a walking distance to the city center and with a plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Staff was very helpful and gave us a very good guide of the city when we were checking in. Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in Europe.

Situato di fronte all'isola principale di Venezia. L'ambiente è davvero splendido. L'hotel offre un traghetto da e per l'isola principale al costo di 15 € a persona, indipendentemente dalla durata del soggiorno. Molto comodo, con due punti di attracco di fronte all'isola principale; l'hotel ha un orario. L'isola stessa ha supermercati e ristoranti, il che la rende molto comoda. È possibile prendere un taxi per la stazione ferroviaria al costo di 70 €. L'ambiente è impeccabile, la colazione è eccellente e la vista è superba. Il personale dello Skybar è stato un po' scortese se non ho lasciato loro la mancia. La piscina sul tetto richiede la prenotazione; non forniscono lettini senza prenotazione. But the only downside is the did not have lift, luckily we get the lowest floor, but i guess nothing can be done because this is one of the oldest building.

Questo ostello merita un punteggio pieno per la sua posizione eccellente: si trova a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Mestre e dalle fermate degli autobus come FLIXBUS. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti e supermercati, il che lo rende estremamente comodo. Si percepisce subito che è un ostello molto ben rodato; al check-in ho notato molti studenti, e le strutture sono complete. Al piano terra c'è un cortile dove rilassarsi, e la cucina comune è molto grande, dotata di lavastoviglie e uno schermo per guardare film o partite. Le camere sono piuttosto confortevoli, con aria condizionata e servizi igienici separati (wc, doccia e lavandino). Nel complesso, è un'ottima soluzione, la consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui mentre visitavamo Venezia con i miei genitori in auto. Il campeggio offre un'esperienza diversa rispetto agli alloggi tradizionali. Qui si può cucinare, ci sono pentole e stoviglie, e il parcheggio è gratuito. Il bungalow superior può ospitare 5 persone e le due camere hanno ciascuna il proprio bagno, il che è molto comodo. Attenzione: alla reception bisogna prendere il numero dal totem e il fornello si accende con l'accendigas (lo si trova nell'armadietto). Il campeggio e i bungalow sono un po' datati, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo.

We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

Anche se l'hotel è un po' datato, offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, specialmente per un soggiorno estivo di una sola notte. Per il prezzo economico, si ottiene una posizione eccellente direttamente di fronte alla stazione di Mestre (circa 3 minuti a piedi) e un accesso facilissimo alle fermate degli autobus per Venezia. La colazione è inclusa con un'ampia varietà di opzioni. L'hotel ci ha anche permesso di fare il check-in anticipato, il che è stato molto comodo. Nel complesso, è un'ottima scelta per chi cerca posizione, colazione inclusa e buon servizio a un prezzo ragionevole.

Hotel in buona posizione con accesso al vicino sito di campeggio euro, utile per lo sport, bar offsite (Pizza-Pub Due Ruote) sulla strada al Campeggio ben valsa la pena di visitare. La piscina dell'hotel è una vista benvenuta dopo un giorno di passeggiata intorno al lago e divertimento della ferrata.Torneremo felicemente 🫡
