Molto grande hotel, datato nell'età della costruzione. Molto pulito bagno e letti. Amazing, grande ingresso. Molto vicino alle aree visive e fermate locali di bus visive. Ottima vista della città. Molto di comodità personale fornita (barba dentale, ecc.). L'accesso al centro fitness è un costo aggiuntivo (sostanziale). Bella stanza con eccellente inglese.

La nostra prenotazione originale al Mitsui Garden è stata cancellata forzatamente per lavori di manutenzione, quindi questo hotel è stata la nostra alternativa e non ci ha deluso! Stayed here during a mid-February trip and the location is its greatest strength. Being directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station via the pedestrian bridge was a lifesaver, especially since we were traveling with several large suitcases. We used the Ta-Q-Bin (luggage forwarding) service to send our bags to our next stop in Nagoya, and the staff handled it perfectly. Also made use of their valet laundry service for our tops and pants—it was quick and saved us a lot of hassle. If you're looking for a stress-free base in Hiroshima, this is it.

We lived this hotel. The design and rooms are very comfortable and the bed was perfect. We booked in with the access to the executive suite which was excellent and the food offer in the evening and the breakfast was great. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip through Japan and we would definitely recommend this for all of the above and because it was in a great location for bars and all the tourist sights. I had a very pleasant stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were neat, tidy, and had everything I needed. The staff were polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hiroshima. I would definitely stay here again!

Posizione eccellente. È stato difficile trovare l'ingresso; per qualche motivo, l'hotel era segnato in due punti sulla mappa e per impostazione predefinita le mappe ti portavano nella direzione sbagliata. Il personale sembrava inesperto: il check-in non è stato veloce, ci hanno dato le chiavi e un numero di stanza sbagliato, quindi abbiamo dovuto tornare indietro per chiedere quello corretto. In camera c'era una lavatrice, il che è stata una piacevole sorpresa – avrei dovuto prepararmi e lavare tutti i vestiti mentre eravamo lì.

A huge hotel of great granduer. Make sure you make a booking for the night boat tour of the famous Tori gate. Bookings are open to hotel guests ahead of time. The seasonal dinner was stunningly good w greatest local flair. As it was peak sakura season, the buffet breakfast crowd was quite chaotic. There were a number of big tour groups and were obviously in a rush. I loved the live station hand made maru-gata onigiri (丸型おにぎり). That was really special at a busy buffet. Kudos!
