Nuova Zelanda: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Auckland (regione)

We stayed overnight at Holiday Inn Auckland City Centre and had a great experience. Sam from the night staff was lovely! Very helpful and informative, and even managed to get us a great room with an amazing view despite our last minute booking. The breakfast was excellent too. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem in Central Auckland! Close to amenities and great views from the rooms highly recommended

The room is amazing. Clean room and great room service. They fulfilled my request even in the middle of the night. Location is perfect, able to get to queen street by just a couple minutes of walk.

L'hotel era perfetto per me. A destra di Queens Street, la posizione era perfetta. La maggior parte dei posti che dovevo andare erano a piedi. La stanza era molto pulita. Le strutture erano grandi, tra cui lavanderia. E il personale era amichevole e utile. Sarò certamente tornato.Grande valore per i soldi!

Molto felice che la posizione fosse fuori dall'arena di Spark e il personale era amichevole. Purtroppo c'era il rumore che veniva dalla stanza sotto di noi. Noi chiamammo la ricezione, ma il rumore continuava tutta la notte. La pulizia avrebbe potuto essere migliore, perché c'erano i capelli sulle pareti del bagno.Vorremmo anche avere cromaca come opzione. In generale, questo è ideale per chi cerca un posto economico vicino all'arena Spark. Le letti erano comodi e la camera ha più attrezzature di quanto non abbia mai soggiornato.

The hotel is just everything you need in Auckland. We booked a one-bedroom suite, with a double bed and a sofa bed that can fit us 3 well. There are enough amenities for travellers abroad from washing/dryer machine, microwave, oven, fridge, stove, kitchenware, dining table. Housekeeping is daily so this helps clear the rubbish in the room much. Staff is helpful and you get to use anytime fitness for free (we didn't use it though). Walking distance to 24/7 shop, Woolworths, Sky Tower, Les Mills Auckland City, Britomart, University of Auckland. The only downsides for us are unstable hot shower and air con is a bit stingy. But during our stay it's cold enough that we don't need Aircon. We'll definitely come back here if we travel to Auckland.

Phoned in for help. VERY kind, patient and helpful. Stayed on the line until I said we were okay.  Valet Service: Excellent in every way.  Concierge: thorough and thoughtful. Made moving from car, to book-in area to the room very simple.  Booking In: polite, efficient, friendly.  Room itself: magnificent!! View: Awesome!  Overall: Staying at SkyCity made our Ak visit stress-less and easy. I’ll be doing this all again, hopefully it will be very soon!! Thank you to all. 😊

There's no bell boy to assist guest upon arrival and even up to the room. Basically this hotel is ”self-service” hotel. From carrying the luggages upon arrival to the room and out of the room (check out). You have to do it all by yourself by taking the trolley and upload those luggages on to it and bring it to your room. The same applies when you want to check out. Some of the reception staff are not friendly upon welcoming guest to the hotel. Upon our arrival at around 3pm (NZD time) , the reception staff seems not happy in welcoming us. When we asked them why there's no one to assist us on the luggages (5 luggages), and their response was ”they never assist anyone beyond the double entrance glass door”. We were so suprise with their response To be fair, there are other staff [the chef, manager and other reception staff that was on night duty (other than the one assisted us upon our arrival)] are very kind and friendly. They are happy to assist us whenever we have issue during our stay and they go beyond their duty by sharing a lot of tourism information which was very useful to us as tourist in Auckland, NZ.
