Italia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Sardegna

We recently stayed at Mangia's Sardinia Resort for one week, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. When we arrived at around 3:30 pm, we were told our room was not yet ready, which we completely understood. The reception staff asked us to wait at the bar next to reception and said they would inform us as soon as the room was available. However, after waiting for two and a half hours without any update, we went back to reception ourselves, only to be told that our room had been ready for some time and they had simply forgotten to inform us. This was not a great start to our holiday. We also booked boat trips through the resort for Saturday and Sunday. We were asked to pay for the Sunday trip first because they weren't sure whether the Saturday trip would be available. We were told they would send us a message with an update, but we never received one. The day before, we had to go back to reception to ask again, only to find out that the reception and the boat excursion desk are managed separately, so the reception staff couldn't help us, and by then the excursion desk was already closed. Better communication between departments would have avoided this inconvenience. The resort has four restaurants, but three of them require advance reservations. By the time we arrived on our first day and tried to book, they were already fully booked for most of our stay. Since we were staying for seven nights, it was very disappointing that we were only able to dine at one of the specialty restaurants. Guests staying for a full week should have a better opportunity to experience the different dining options. Finally, we also had a disappointing experience at the Lime Bar. The kitchen officially closes at 5:30 pm, and we arrived at around 5:00 pm hoping to order burgers and sandwiches. We were told they could not accept any more orders because there were already too many in the queue, and they wanted to finish serving by 5:30 pm. It was frustrating to be turned away 30 minutes before the advertised closing time. Overall, while the resort itself is beautiful and has great potential, the organisation and communication between staff and departments need significant improvement. Unfortunately, these repeated issues affected our holiday, and for that reason I cannot say we were fully satisfied with our stay.

It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. A pochi passi dalla fermata ARST di Santa Gallura, nel centro di Olbia, si trova l'hotel. È moderno, pulitissimo, confortevole, con una bella piscina e una spa. Era vicino alla stazione ferroviaria per prendere il treno per Cagliari. Il personale dell'hotel era cordiale, disponibile e parlava un inglese eccellente, in particolare una ragazza di nome Sofia. Abbiamo gustato un'ottima colazione a buffet in un'ampia e insolita sala da pranzo adibita a auditorium. La presenza di un bollitore per tè/caffè avrebbe reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Consigliatissimo. Mi piacerebbe condividere delle foto, ma non so come inviarle dal telefono al tablet. Lesley

Il nuovo hotel è bello e si trova in una posizione isolata nel nord-ovest della Sardegna. Ci sono stati amanti degli interni moderni, della piscina e del letto super comodo. Il personale di lobby dell'hotel è stato utile e accogliente. In generale abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso, ma ci sono poche cose che l'hotel potrebbe fare per migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti, soprattutto per un hotel 5 stelle: 1. Notammo molle nei corni della doccia e sulla testa della doccia. Forse il personale di pulizia non si cura di fondo o pensa di affrontare il problema di molle che è deludente per un nuovo hotel; 2. Il menu della piscina e del servizio in camera è prezioso e molto limitato con solo poche opzioni. Non ci importa pagare i prezzi dell'hotel, ma il menu non è come appetito e finito di mangiare fuori dall'hotel tutto il tempo, tranne per il colazione. Data la posizione lontana dalla città, l'hotel può offrire oggetti semplici come la pizza per tenere gli ospiti all'hotel. Il colazione era grande con molte opzioni di pasticceria dolce, tuttavia aveva limitato cibo caldo come uova, salsicce e bacon solo; 3. La stanza che ci sentivamo come un terremoto ci ha attaccato ogni volta che gli ospiti sotto di noi entravano e uscivano dalla loro stanza.

Os quantos da torre são algo estranhos, com uma casa de banho sobre-dimensionada retirando espaço ao quarto que acabou por parecer-nos de dimensões reduzidas, mas provavelmente deve-se à arquitectura do edifício. Em contrapartida, as áreas comuns eram excelentes Comida OK, mas poderia ser mais focada em produtos regionais Mas experiência boa no seu conjunto

Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni in un resort in Sardegna e abbiamo scelto di non esplorare la città, perché cercavamo pura rilassamento come coppia. Il resort era ben organizzato e offreva autobus convenienti che potevano portarti alla spiaggia o alla piscina, che rendeva molto facile andare intorno. La nostra stanza ha una bella vista sull'oceano, che ha davvero aggiunto all'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante del nostro soggiorno. Ci sono state due piscine: una grande e profonda, e una piccola, più piccola, più gialla con una piccola cascata d’acqua, che offre una bella varietà a seconda del vostro umore. La spiaggia era piacevole, soprattutto durante il giorno in cui l’acqua era chiara e trasparente. Poi, il giorno, l’acqua diventava meno chiara e sembrava più come una spiaggia tipica. Sulla costa c'erano molti piccoli pezzi di pelliccia nera o particelle. Tuttavia, il cibo è stato deludente e non così buono come si aspettava dall'Italia, e non si raccomandava pienamente questo posto.

Mio figlio di 9 anni e io abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort a metà ottobre. Il tempo era appena accettabile per prendere il sole e nuotare, ma non caldo. Il resort è in un bel posto, ma non c'è niente altro nelle vicinanze. Il resort e le camere sono molto belle e fuori stagione hanno un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Trip.com aveva un prezzo molto buono. La nostra camera aveva un suo giardinetto privato che era incantevole. Il ristorante era ridicolmente caro. In realtà non mi importavano i prezzi, ma il cibo era nella media. La bistecca in realtà presentava un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La colazione a buffet (inclusa) era abbondante ed eccellente. Il servizio era molto buono. In generale un soggiorno molto rilassante. Sebbene non ci sia niente nelle vicinanze per mangiare (San Teodoro è stata una delusione), Olbia è a soli 30 minuti di distanza.

I loved the location - near Lidls (perfect for stocking up for beach trips). Also near Decathalon. But they gave us 2 single beds and we were on a honeymoon claiming I had requested it. Their system is getting orders mixed up, as my actual request they didn't have in their system. Breakfast is decent, scrambled eggs every day which were good, but as someone who doesn't eat meat would be good for more choices. There were croissants, yoghurt, water. I'd stay here again. I also used their turkish steam spa which was lovely - easy to book in your time. Room decent size too.

Sono felice di prenotare un villaggio di vacanza così alta a Trip.com!Abbiamo vissuto una settimana. Il villaggio di vacanza Arbatax è molto grande. È costruito su una piccola collina tropicale. Sono tre spiagge private in stile strano sotto la montagna. Dovremmo avere il villaggio di vacanza più bello della nostra vita! La temperatura dell'acqua nel Medio Oriente è anche molto comoda. È molto caldo rispetto alla temperatura dell'acqua del nord. Devi portare immersione 🤿 prodotti, pesci tropicali 🐠 Pesce tropicale 🐠 Pisci tropicali 🐠 Pisci tropicali Sono troppo ricchi di risorse di produzione!Quattro piscine, diversi hotel, piatti italiani non ti deluderanno! La colazione di autobus è consigliata per la cena sul palco esterno del secondo piano, la vista è senza scena!Giocare al tennis e al padel è un po'prezioso!Ma ogni giorno la classe di fitness di gruppo può partecipare gratuitamente. Il coach è una bella educazione sessuale privata che viene da Firenze!L'auto non può entrare nel villaggio, e la porta deve fare un autobus gratuito per il parcheggio della porta 🅿️! Puoi anche andare al parcheggio, e in piedi e giù per digerire alcuni dolci italiani!

La spiaggia non è ideale, l'acqua non è direttamente accessibile dalla spiaggia a causa del corallo marino, si deve camminare verso il piatto per entrare nel mare. Il personale è molto professionale e meraviglioso, molto felice del servizio, buon colazione con molta verità. Le camere sono molto piccole, sarebbero state più belle se fossero un po' più spaziose. Inoltre, il servizio piscina potrebbe essere migliorato, più verità, come frutta, ecc. Bevande serali sono buone con una musica molto buona in diretta. Una volta, il pranzo all'hotel era buono, il servizio era un po' lento fuori dalla cucina.
