È molto comodo! È molto comodo anche andare al centro commerciale! Ho anche partecipato alla visita guidata notturna della sala espositiva ROYAL MUNMMY del Museo della Civiltà. Chi lo sa! Molto soddisfatto di questo hotel! nuovo! grande! pulito! Ottimo servizio! Sicurezza!

L'ambiente, le camere, il ristorante e il servizio erano tutti eccellenti. Inizialmente non avevamo prenotato la colazione perché eravamo preoccupati di partire presto, ma alla reception ci hanno detto che era disponibile dalle 6:00 alle 12:00, quindi abbiamo deciso di anticiparla. Il personale della reception ci ha detto che la colazione sarebbe stata fantastica, ed è stata davvero molto abbondante: la migliore colazione che abbiamo fatto durante il nostro viaggio in Egitto. Il parcheggio costava 350 sterline egiziane al giorno, ed era disponibile il servizio di parcheggio e riconsegna auto, il che è stato molto comodo. Abbiamo cenato in hotel ogni giorno; c'erano molti ristoranti in loco, con un'ampia scelta. Nel complesso, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

La signora Marsalina è un professionista molto affidabile e apprezzato a Kempinski, che si avvicina alle relazioni degli ospiti con vera cura, pazienza e calore, che vi fa sentire sentiti ascoltati e sostenuti. Il suo professionalismo, la sua gentilezza e la sua attenzione ai dettagli riflettono molto positivamente l'hotel. Arrivammo al 31°, e la stanza aveva immediatamente un senso di conforto e accoglienza, che rendeva il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Stayed here for a short trip with friends, hotel is beautiful but not near shops or city center. Inside is absolutely lovely.

We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

The hotel facilitators are very basic, standard swimming pool, spa and others, room is well maintained but there areas that not very clean, like the shower room. Worth mentioning, the Lebanese restaurant was great, worth trying.
