The hotel is really close to Plaza Mall, Grand Mall, Thamrin Mall, and Tanah Abang, super convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The room is comfortable, beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The staff are friendly, professional, and their service is truly impressive and satisfying.
They even provide a scale for weighing luggage, so you don’t have to unpack again at the airport — such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast was delicious with many options, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and relaxing. Definitely worth the stay — I’d love to come back again!

Questo è il mio secondo soggiorno, dato che la precedente esperienza è stata positiva.
Ottima colazione a buffet con molta varietà, bella camera ampia e confortevole, internet veloce e ascensori.
Ottimo servizio clienti. Vorrei ringraziare i due gestori, Bambang e il suo collega Desi, che hanno fatto del loro meglio per comprendere i piccoli problemi che ho riscontrato e sono intervenuti prontamente per risolverli. Complimenti.

La stanza è molto grande e molto comoda. La sala da letto dell'hotel ha peso libero fino a 20 kg di stupidi e una macchina da Smith. La piscina è al bordo e l'hotel e vista la linea della città.

Guest services are nice and polite. Gotta give credits to the lady at the front desk, I didn’t get her name. But she has a long hair and wore specs. Always serving the guest with a smile! :)
The room were clean and have all the necessary things that is needed. But wish that they have 2 pillows on the bed instead of 1, and the room slippers only 1 in each room but we had 4 people in the room. Another downside is the location, there’s always flood when it’s raining. So a little hard to travel back with grab because they will have to go another way and unable to order food cause no riders would want to take :’)
Other than that, everything is good. Would stay there again in the future.

Il personale è molto accogliente e amichevole. Ho scelto una sala esecutiva per 4 persone, che è spaziosa e senza spot. Ci sono anche un forno, lavatrice e una TV intelligente, quindi posso dire che è molto consigliata per il soggiorno!
Quello che amo più è la vista della città dalla piscina. Mi è piaciuto passare del tempo qui! E certamente tornerò indietro

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful :) They provide excellent service and hospitality.
Hotel room is spacious, can open up 2 medium luggage at the study area. Detergent is provided if you planning to do laundry in your hotel room.
I have joined their sunday morning yoga class in the morning at their gym room. Overall experience is good and we love it very much, will definitely go back again!

Hands down this hotel is probably the most enjoyable stay I had in Jakarta. Check-in was easy and the lobby just says luxury. Secured card access to rooms and even the swimming pool and gym.
Good sized swimming pool with unblocked sky scraper views. Went at 6:15 am it was just lovely.
Breakfast spread was okay, and definitely appreciate the warm hospitality from the staff.
Recommended, especially when there’s no traffic sounds around at all times.

Inizialmente prenotate una camera deluxe, ma dicono che solo la camera executive dispone di un mini-frigo.
Quindi prenota nuovamente una camera executive e paga un po' di più perché hai bisogno di un frigorifero.
Piccolo frigorifero deludente delle dimensioni di una cassaforte che non faceva mai freddo, ed era sotto l'armadio, dovevo abbassarmi con le ginocchia per raggiungere il frigorifero. terribile per questo vecchio.
Chiedi del ghiaccio ma non venire mai affatto

La mia famiglia e io abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto meraviglioso. L'hotel è stato in grado di rispondere a tutte le mie domande prima del mio viaggio. Ho emailato l'hotel riguardo al mio aeroporto di prendere e ho ripreso una risposta e il trasporto prenotato lo stesso giorno.
Durante il mio soggiorno, la ricezione, la signora Erika e altri colleghi erano molto vicini e amichevoli. Le mie nipoti erano molto felici con loro. Gli è stato dato un giocattolo morbido come regalo di benvenuto. L'hotel ha spazio per giocare all'aperto e all'interno per i bambini. Adesso per la famiglia con i bambini.Abbiamo ordinato cibo grab/ gojek lì (utilizzando l'app). Il concierge dell'hotel ha inviato consegne alimentari fino alla stanza. Generalmente, servizio eccellente! 👍👍
Resterò certamente a Ascott Kingan quando visiterò Giacarta.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed for 1 night just want to experience. Room was clean, room service food was excellent, the 4/5 is scored for Housekeeping team on the floor, very polite and helpful. The only one thing we were not pleased about was the fire test. My partner and I work in the hospitality industry which we fully understand how fire test works in every hotel. However, this hotel did not organize or train the staff well to handle the test. Upon arrival, there was no information provided about the fire test. No letter in the Reception nor in the Room. The fire test starts at 11am on the check-out date, it was beeping not consistently and very short at first. I noticed that was probably fire test, me and my partner casually talked about that for couple of minutes. Until gradually it has partial announcement (it was on and off, a phrase was announced and being cut off half way that kind of thing), even though we understood that might be a fire test by experience. I decided to call down and confirm - the staff said, ”this is a test for your room and will last few minutes”. The statement was not nice as if I'm not experienced enough, I might think that the fire alarm might have issue in my room particularly. 10 minutes later, the announcement and siren starts heavily, while my partner finished his shower and started his phone call with business partner. He tried to last for 5 minutes and eventually he has to finish the call and call down again to Reception. All the above has gotten us confuse for 25 minutes at least. I told my partner that we should get going. We went out of the room, as previously we decided to go swimming and asked for late checkout since early morning - we wanted to take the lift which it was out of service due to the fire test. There was no one on the floor at all (usually there will be staff on every floor to check the fire door but it was not the case). We walked down to the staircase from level 8. Until level 3, we saw that there were signs for evacuation route (not clear). Also we saw that there was a big Cordless Drill/Driver left in the middle of the staircase. That looks so scary. My partner is already furious, he needed to jump pass that thing and see which path we should go next. As much as I'm usually more understanding and calm than my partner, I started to feel this is very upsetting. Luckily we are not with our little one. This is health and safety on your staircase in the middle of the evacuation route! There were few doors left open to some kind of construction side on level 3 and 2 that was easily accessible by anyone. Until we managed to walk to the lobby, all the staff looks very chill. No one even standing close to the staircase to explain (when the lift is out of service and you would expect there are guests coming down from staircase). We managed to speak to the Front Office Manager and was told that it was a last minute fire test that organized less than 24 hours. We work in the same industry and clearly know which department should be responsible for what task. 24 hours is very adequate to get last minute things prepared, if not, communication problems should be looked into - with all due respect, but that speaks a lot of the leadership of the Head of Operations. How could you have a 25 minutes fire test happen, before the guest check-out time (starts from 11am), with multiple unsuccessful attempt to get the siren and announcement clearly done, engineering equipment blocking the way which luckily that was turned off. The only one thing that I was glad was that we were not experiencing a real fire situation. As otherwise, experienced like us, I will have no clue if we can escape on time. All in all, we have passed the feedback to the FOM and hopefully this will be looked into and discuss further for the future process how to carry out a proper fire test. Other than this, everything else was excellent. We would still consider to come back again but might just request for low floor as in case.

UUtente ospiteFirst stay here. Check in was fast, staff friendly. Broke my glasses earlier and they recommended me an express optics shop around the corner.
Room size was ok, not too big. Strong hot shower with a bidet. Bed was comfortable but the pillow was too hard for me. Got a stiff neck the next morning. Swimming pool was big enough but more for the kids. Walking distance to sawah besar station and many food choice around. Will be back.

Dalle porte ai ricevitori, dal personale della piscina al cameriere, tutti sono incredibilmente caldi, amici e utili.Posso dire sinceramente che solo restare qui ha cambiato la mia prospettiva di vita. Questo può anche essere dovuto alla gentilezza del popolo indonesiano. Credetemi, non rimpiangerete il vostro soggiorno qui in questo hotel.
In un momento assolutamente inaspettato (anche mi avrei dimenticato) Non sono uno per festeggiare i compleanni due membri del personale sono venuti a desiderarmi un compleanno felice con una dolce torta.Mi hanno fatto sperimentare ogni emozione all'uno all'altro.Vorrei ringraziare di nuovo tutti. Siete tutti belli e preziosi.

FFancyTravelDespite its cleanliness, location and amenities, this hotel is well located in central Jakarta opposite Thamrin bus station but not near metro station. As it’s situated by the main road, the traffic noises are very loud throughout the day and night. Apparently the sound proofing of the hotel is inefficient and the walls are thin as well so can hear neighbouring rooms guests noises especially banging doors when going in and out ! Worst WiFi connection for hotel of this grade, it’s extremely unstable! Also the lighting in the bathroom is poor for women doing make up but its shower is very strong, hot and powerful. My friend tried its in-house massage and was totally disappointed since the massage therapist is unprofessional and knows nothing about massage!
The only positive thing is that all their staff are very friendly, warm and helpful and they will try to help as much as possible.

SSook Wan LeeI stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dim and smell of smoke, even though I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. It seemed like they tried to mask the smoke with air freshener, but the combination made it worse. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking floor, there were ashtrays provided in the room and near the lift, which directly contradicts the no-smoking policy. To add to the discomfort, I found two baby cockroaches in my room — surprising and unpleasant, especially considering the room was on the 18th floor. The only redeeming part of my stay was the excellent customer service — the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Quindi se stai cercando caffè, bar, cibo intorno all'hotel, non restare qui. Questo hotel è attaccato ad una sala di conferenza che credo sia popolare per i matrimoni. Così potrebbe essere pieno e rumore se ci sia un matrimonio o un evento in corso. La colazione è buona e conveniente.Il servizio complessivo è molto buono.Tutti i dipendenti cercano di rendere gli ospiti felici.
Il caffè è buono se si attene alla cucina indonesiana standard.Abbiamo provato la Tom Yam Goong Soppa e non era del tutto giusto! Ma, per tutta la giustizia, il manager di F&B non ci ha fatto pagare dopo avergli dato il feedback.
Probabilmente rimarrà se avremo incontri in quel modo.
