La posizione è eccellente, a soli 7 minuti a piedi da una stazione MRT che serve 2 linee, e a 12 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Shenyang. È situato lungo la strada di shopping di Taiyuan con molti negozi e molte opzioni alimentari. È anche un grande bagno a 5 minuti a piedi se si vuole provare la famosa cultura del bagno di Shenyang.

Il prezzo riflette anche questo, mentre è ancora costoso per una città come Shenyang. Il personale è molto amichevole, hanno accettato un check-out tardivo. Il pranzo è davvero povero per il prezzo: i succhi di frutta provengono da cartoni piuttosto che da pressatura fresca, i pascoli sono industriali e le uova fritte sono supercotte.

Durante le vacanze della Giornata Nazionale, il personale dello Shenyang Shangri-La era molto entusiasta e il servizio, Yan Yan, era molto premuroso. Il giovane addetto alla portineria ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutare con i bagagli. La palestra e la piscina erano molto buone , l'acqua era pulita, le attrezzature e le strutture erano ben mantenute e di fronte c'era un centro commerciale. Era molto comodo e una buona esperienza di check-in! ! ! ! Giusto in tempo per il mio compleanno, ho anche preparato una sorpresa di compleanno speciale, che è molto buona, è un hotel a cinque stelle Shenyang Shangri-La, l'ho scelto bene.

UUtente anonimoThis establishment is located in an apartment building. It is not exactly a hotel but an apartment for rent. It is located about 6-7 minutes walk to the beach and it’s very close to Wanda Hotel. Going to this place from Bayuquan train station only takes 10 mins and the taxi cost is less than 10rmb. There are many taxis in front of Bayuquan train station exit so it is easy to get to the apartment. The main receiving area of this apartment is on the third floor of another apartment building. When we got there, one of their staff immediately took us to another apartment building where our room was. The check in with our passports was unnecessary. It was easy and convenient. Since it was an apartment, I did not have a really high expectation when it comes to the design of the place. Below is the summary of my review: Good stuff: 1. Very beautiful view: Our room was the best in all the room options, according to the owner. The management upgraded our room. We got 180 degrees view of the sea. Below us was the view of the hot spring next door. There were no obstacles for the view. We saw everything in the horizon! 2. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful 3. The location is near the beach. 6-7 mins walk 4. The room was spacious with all the basic and necessary things. However, I did not expect to use disposable towels. 5. The room has a small kitchen with an induction cooker and a steamer. Ideal for a family with infants or toddlers. 6. Easy to get to by taxi 7. The bed was comfortable. They have a soft yellow blanket that my baby liked. 8. There are many restaurants by the sea serving seafood, barbecue and dongbei food. 9. You could easily rent umbrellas if you want to hang out by the sea. For a simple umbrella with a table and some stools, 200 for the whole day. 10. There is a small amusement park by the sea. A square with fun things to do. Fireworks at night and there are many other water activities you can do during the day time. It won’t be too boring. 11. The place is famous for digging in the sand, catching some crabs or collecting shells on low tide. 12. It could get pretty crowded around summer but it’s normal for a tourist spot. 13. The apartment is near a hotspring. Paid separately. Must book in advance. Things for improvement: 1. The room could be a little cleaner. The drinking glasses were not properly washed 2. I could tell they only cleaned the bathroom floors but did not scrub the corners of the walls. Some dirt accumulated there. Could do better when it comes to cleaning. 3. Disposable towels were okay but real towels are a lot better for drying. 4. The bathroom is way too small. The door blocked the way in the bathroom and I hurt myself as I moved around since the distance between the sink and the door was so small. I am already a small person and this space is too small for me. 5. There was a weird smell that was coming out from the bathroom. It could be from the pipes. The management should check and maintain this place so there would be no weird smell in the future. 6. There are restaurants downstairs but the options are limited to only the things I mentioned above. General take on Bayuquan: It is a good place for a weekend getaway but it is not a well developed place to go looking for a good cafe to chill and hang out nor a place to find KFC or McDonald’s. There are many buildings that were closed due to inactivity or maybe buildings that were built but never used. Anyway, it can look better and do better if Bayuquan will improve its infrastructures like the walk ways, small parks and malls. It is a small, quiet city near a beach. If you are looking for a weekend getaway near a beach, this is one of the places to go to. You can go swimming but the water is not very clear. Staying for a day or two would be good enough.

VVyyc94Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

HhidinginplainsightWe had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

Questo hotel è come un vecchio stile hotel cinese, è di grande qualità e è mantenuto in buone condizioni, ma è data con mobili in legno scuro e non in linea con l'elevata aspettativa di un Intercontinentale, soprattutto rispetto ad altre città. E anche in camera c'è un odore strano, e la colazione è limitata, anche nel salone del club, e non c'è stato alcun riconoscimento del mio compleanno, che era deludente. Nel positivo, la sala dirigente è una bella dimensione, il bagno è enorme, la doccia è potente, la condizione è buona, letto e le mutandine sono comode, nessuna macchina del caffè, ma libero accesso al soggiorno con tè pomeriggio sia giorno e ora felice dove viene servito cibo . La piscina è grande e fino a 1.8m profonda. Il prezzo è relativamente buono, quindi in generale è stato piacevole. Grazie anche a Grace che mi ha dato un checkout tardivo e un magnete. Spero che riabilitino l'hotel presto, come potrebbe essere meglio, attraverso di esso non è così cattivo.

The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here. I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment. The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone. The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese. There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt. The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space. The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel. There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee. The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality. There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

SSeanchorSi tratta di un raro hotel-castello in puro stile europeo, con un'ottima posizione, a due passi da Piazza Xinghai. È molto comodo per mangiare e viaggiare e ci sono auto speciali che vengono a prendervi su e giù per la montagna. La stanza è molto grande. La camera con vista mare si affaccia sul ponte che attraversa il mare e la vista è davvero impressionante. Le strutture interne sono un po' vecchie, ma nel complesso accettabili. Il servizio è caloroso e premuroso. La hall è magnifica e suggestiva. Nel pomeriggio sono previsti anche spettacoli interattivi per bambini. Ci sono diversi ascensori nella hall ed è facile perdersi. La qualità della colazione è nella media, a parte il prezzo elevato, tutto il resto è soddisfacente.
