Uno dei migliori hotel per soggiornare a Palembang. È strategicamente situato nel centro della città, vicino a qualsiasi attrezzatura, trasporto pubblico, e centri. Ci siamo trasferiti durante il fine settimana di Natale, quindi è abbastanza pieno di ospiti. La zona di giù è molto più lunga, con solo 2 ascensori alberghieri durante le ore di lavoro e non abbiamo potuto usare la piscina.

E'la prima volta che mi sono fermata all'hotel Wyndam a Palembang.Il colazione è povero.Dovrei migliorare il menu generale per il colazione.molto disappunto.La pressione del doccia non era abbastanza forte.

The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

Il viaggio è più economico di quello di prenotare direttamente dall'hotel. Inizialmente abbiamo problemi ma la gestione l'ha risolto rapidamente. Il personale è amichevole, soprattutto il signor Febri e pochi dipendenti dalla casa. La stanza era pulita. Le strutture sono standard. Non c'è asciugacapelli, è necessario chiederlo. Si chiamava in precedenza Grand Zuri. Tuttavia, è ancora ben mantenuta. Anche se alcuni formaggi sono viste nel bagno. Il pranzo è standard, non è affascinante.Forse mangiare cibo locale è più economico e più bello. Acquistato caldo Americano e Cappuccino, erano buoni!!

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

This hotel is near to the malls. However the soundproof of the room is really bad. You can hear people walk or moving things around until 11:30pm.

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from
