Kenya: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Contea di Kwale

I noticed that many reviews mention the hotel not living up to a five-star standard. However, no one seems to complain that the price doesn’t match a five-star level either. In my opinion, this is an excellent hotel for the price. The property is spacious, the rooms are fresh and cleaned daily, and amenities like slippers and bathrobes are provided. The staff is welcoming, and the breakfast offers a great variety. From 4 to 5 PM, there’s a complimentary tea and pastries service, which is a lovely touch. The beach is beautiful, with plenty of loungers equipped with soft cushions. This is definitely a place I would consider returning to.

Riposato con le famiglie nei primi numeri di maggio. Questo hotel non è la prima volta. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo appropriato. L'unica cosa che è molto irritante è il perpetuo locale che cerca di vendere qualcosa per un prezzo del 100%. Decisero di andare a piedi sull'isola e si rendevano conto che erano andati senza scarpe. I ”vendenti di beni” locali ci hanno salvati con le loro scarpe, ma il prezzo di 3 persone è salito fino a 9.000 Kes, che è paragonabile al costo di un motociclista che ci porterà in un luogo dove ci sono molti pesci, stelle marine, e altri abitanti del mare.

Swahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you). The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems. So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted. Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.

Questa è la nostra quarta visita al Papillon. Il personale è fantastico. Il team di animazione è pieno di energia, l'aerobica in acqua è impareggiabile. Tutti sono sempre impegnati a lavorare, dai giardinieri alle governanti, fino agli addetti alla piscina. Joseph e Raphael al bar sono stati eccellenti come sempre. Abdullah, l'addetto alla piscina, è sempre a disposizione con gli asciugamani e mantiene la piscina pulita. Le camere sono sempre pulitissime, con biancheria pulita e acqua in bottiglia ogni giorno. Ora le camere sono dotate di frigorifero e bollitore (ma è necessario portare le proprie bustine di tè, ecc.). Il cibo e le bevande sono ottimi, con un'ampia scelta. La spiaggia è meravigliosa, con sabbia bianca. Adoro questo hotel e lo consiglio ad altri.

Paradise on the Kenyan coast - clean modern rooms with coastal vibe - unusual pool - abundant breakfast - many options to dine (including beach set up, fine dining, tepanyaki) - safe and clean beach access + beds on the premises facing the beach which protects from annoying beach boys and is safe - availability to arrange boat trips, snorkelling and other activities- very helpful and efficient - loved other activities offered (kayaking, surf etc) - finally just a perfect beach spot in diani worth the money you pay - you feel extra every moment, highly recommend

不知道為什麼完全沒人提到備品簡陋這件事，比如沒有一次性拖鞋，水也是保温壺裝着的沒有一次性的瓶裝飲用水，到了晚上如果超過12點洗澡水會變冷，要放水十幾分鍾才有熱水。不知道是不是整個蒙巴薩的酒店水過濾系統都一坨屎，水超級無敵鹹，跟海水直接飲用沒什麼區別，連服務員都説刷牙最好用純凈水。 因為一價全包，所以酒店基本都是歐美人多，我們住那兩天一箇中國人都沒看見，吃的也就那樣和別的酒店差不多，其實在蒙巴薩還是不建議這種包餐的，因為外面餐廳可以吃海鮮更好吃。唯一好處就是酒水免費，哪怕雞尾酒也是免費，所以很多歐美人喜歡在那喝酒。晚上也有表演節目。

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

I've had a great stay in Safari hotel! There was a bit of a problem with my reservation but they took care of it the best way possible. The whole staff treated me like a family member. They were super helpful for anything I'd need. Special thanks to Jackson who really took care of me making sure it was alright. Thank you guys and I hope to see you all again!!!

Hotel meraviglioso - grande posizione e anche le strutture sono grandi. L'unica questione è quando l'hotel è pieno - ci sono scarse tovaglie di spiaggia. Non aiuta che la maggior parte delle persone prenda più di quanto previsto, cioè 3/4 più per persona piuttosto che una per persona. Dovremmo aspettare tutto il giorno per ottenere una tovagliola pulita. ( parlando con altri ospiti - hanno raccolto le loro tovaglie @ 7.30am o la notte prima ...) . Si consiglia che la gestione introduca un sistema CARD per asciugamani per spiaggia in modo che tutti abbiano una distribuzione equa (se non è piena, si può riversare al sistema attuale). Le relazioni degli ospiti (Marcia) sono sorprendenti e consigliano di parlare di qualsiasi cosa locale. Lei può consigliarvi e aiutare ogni volta che è possibile. Il più positivo è il cibo - è stato sorprendente e il più fresco della cucina è stato visibile. Il bar è stato veloce per rispondere agli ordini di bevande. l'unica domanda è la quantità di carta da usare, poiché la maggior parte degli ospiti sono su All- inclusive, ma è stato chiesto che il numero della stanza sia dato ogni volta che ordinate una bevanda. Forse la gestione può rivedere questo? che il personale veda i BANDS decidere quali ordini alimentari sono necessari o meno

Location was not perfect and not much activities going on there but they’ve more than make up for it with their services, and the food was to die for, my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the food if nothing else.
