L'aria condizionata non funzionava come richiesto, anche dopo un paio di lamentele non sono riusciti a raffreddarla perché tutte le stanze hanno la stessa temperatura, dato che alloggiavamo in un hotel rinomato volevamo una temperatura più fresca per la nostra stanza ma l'hotel non aveva modo di aumentare o diminuire la temperatura, Inoltre il personale del ristorante della colazione mattutina non è gestito correttamente, molti membri del personale non sanno come supervisionare gli ordini Ma lo stesso personale ha gestito gli ordini nei servizi di cena o pranzo, questo potrebbe essere il punto focale non soddisfare i clienti in modi diversi Cordiali saluti / Akhil

I stayed at Shangri-La's Eros Hotel last night with my wife and infant daughter, and it was truly the best stay we've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home with their warm hospitality. The room was immaculate and perfectly suited for a family, with every detail thoughtfully planned. The crib provided for our infant daughter was clean and comfortable, ensuring she slept peacefully throughout the night. The food was delicious, and the dining experience was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to our every need. The hotel's ambiance and attention to detail in the decor were simply outstanding. Its a good hotel. Location is quite good rite in the middle of Delhi. Quite and clean as well. Staff was helpful and very courteous. Breakfast was decent for the price they charge. Can have bit more healthier options. Vakue for money

The place is really accessible. Market, metro station both nearby and uber comes even if you book at 3-4am. Rooms are clean but would appreciate it if there were privacy curtains.

Ho trascorso un piacevole soggiorno al Novotel. Si trova nella zona di Old Delhi, ma non troppo lontano dalla zona principale di Connaught Place, dove troverete numerosi negozi e bar/ristoranti. L'hotel in sé è nuovissimo e non ancora ultimato al 100%. Tuttavia, era molto pulito e moderno e il personale è stato superbo in tutto. Hanno soddisfatto ogni mia esigenza e sono andati ben oltre le mie aspettative. Una volta completati i lavori, questo hotel sarà il luogo perfetto per chiunque visiti Nuova Delhi. Inoltre, una breve menzione allo chef, Sachin. Mi ha preparato un curry di pollo al burro perfetto, anche se non era sul menu.

Ruined my trip to India! It was the first hotel we stayed at for the whole trip and this set the bar SO HIGH for all other hotels. It was an AMAZING experience, the hotel looks better in person than in the pictures. Cannot recommend it enough. If you get the chance, definetly go for it!
