UUtente ospiteОтель очень хороший! Чисто идеально, песок на пляже приглажен, все лежаки с огромными мягкими матрасами, много гамаков, всяческих диванчиков, чтобы уютно пристроиться. Завтраки превосходные! Есть всё, что угодно. Питание в обед и ужин тоже на уровне, цены, конечно, не дешевые, но это и понятно….вы ведь в отеле. Номера просторные, чистые, га балконе диван и качелька))))) Минус единственный это то, что персонал (даже на рецепшен) кое-кто не понимает по-английски, даже цифры….. сложно что-то выяснить, если есть какие-то проблемы.

Hhicham abourouhSorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

UUtente ospiteThis was the best location for Tangiers, right on the door step of the wonderful beach and Mall with just a short taxi ride to the Medina and Old Town.
This was ideal for us as we took our mum who is elderly and found it a bonus that everything was quite close. In terms of service, that could be improved as one of the days we got back to our room which had not been cleaned or tidied at all. In terms of facilities, it would have been great if there was a spa in the hotel as we where there for a chillaxed holiday and that would have been the icing on the cake. The staff was friendly and anything we needed they tried their level best to deliver, one staff in particular who did this was Tahar, he was excellent.

ДДамирPerfect location if you travel all around Morocco: right next to the train station (you can get to Rabat in 1:20 and to Casablanca in 2:10) and a square where you can take a taxi to Tetouan (1 hour ride). Beach is a 3-minute walk away. Old city is about 2,5 km away.
Room was quite spacious and clean. Big bathroom. However, water regulators in both showers didn't work properly. Water always was too hot. They kind of fixed it on the second day. However, water still was very warm. Taking a cold shower wasn't possible.
Nice sea view from the restraunt at the top floor. Breakfast was there too and it was way below expectations for 5-star hotel. A lot of baking but no salmon (which is common in 5-star hotels) and too few drinks, fruit and protein-rich meals. Sure, we could order an omelete with additions (like beef, cheese, tomatoes etc.), but some staff didn't speak English, so sometimes ordering was frustrating.

GGustavo Adolfo Sánchez JiménezHotel ben ristrutturato, perché prima di essere gestito dalla catena Kenzi, era solo n 3* e un po' datato, si sta facendo una ristrutturazione importante, personale molto gentile, ottima colazione a buffet, gastronomia molto varia e molto buona, piscina molto pulita La camera veniva pulita quotidianamente e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati, un 10 per la pulizia, ritorneremo senza esitazione

Il manque beaucoup d’activités pour les sorties cheval, quad, tennis padel…
Il faut meubler le temps par d’autres sorties.

UUtente anonimo第二次入住這家酒店，可能是因為淡季，整個酒店好像衹開了一層，甚至連走廊的燈都沒開，淋浴間的設施也缺乏維修，但考慮到景觀與價格，在胡塞馬也算不錯的酒店了。

MMario BettencourtThe hotel merits the 5 star rating. Excellent all around. Breakfast is worth praising for the selection and quality of the produce. The staff is very attentive to guests' needs and comfort. A word of praise for the assistant floor/reception manager who out of his way to see to it that my stay was pleasant and memorable. Would only advise not to arrange airport pick-up through the hotel. The service will cost more than double that of a regular taxi. Otherwise, and as a seasoned world traveler, I strongly recommend the hotel.

FFamily of 3xVery nice and welcoming service: front desk, cleaning staff, kitchen/restaurant, boys.
We reached the hotel at 11.00 due to early flight- service made an exception and served us breakfast ”off record” after its serving time- big thank you!
Even if check in was at 15.00 we could have entered the room at 13.00-nicely arranged.
The hotel is clean and friendly with good access to the beach and marina.
Highly recommended for a stay and breakfast.
