While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Uno dei migliori hotel per soggiornare a Palembang. È strategicamente situato nel centro della città, vicino a qualsiasi attrezzatura, trasporto pubblico, e centri. Ci siamo trasferiti durante il fine settimana di Natale, quindi è abbastanza pieno di ospiti. La zona di giù è molto più lunga, con solo 2 ascensori alberghieri durante le ore di lavoro e non abbiamo potuto usare la piscina.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

L'hotel è nuovo, amichevole persone e personale. Situato nella città, molti cibi sono raggiungibili con taxi. Un piccolo ristorante è vicino alla porta

Grande servizio da tutto il personale dal desk front al ristorante e al ristorante. Situato proprio lungo la strada principale dove ci sono molti piatti nella zona. Ci sono anche una piscina e una piccola palestra, e la diffusione del buffet di colazione è una buona varietà. Molto raccomandato!

Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive. My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

Prima volta andare a South Sumatra per un viaggio d'affari. Bello hotel con quasi tutte le strutture. Anche il colazione è grande!

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Second time staycation here with a little differences. 29 minutes in receptionist queue + 12 minutes of checkin service, what a bad experience. It has develop it's pool too, cause it's narrow and too crowded. Nonetheless other service was good.
