ラウンジがあることを知らずに行ったのですが、 お酒もお菓子も充実していて、 清潔感＆高級感もあり、クリスマスツリーもあって、 とってもリラックスして友人とおしゃべりを楽しむことができました！ 館内は全て清潔で、文句なしです！ お風呂も綺麗で広くて、2時間くらい露天風呂を楽しんじゃいました😆🫶🏻 お風呂上がりのドリンクも美味しいです。 とーっても贅沢に時間の流れるホテルでした。 山の景色も美しいです。 ありがとうございました❤️

Questa è stata la mia seconda visita a questo grande hotel di onsen, e ho notato che l’inglese del personale è migliorato, che apprezziamo davvero. Siamo stati particolarmente grati per aver preparato i nostri futoni con due strati, grazie a ciò, non abbiamo avuto problemi a dormire sul tatami questa volta. La nostra stanza era al undicesimo piano, ma purtroppo non c'era molto vista sul fiume, a meno che non uscissimo sul balcone e ci tenesimo a guardare giù. Invece, la vista era di un vecchio hotel chiuso, parzialmente distrutto, che era un po' deludente. Il loro tetto offreva una bella vista sulla montagna, che ne faceva parte, ma non c’erano strutture per il bagno, come lo shampoo e il condizionatore. Sembra che si aspettano che gli ospiti sperimentino il cibo sul primo e sul secondo piano per la doccia e la lavaggio. Il loro buffet ha offerto una vasta gamma di cibi, ma la torta era troppo dura, il sashimi si sentiva sgombra e il tempura non era affatto scemo

Il servizio è attento, il cibo del ristorante è molto delizioso, la stanza è pulita, la piscina di zuppa all'aperto può essere descritta solo con 👍, solo la posizione è più lontana, il furgone è inconveniente, fortunatamente il personale di galleria è molto entusiasta di aiutare a chiamare il taxi e essere inserito nella lista di tasca.

first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

Passare dalla stazione all'hotel per solo cinque minuti.L'hotel è grande e molti bambini hanno strutture.La cena di buffet è più comune rispetto alla colazione di buffet.Ma in generale, è anche molto soddisfatto.

The stuff are extremely friendly and helpful. The reception desk stuff are always smiling and very willing to help. We have a wonderful stay here. Facilities are considerable for both elderly and kids. We would love to come back and visit again in the future.

The hotel is around 10mins walk from Kinugawa-Onsen Station. Although there are many abandoned hotels, shops, residences, buildings around the surrounding area, I can still explore the area as the street lights are lit in the evening. The hotel is divided into different wings and occupies a large area. I stayed in the upper floors of the hotel’s main building (Kirakukan) but there’s an option to stay at the hotel’s park-cottages that is built on the cliff of the riverbank and overlooks the Kinugawa river. The Kinugawa Park Cottage is located separately further away from the main building. I only noticed a local Japanese family of four or five persons being escorted by the hotel staff to one of the cottages. Other than that one-off encounter, I didn’t see anyone else at the area around the cottage which is also super quiet. Likewise for the other wings of the hotel i.e. Kinoyakata and Kishintei, I didn’t see any guests maybe due to low season. Love the onsen and the private open-air bath, the traditional Japanese kaiseiki breakfast and dinner. There’s also a souvenir shop, ramen & snack shop as well as an outdoor swimming pool which I couldn’t use as it is only available for use come summer time. Just across the road from the hotel, there’s the Waterside Cafe Terrace, a 7-Eleven convenience store adjacent to the hotel and since there’s no self-service washing machine/dryer in the hotel, the nearest 24h laundromat is around a 5-min walk from the hotel located behind the Waterside Cafe Terrace and across the road facing “Galarie Cafe Painto E”. On the day of check-out, the hotel helped to store my luggage and I had lunch at “Suzukawa Cafe” just next to Galarie Cafe Painto E. The food prices here are slightly cheaper than the ones near Kinugawa-Onsen station.

Un vecchio hotel caldo!La pasta di prima colazione e cena, davvero troppo costoso!Il cibo è delizioso, dal pesce al pesce, e tutto il resto!Aprire la birra di erba, il cibo è caldo e il cibo è caldo!Il cibo caldo è anche abbastanza buono. Siamo quattro adulti della famiglia con i bambini, e l'esperienza di soggiorno è molto soddisfatta! Ho vissuto qui per il doppio di molti prezzi, ma ho anche un senso simile.Il rapporto prezzo è buono, lode!

Il ristorante intorno a lui è pochi, il negozio di comodità è anche un po' lontano dall'hotel, quindi non c'è auto un po'difficile, ma il caldo è il migliore e la colazione è deliziosa.C'è anche una piscina e strutture fitness, ma a causa della limitazione del tempo, non posso usarlo, che mi fa deluso.
