Kenya: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Contea di Kwale

Il prelievo è stato puntuale dal nostro hotel nel Westland di Nairobi. L'autista, Edward, è stato professionale e amichevole e apprezzo il suo duro lavoro. Il pacchetto era 3,5 su 5. La sistemazione al Lago Nakuru era quasi terribile e se non fosse stato per il personale avrei lasciato l'hotel nella prima ora! Il cibo, la camera e tutto il resto in questo hotel è stato un disastro! La seconda sistemazione nel campo Masai Mara non era poi così male in quanto è un campo tendato. I safari erano tutti abbastanza buoni grazie alle capacità dell'autista.

Beautiful setting, but poor value for money Nomad has a beautiful tropical environment, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself feels rather dated, while food, drinks, spa treatments and activities are all quite expensive. In my experience, especially the food quality did not really match the prices. The hotel app was also frustrating, as many activities and dining options were displayed but could not actually be booked through it. The beach is beautiful but public, with frequent approaches from beach boys, so it feels less private than I expected. My main disappointment was the front desk. Trip.com incorrectly showed a 12:00 PM check-out instead of the hotel’s 10:00 AM policy. Trip.com later admitted this was their system error, but I still found the way the front desk handled the situation rather unfriendly and dismissive. Overall, the environment is pleasant and most staff are nice, but at this price point I believe there are better options in Diani with newer facilities, better food and better overall value. For a similar price, I would choose another resort next time.

The construction uniqueness is a breath of fresh air all on its own. The individualism of the rooms/cabins essentuates and hightens the level of privacy and relaxation. Even though it is lined across the coast with various other quality hotels, I still got a sence of a private beach with white sand and breath-taking views. The private pool and the two private jacuzzies either side of the pool with sun lounges also added an exequisite luxurious touch. The FOOD...Oh my God! High quality stuff. Very friendly and welcoming Staff (Elizabeth especially, the waitresses and the bar staff were very kind and accommodating) The room/cabin facilities and layout was the sort of attention to detail i always notice first everywhere i vacation and LalaGalu was exceptional The Monkeys, yes, the monkeys - were more or less part of the 'furniture' during day time - Absolute lovely stuff! TWO-Hotels-in-One (BOXO and Galu) One is a container construction and the other is stand-alone wooden structures - something you won't see anywhere least not everyday. It was not a 5-Star for me, It was a 10-STAR stay for me.

Riposato con le famiglie nei primi numeri di maggio. Questo hotel non è la prima volta. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo appropriato. L'unica cosa che è molto irritante è il perpetuo locale che cerca di vendere qualcosa per un prezzo del 100%. Decisero di andare a piedi sull'isola e si rendevano conto che erano andati senza scarpe. I ”vendenti di beni” locali ci hanno salvati con le loro scarpe, ma il prezzo di 3 persone è salito fino a 9.000 Kes, che è paragonabile al costo di un motociclista che ci porterà in un luogo dove ci sono molti pesci, stelle marine, e altri abitanti del mare.

Desidero congratularmi con il Chale Island Resort e la sua squadra per il loro servizio impecabile. Tutto è stato meraviglioso. Mi è stato così piacevole, ogni giorno per gli ultimi 6 giorni! Prendi i bagagli in un altro hotel giorni prima del mio soggiorno, niente problema! Servizio perfetto. Prendi e lascia all'aeroporto, perfettamente in tempo! Servizio sempre con un sorriso grande, e sempre al tuo servizio. La stanza era molto pulita ogni giorno durante il mio soggiorno. Molto di cibo o ristorante scelta. Mi è piaciuta la vasta varietà al colazione. Veramente un ottimo posto per riposare dopo un intenso viaggio safari ;-) E cosa ne dici delle viste, risalite, sorgenti solari, lo chiami, respiro ... Andai a immergersi, così tante grazie al mio amico Evans per una buona mattina di immergersi intorno all'isola ... Questo è stato il soggiorno perfetto per finire la mia avventura in Kenya, un grande Chale ASANTE ...

Swahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you). The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems. So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted. Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.

Posto molto carino proprio di fronte a una bellissima spiaggia bianca. Il resort è popolato anche da simpatiche scimmiette. Le stanze sono pulite e non grandissime ma con i servizi essenziali e dotate di comodo balcone. Animazione di 1 ora la sera con spettacoli sempre diversi. Cortesia e gentilezza del personale

不知道為什麼完全沒人提到備品簡陋這件事，比如沒有一次性拖鞋，水也是保温壺裝着的沒有一次性的瓶裝飲用水，到了晚上如果超過12點洗澡水會變冷，要放水十幾分鍾才有熱水。不知道是不是整個蒙巴薩的酒店水過濾系統都一坨屎，水超級無敵鹹，跟海水直接飲用沒什麼區別，連服務員都説刷牙最好用純凈水。 因為一價全包，所以酒店基本都是歐美人多，我們住那兩天一箇中國人都沒看見，吃的也就那樣和別的酒店差不多，其實在蒙巴薩還是不建議這種包餐的，因為外面餐廳可以吃海鮮更好吃。唯一好處就是酒水免費，哪怕雞尾酒也是免費，所以很多歐美人喜歡在那喝酒。晚上也有表演節目。

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

I've had a great stay in Safari hotel! There was a bit of a problem with my reservation but they took care of it the best way possible. The whole staff treated me like a family member. They were super helpful for anything I'd need. Special thanks to Jackson who really took care of me making sure it was alright. Thank you guys and I hope to see you all again!!!
