It was ok. The location is great and that’s what you are paying for really. Right across from Windsor castle. The information says it’s been updated. It has not. The paper on our ceiling was coming down, the bath tub surround was molding, the shower head was not even a shower head but maybe circa 1969’s spout. There was some sort of grease or dirt on the tile below the sink. I wiped it up so the next person would not have to see it as clearly housekeeping did not. The water was hot though so there’s that. The linens were clean. It was good enough for a night I guess.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton St. Anne’s Manor and was impressed by its charm and setting. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful, green environment, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, yet it feels wonderfully secluded. The property is well-maintained and spotlessly clean, with outstanding service from the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Facilities are top-notch, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The only drawback was that a few rooms, including mine, did not have air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable during warmer days. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay surrounded by greenery, with great service and amenities, this hotel is an excellent choice.

L'alloggio è un posto ideale per il corso di corsa. Abbiamo raggiunto alle 1:30, mentre la prima corsa era alle 2:30 e ci è stato detto che se volessimo controllare in anticipo dovremmo pagare un canone di £20. Quando le corse iniziano spesso a circa 2-2:30, questo sembrava ingiustificato. Ho dovuto uscire dal corso di corsa tra le corse per controllare In. Ho soggiornato all'hotel di corsa di Lingfield e ci hanno controllati alle 12:30 quando la nostra stanza era pronta. Sono andato a colazione alle 7:50 e non c'era nessun menu, il personale sembrava completamente disorganizzato. Non c'era alcuna istruzione su come ordinare cibo. Il continente “aiuto a te” era ok, ma aveva molto poche opzioni di frutta. Aveva alpro soia e latte di avena come alternative al latte. La stanza era pulita e tesa ma molto fondamentale. Aveva un ventilatore libero che era buono nel caldo tempo. Il bagno era grande e comodo.Il doccia era bello e aveva gel di doccia.Il servizio clienti l'ha lasciato un po'.

Camere spaziose con buone attrazioni all'interno di edifici storicamente belli con estensioni simpatiche. Parcheggio auto massiccio e camere piuttosto belle. Personale molto reagente e interattivo che assicura un'esperienza positiva in qualsiasi momento (siamo arrivati alle 10.30). Il colazione a casa ha un gusto superiore e il capo ha un ottimo masterizzatore del classico colazione inglese.

Hotel bien ubicado a 10 minutos del centro de newbury. Limpio y ordenado. El cuarto era mas grande de lo que vimos en las fotos. Muy cómodo y funcional.

Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful - they kindly let us check in 2 and a half hours early as our rooms were ready which was very kind. However, there were some issues: terrible signal (but there is free wifi so not too bad); we paid for buffet dinner and it was not good, do not recommend at all; the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 9:45am shocked that I was still in my room (checkout is 11:00am) then asked when I was leaving (felt inappropriate and that I was being rushed as she was waiting at the end of the hallway for us to leave); lights in the room were very weak; the shower took over 5 mins for water to turn on and was not strong (not ideal was washing long hair). My family an I would not choose to stay here again unfortunately as there are many other hotels in the area for similar price. Windsor was lovely (would visit again) but there is nothing to do in old Windsor or anything near the hotel, so you are reliant on the hotel or uber.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel per una breve fuga al Castello di Windsor con due amici. La posizione non era centrale, ma non era difficile da raggiungere, abbiamo camminato circa 30 minuti per arrivare all'hotel e altri 30 minuti per il Castello, che era una zona davvero carina. La camera in sé era DAVVERO bella, letti grandi e comodi, bella TV (anche se abbiamo dimenticato il firestick e non credo fosse una smart TV), tè/caffè e bollitore a disposizione, il bagno era pulito anche se un po' difficile da usare con l'acqua calda. Nel complesso, l'hotel ci è piaciuto molto, a parte il fatto che i figli del nostro vicino facevano molto rumore ed era davvero difficile dormire, forse perché le nostre camere avevano una porta comunicante (che era chiusa a chiave), ma sentivamo i genitori parlare verso mezzanotte e i bambini si sono svegliati urlando alle 5 del mattino!! Quindi non siamo riusciti a dormire bene la notte. Penso che se avessimo avuto una camera diversa senza porte comunicanti, sarebbe stato perfetto. Il personale è stato gentile, anche se quando gliel'abbiamo detto il giorno dopo, ci ha detto che ci avrebbero cambiato la stanza, ma che era inutile cambiare stanza alle 5 del mattino, visto che dovevamo partire alle 10. Inoltre, avevo dimenticato lo spazzolino da denti e mi hanno dato un grazioso kit per l'igiene dentale con spazzolino e dentifricio! Consiglio di soggiornare qui, ma chiedete se la vostra camera ha porte comunicanti, perché potreste volerlo evitare.

Hotel really well situated for the motorway and for Newbury station. The facilities are really good, and service received from the moment we arrived from the very friendly and helpful member of staff on reception. Really lovely breakfast with a great choice of food. Will definitely be returning
