The hotel is conveniently located near to the airport making it ideal if you arrive late or need somewhere to stay before flying out of Delhi.
We had a nice room but unfortunately for a fairly new hotel the room was already tired and it looked like someone had got themselves stuck in the bathroom and the door had to be forced open making it really difficult to now close it properly.
The breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection however service seems to grind to a halt when the restaurant gets busy.
We used the laundry but I wouldn’t bother clothes came back clean but didn’t smell good just a bit stale.
The front desk can arrange an airport transfer for you but it’s 1100 rupees however you can just get an uber for 250
For the money I would look for somewhere is in future

I stayed at Shangri-La's Eros Hotel last night with my wife and infant daughter, and it was truly the best stay we've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home with their warm hospitality.
The room was immaculate and perfectly suited for a family, with every detail thoughtfully planned. The crib provided for our infant daughter was clean and comfortable, ensuring she slept peacefully throughout the night.
The food was delicious, and the dining experience was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to our every need. The hotel's ambiance and attention to detail in the decor were simply outstanding.
Special thanks to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend Shangri-La's Eros Hotel for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. We'll definitely be returning!

My stay at Metropolitan Hotel Delhi was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city's attractions and access transportation options. I made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room.
When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room.
The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies.
During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping.
Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.

I had a truly wonderful stay at The Lalit Hotel in New Delhi. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The hotel's restaurants offered a fantastic selection of food, with exceptional service throughout. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to key attractions in the city. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend The Lalit to anyone visiting New Delhi.

Aveva una cattiva esperienza in hotel. Il servizio clienti non era al massimo. Prendi la ricezione due volte, ma nessuno ha preso. Ha bisogno di aiuto con le impostazioni WiFi, ma non si sono preoccupati. Paid for the room (included breakfast) but was told the next morning that breakfast won't start until 9 a.m. Maybe they can notify their customers around the booking time. Will book elsewhere from next time.

Ho soggiornato qui diverse volte. Sempre per una sosta da o per l'aeroporto. L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto ed è facile da raggiungere. Un servizio navetta per l'aeroporto è disponibile a pagamento. Se *** ha tempo, c'è una zona pedonale con molti ristoranti e bar proprio dietro l'angolo.
Nel complesso, sono soddisfatto e tornerei volentieri.
La cosa strana è che i prezzi cambiano di continuo. Non ho mai ricevuto un rimborso per un prezzo che avevo già pagato. I prezzi salgono e scendono. *** Non riesco a capire perché succeda.

Sono stato a New Delhi per una notte sola e su raccomandazioni degli amici ho deciso di prenotare questo posto. Adoro che non fosse molto lontano dall'aeroporto e si trovava certamente molto vicino al centro di Delhi con tante attrazioni turistiche e opzioni commerciali e posti di lavoro intorno a piedi. Il personale è molto utile e si è assicurato che il mio soggiorno fosse piacevole. Ho avuto un volo mattinale e il personale mi ha fatto la colazione per me.

HHonest TeaMore than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night.
The overpriced Minibar Scam
I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel.
All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value.
Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments

2. La pulizia della stanza non è così pulita come dovrebbe essere. Le coperte della sedia sono molto vecchie e sconvolte.
3. Il frigorifero non è freddo e è molto vecchio.
4. La cassaforte non può essere chiusa perché la batteria nel cassaforte non ha una batteria.
5. Quando il personale consegna la stanza al cliente, controllare la pulizia, la completezza degli apparecchi come il frigorifero, la sicurezza e la camera da letto per vedere se sono pronti per l'uso. La stanza è molto vecchia e non vale la pena pagare a 3.600 baht per notte.

Il momento in cui entrate nell'hotel, l'intera zona di lobby si ritrova in aria con un odore di vapore e fungo. Molto pericoloso per i dipendenti e gli ospiti che inalano questo.
Grazie a Dio mi è stato dato un posto senza problemi di vapore e funghi.
L'hotel deve essere chiuso immediatamente per riparazioni di riparazione.
