India: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Delhi

L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale, con traffico limitato e in 30 minuti si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto. La camera era pulita e il personale addetto alle pulizie, in particolare Manish e il suo team, è stato molto attento e ha prestato particolare attenzione alle richieste, alla pulizia e alla casa. Nel complesso, il personale dell'hotel è stato molto cordiale e accogliente. Ho addirittura prolungato il mio soggiorno di altre quattro notti. La colazione a buffet offre un'ampia scelta di pietanze.

Questo hotel è in posizione ideale per una breve sosta in coincidenza con i voli dal vicino aeroporto internazionale di Delhi. Siamo arrivati presto e, dato che ci saremmo fermati solo per poche ore, ci è stato permesso di effettuare il check-in prima. Aspetti positivi: camera pulita con tutti i comfort, tra cui acqua, articoli da toeletta, bollitore, tè e caffè gratuiti e frigorifero ben fornito. Bellissima piscina dove mi sono rilassato prima del volo. Il personale del servizio in camera e il concierge sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili. Servizi non proprio buoni: il tè nella loro caffetteria era troppo costoso. Ci siamo sentiti truffati a 536 rupie per una tazza piccola: tre sorsi ed era già sparita! Il servizio era pessimo, abbiamo dovuto andare al bancone per chiedere latte e tovaglioli da accompagnare ai nostri hamburger unti. Ci sono voluti 30 minuti perché arrivasse il tè. I tavoli erano sporchi. Data l'esperienza, abbiamo scelto di non mangiare in hotel, ma di fare un salto al Worldmart lì accanto, che offre un'eccellente varietà di ristoranti e bar. Nella zona piscina non vengono serviti né cibo né bevande, quindi se cercate uno spuntino o un drink a bordo piscina rimarrete delusi.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, dalla guardia di sicurezza all'ingresso, al personale della reception e al personale del ristorante. Tutti molto cordiali, cordiali e disponibili! Prince alla reception e Biru al buffet della colazione sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili! Molto apprezzati. Il Taj Mahal Hotel a Nuova Delhi è un vero gioiello. Il ristorante, con la sua autentica cucina dell'India settentrionale, è una delizia culinaria. E la vista dalle finestre, che si affaccia su una vegetazione lussureggiante, è incredibilmente rinfrescante. Un connubio perfetto tra gusto e tranquillità!”

Hotel bellissimo con un grande personale amichevole che offre il trattamento VIP e benvenuto. Ha un bel caffè, bar salone e ristorante, offre buon colazione buffet, pranzo e cena. Grande modo di gustare la cucina indiana.

From the moment my taxi dropped me at the door of Novotel Aerocity, I was treated like the Queen. Staff were polite, warm and friendly and the security process (appreciated) was quick professional and seamless. I was hours too early for check-in.... arriving at 8am, but a wonderful customer relations attendant had me in the poolside roo on the 5th floor that I had requested in my booking, several hours before actual check in time. The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. I had an excellent view looking down at the pool The buffet breakfast was huge, with a vast array of choices. I was in my element choosing lots of different healthy high protein choices and the cappuccino from Lavazza machine was surprisingly good. I swam in the pool each day of my stay, and the whole area, including the plants was tended immaculately by staff that clearly enjoyed their job. I dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was superb. Special thanks to my lovely attentive waiter Deepak. All the cleaning staff I passed in the hotel as I went to my room etc were friendly, wishing me a namaste. The surrounding area to Novotel has several other well known chain hotels set out in a lovely quiet Frangipani lined leafy area with shopping mall and foodcourt just 5 minutes walking away. My taxi took about 6 minutes to T 3 each way and cost about 400rupees each way. On my last morning I was up ready to leave at 5am, and downstairs in the bar I found complimentary packs of pastries available, and could even have a cappuccino made for me. Thank you Novotel. È vicino all'aeroporto, il che rende i trasferimenti più comodi. Ci sono hotel nelle vicinanze, il servizio è buono e la camera è pulita. Sceglierei questo hotel ogni volta che avrò un trasferimento.

Avevo prenotato un letto king size e un letto singolo, ma al momento del check-in ci hanno fornito solo una camera con letto king size. Quando sono stati informati, hanno detto che installeranno biancheria da letto aggiuntiva e che la biancheria da letto è difficilmente adattata alla stanza. Al momento della prenotazione mostrano una foto di due letti per*** sul sito web. Penso che mi abbiano degradato al momento del check-in. Quindi non sono contento della stanza.

Pleasant surprise. Clean, well maintained. 10 mins to airport early morning 200 INR uber and about 15 mins from airport around 5pm. Uber easy to get and it was like 300INR but from airport I didn't want to wait i uber lines so I just did XL to get immediate ride which was like 750. (do not do the book ahead on uber where you give them flight number!, drive does not' come and then you still have to get in the long line of people waiting). Make sure you get dropped off in front of Lemon Tree regular NOT Premier, they are same building but different entrances and not that much fun walking from premier with luggage. Hotel even acknowledged my bad luck at long lines in check in with a comp. So much easier to say in Aerocity, on a previous visit I stayed at a hotel in adjacent neighborhood Mahalampuri (sp?) and it was awful. A lot cheaper but awful worn rooms (i was even careful to NOT get a scam hotel that posts fake pics which is most of them, but pics were probably made 5 years ago and now worn and gross) and getting there from the airport at 6pm took 45 ins although on map it was super close. If you can swing the extra cost, def recommend. Also there are some good last minute deals. And you can ALWAYS get a room in the adjacent neighborhood so if last min aerocity doesn't work out you have plenty of options.
