Good facilities such as pools and sauna as always, but rare choices of breakfast buffet, stay 4 nights but had to request reception on the first day to third day for tidying up the room

This hotel has very old features but inside the rooms are big spacious and warm The bed although a double was twin beds pushed together which is very annoying as you slide into The middle of the bed and it’s uncomfy. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and had no empathy I had to walk back and forth from my room 3 times to sort out an issue and then the spa was another issue which finally got resolved So basically it’s a lovely hotel but the staff need to be retrained or understand customers better and the duty manager who was on duty too.

Very conveniently located, spacious car park but standard breakfast, a definite choice for transit travellers. Stayed here with for one night, hotel is clean and room was spacious with styled furniture. Breakfast lacked a bit variety. Beds were hard. There were some events there at the same time we were checking out so it was a bit busy in the reception area.

Abbiamo già soggiornato all'hotel per la terza volta, e abbiamo avuto qualche senso di tornare a casa.L'ambiente dell'hotel non è grande, ma è molto simile alla sala da pranzo rurale, molto calda!La colazione, oltre alla parte di autoservizio, è anche la parte di questo punto, molto attento, molto sensibile alla qualità!

The hotel has some lovely features, it is a shame that the bedrooms aren’t cleaner and decorated / upgraded more. Evening entertainment is a bonus and staff are generally very helpful and pleasant.

Perfect location for my needs , really polite friendly staff , nice warm room , really happy with my choice will definitely return when I have to visit this area again

Hotel proprio fuori dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma ancora moderno, pulito, puzza davvero buona. Il personale del desk front era grande, camera con grande dimensione e comodo. Bella letto, accogliente, buone attrezzature, tra cui una macchina Nespresso nella stanza. Il colazione era buono e abbondante. Grande soggiorno in tutto!

Great location. Room was small and basic, but had everything needed for a quick stay. Location is ideal for visiting the city. Staff were really helpful.
