Il personale non avrebbe potuto fare altro per aiutarla, e la signora sul desk era così amichevole e chattata. Quando hanno capito che avevo un piatto, un toddler e due sacchetti e ero da solo - anche cambiando la nostra stanza per rendere le cose più facili. Solo in basso erano le pareti sottili, il che significa che potevamo sentire ogni parola del 4am argomento nella stanza accanto alla porta!!

The Grand Hotel is north of North Pier and is a huge hotel with many rooms facing the sea, and a spa, pool and gym. We stayed there for 4 nights and walked everywhere (including to South Pier and the Pleasure Beach), so the location was good for us. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms were spacious with an amazing view towards the Tower and North Pier. The pool, sauna, steam room were great, and cost only £2 per person. All staff we encountered were friendly. We would stay here again.

I booked this place over the Easter weekend, purely based on the fact it was two thirds cheaper than the chain hotels which were nearby. The hotel is located a 2 minute walk away from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. It is also a 1 minute walk away from the nearest Wetherspoons pub, South Pier & Sandcastle Leisure Centre...along with some nice local cafes, (Rendezvous), and cheaper end shops, sticks of rock were nearly half the price this end of the seafront. My expectations were low for this hotel, I've stayed in the area before and knew I wasn't booking 5 star. I was pleasantly surprised. We were met at the door promptly and greeted. What I first noticed was the electronic security lock on the door and on all rooms. The entrance was spotless and there were no funny smells of damp etc. The hotel was warm from top to bottom. We visited during storm Dave...so that leads on to our room. I booked a family room with 1 double and 2 single beds. We were given a double and a bunk bed, this wasn't a massive issue as my 2 children, who were older, agreed to make the best of what we had. I never complained as we were only here for 2 days. We had 2 separate rooms that were both en-suite with a toilet, sink and shower. They were fully stocked with toilet rolls, body wash/shampoo and hand wash, which was a nice touch. The beds were clean, the covers/pillows were basic, but again clean. The double bed was super comfortable,, the bunk beds were a good size, but probably could have done with an extra couple of pillows. All the heaters worked a treat and we were never cold for a minute, in fact the rooms heated nicely. We had tea, coffee & water in the room for our use too! There wasn't a view from the windows, but who cared, we were there for the rides, amusements and shopping. The hotel is located as stated near the Pleasure Beach, for high street shopping, you can either take a nice walk, which would be over half an hour or get a tram or taxi. We got Uber, which was around £6 each way from the hotel to Primark or Wendy's. That's right near Treasure Island and the Tower. I really can't fault this place, it was quiet, the host was always about and extremely helpful and the price was the best we were getting on an Easter weekend. Yes there were other guests here, no you couldn't hear every voice and or footstep. If you're on a budget or just want somewhere clean, tidy and warm, give this place a go. I took the pictures fairly hastily, the room was extremely tidy at the time we checked in. The pictures I took were at check out.

Il servizio è buono, l'igiene è buona, solo l'hotel è molto piccolo, ma il sistema può essere accettato. La sua posizione geografica è molto conveniente. La prossima volta che ci saranno amici nella piscina nera, consiglio anche ai miei amici di stare all'hotel Lu Lawton. Non posso accettarlo. Non hanno posti di lavoro per guidare la notte.

Le strutture della stanza sono complete. Ci sono frigo, piastrelle, tavoli, ascensori, cuscinetti, ecc. Ci sono molti pasti e caffè che possono essere puliti da soli. Ci sono servizi di camera da visita ogni giorno. Infine, la partenza può restituire il cuscinetto. Ci sono più mangiati vicino. Ci sono un hamburger molto vicino molto buono

Team service was excellent, great communications when needed. Room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Only slight negative was the eating area size, got busy quickly but luckily we came to have breakfast earlyish.

Was fine up until me and my partner came back from a gig, around 22:45, and found ourselves fully locked out for a good 20 minutes, had to have the security officer from next door to call the worker at the President to open the door. Nothing, not so much as an apology, for leaving us out in the cold.

Hotel decente per il prezzo. Non è l'hotel più pulito, ma una sorta di accettabile. Avrei consigliato a coloro che cercano un soggiorno economico, ma se avete un piccolo bilancio extra, allora meglio spendere il piccolo extra per qualcosa di meglio. È stato consentito di controllare più tardi di quanto non fosse stato normale, che è stato molto utile per ottenere un po' di sonno extra dopo aver goduto la notte fuori.

Abbiamo visitato questo posto con amici, 5 di noi, e abbiamo avuto un grande servizio per 5 persone in 2 camere diverse. Abbiamo condiviso un bagno. Abbiamo pagato 118 quid per il servizio che è molto bello per 5 persone che soggiornano per una notte. Visto che abbiamo visitato la spiaggia di piacere di Blackpool e portato i bagagli sarebbe stato difficile, quindi abbiamo chiesto al personale dell'hotel di tenere il nostro bagaglio mentre abbiamo controllato e siamo andati fuori tutto il giorno, e grazie a loro hanno accettato. In tutto ciò che mi piaceva il servizio generale, molto lodevole.
