Regno Unito: hotel con internet nella provincia di Berkshire

Abbiamo utilizzato l'hotel per soggiornare il giorno prima, in modo da poter arrivare a LEGOLAND la mattina presto. È molto più facile attraversare l'autostrada e ha un parcheggio sotterraneo dedicato. Siamo arrivati ​​sotto una forte pioggia, quindi il parcheggio ci ha aiutato molto. Le camere erano pulite e belle e avevamo un letto a castello per i nostri due bambini. L'unico inconveniente era che lo spazio tra il letto a castello superiore e il soffitto era davvero piccolo e mio figlio ha sbattuto la testa molto forte. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto disponibile e ci ha fornito un impacco di ghiaccio il prima possibile. È estremamente vicino a tutti i terminal di Heathrow e a circa 20 minuti di auto dal castello di Windsor e da LEGOLAND. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

L'hotel era grande. Il servizio era fantastico, e la camera nella casa dell'allenatore era magnifica. Il personale ti fa sentire molto benvenuto, da camminare da me a. la mia camera a sempre disponibile. Mi è davvero divertito il mio soggiorno!

Non mi piace davvero la passeggiata lunga all'Hotel dal parcheggio mentre mi giochi bagagli ecc !!!

So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower. On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!

Mi piace molto questo hotel, molto caratteristico. Il colazione del ristorante è un punto unico di tariffazione, ma il pane blu e yogurt sono gratis.La stanza è gratis per due bicchieri di acqua ogni giorno, ma non è l'acqua minerale, ma anche l'acqua potabile locale ☺️. L'hotel è in una piccola città di Newberry, l'ambiente circostante è bello, molti villaggi britannici sono 🏡, e ho visto un buon movimento 💗.È quello di godere di un paesaggio rurale diverso da una città 😄

Il giorno più caldo del viaggio, sono stati alloggiati in questo hotel due notti.Il primo giorno è molto insoddisfatto. Il piccolo sergente indiano della ricetta ha organizzato una stanza senza aria condizionata. Il ventilatore è ancora cattivo.L'hotel ha anche il matrimonio quella sera, e sono rimasto a letto fino a 1:00.Ho dormito fino a 2:00 di mattina. La nostra stanza è sempre stata aspirata con una porta.Sono uscito fuori alle cinque di qui più fresco dell'aria nella stanza.Voglio davvero scopare fuori. Danilia, che era all'ufficio della ricezione di quella mattina, era molto professionale. Ho capito che ho aggiornato la suite dopo aver scontato il mio super.Ma ho dimenticato di aiutarci a mandare i bagagli nella nostra stanza e ho promesso.Il problema più grande di questo hotel è che non c'è abbastanza personale. Il servizio del bar è un servizio personale tutto il giorno e ha lavorato fino alla testa.Questo hotel è un famoso hotel storico, ma i problemi della direzione e del proprietario hanno influenzato l'esperienza.Ok, hanno un'amorevole esperienza di Dailia. Vorrei anche parlare del loro giardiniere Phil, che ha servito questa grande casa e il grande parco per 26 anni, e mi ha condiviso molte storie della casa.Un uomo molto amichevole e familiare del Signore inglese.E'anche la ragione per cui mi rimarrò in futuro. Spero che la gestione dell'hotel possa migliorare e la mano d'opera aumenterà.Altrimenti non merita davvero questo splendido lusso storico e un giardino innocente.

Nice place for a couple of nights, the hot water needs regulating as it gets too hot, so have to play about with the cold water to get it right. Tv weird as it has no standard channels but you can watch Netflix and Amazon.

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).
