India: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Tamil Nadu

The Hotel is good but below competitors in it’s category. Hotel is very clean. Location could be better since Anna Salai is very crowded and congested road. I had a bad experience with service, especially the F&B team. The gym is okay but way under equipped vs other 5 stars hotel nearby. The Spa is super expensive and doesn’t even have steam or sauna… Breakfast and lunch / diner buffet are average, not many choices.

It's not worth it for high rates. I have never given negative feedback, but the staff service has to improve. No smile, no bother attitude, everyone behave as if they are going to resign soon attitude. They dont appreciate their guest. Not only for us, when we checked in, another guest was also showing his dismay. Not of Taj standard. Only when things go wrong, you would be able to evaluate the services. Overall, I would only recommend if prices are low.

Hotel looked very posh and had a nice smell. We received a welcome drink and a necklace while doing check-in. Check-in was smooth and staff was friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. Overall stay was great and value for money. The only downside is that hotel is far from the airport. However, we still had a good stay.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The service was warm and attentive, and the accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. One suggestion would be to consider offering laundry services, especially for guests staying longer — it would add great value given the price point. Overall, everything else was good, and I enjoyed my time here.

In trip.com I had requested for airport pickup, but Hotel did not turn up and when I called them they said they were not aware. I had to schedule my own after landing. In-room dining they kept calling me to ask if I’ve eaten so that they can send someone to clear the plate. That’s very annoying.

Situato vicino all'aeroporto, questo è un bel hotel. Le camere sono comode e il cibo nel ristorante è abbastanza buono. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Lo consiglio.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants.Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Molto nuovo e nuovo, molto nuovo.Un po'di pezzi di sapore.

L'hotel sembra bellissimo e sulla superficie sembra un hotel di alta qualità. Ma il servizio era seriamente shambolico. Non fornivano asciugamani nella stanza, dovevamo chiederli più volte prima che finalmente si presentassero. Il colazione era strano - nessuno ha mantenuto la stazione di caffè ma non ti è stato permesso di servirti (solo una macchina a pulsante), nessun tè o caffè decaffeinato. Ci sono voluti anni per ricevere il cibo della stazione d'amore, anche se la sala colazione non era nemmeno piena come siamo stati molto presto. Si sono impegnati a prenotare un taxi, ma non avevano alcun record, quindi hanno cercato di convincerci a usare il veicolo di charter dell'hotel per 4 volte il prezzo!
