Indonesia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Sumatra Settentrionale

The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

One area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi connection, which could be a bit unstable at times. Additionally, the room size might feel slightly compact for longer stays, but it is still sufficient for short trips. Overall, Swiss-Belinn Medan offers good value for money, especially for business or short leisure stays. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Medan.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Variety of food for brekfast. Location is quite central - Less than 10 mins walk to Delipark Mall and Tjong A Fie Mansion. Theres a bus station nearby too but we use grab most of the time. Pls note that pavements in Indonesia are generally not being maintained - so watch out for holes, metal rods, uneven surface etc. Highly recommended.

I stayed here with my family during our holiday in Medan. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has its own charm. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated the nice swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable.

Essendo rimasto piuttosto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno del giorno precedente, ho prolungato la permanenza di un altro giorno. Con mia sorpresa, ho scoperto che la colazione cambiava ogni giorno. A differenza degli hotel in Cina, gli hotel indonesiani non incoraggiano mai gli ospiti a scrivere recensioni.

Clean and tidy. Very convenient airport hotel for an early flight or arriving late. A 3 minute walk to the check-in desks. Breakfast was fantastic with a massive selection choice of Asian food. The best we have ever seen and made us wonder why this is only rated a 3 star hotel. Based on the breakfast alone I would give it 5 stars.

La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben mantenuta, offrendo un luogo rilassante per riposare. Il personale era amichevole, attento e sempre pronto a sorridere.La posizione è eccellente, proprio nel centro della città, rendendo facile l'accesso alle aree commerciali e alle attrazioni locali. La colazione è stata piacevole con una buona varietà di piatti locali e internazionali. In generale, Aryaduta Medan offre un grande valore e un soggiorno confortevole.

We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites. Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine. We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in. Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.
