Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Che bella calda festa per il nostro speciale anniversario! La staffa era così attenta (grazie speciali a Linden nel bar). Solo un’informazione costruttiva sarebbe utile avere informazioni degli ospiti nella stanza, solo le ore di ristorante/bar, ecc. Il personale è stato così utile quando si chiedeva le domande, ma sarebbe bello avere le informazioni a disposizione. Impostazione incredibile e memorie felici fatto 🥰

Lovely hotel, great location, plenty of parking. Room and bed in particular were of a high standard.Very impressive sounds, breakfast was extensive and of a good quality, especially the coffee, staff were helpful and engaged in maximising customer service

Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!

Very enjoyable night on Half Board. Food was good with set menu, but a choice. Pool area a bit dated, but everything was clean. Bathroom needed the shower head changed, it was halfway down the wall. Bedroom extremely clean and towels and bedding immaculate. Breakfast was very good. Until I got up to get some food and came back to find the table cleared and a man not my husband about to sit down. We had full mugs of tea on the table and oj. Gone. Nevermind, it was funny !! Would return again though if in the area !

Sono rimasto qui per meno di 6 ore per un viaggio d'affari. Ero vicino a quello iniziato alle 330. La camera da letto era pulita e confortevole. La camera da letto era anche senza spot con asciugamani ampia. Non ho potuto fare un campione di colazione o di personale troppo per il mio breve soggiorno. Il parcheggio era gratuito. Rimanerei.

Good hotel, but the air conditioning just worked properly in the morning therefore during the night we had to open the windows. Sleeping was not properly because the room is on the ground floor. We did’t ask the hotel in that night because we thought it is normally in the UK.

Excellent location in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and attentive and the facilities at the hotel were very good. Rooms were very modern and clean and nice touches such as Nespresso machine and mini bar were great. Overall a lovely trip.

La stanza era notevolmente più piccola e più crampata di quanto mostrato nelle immagini di Agoda, soprattutto in termini di spazio utilizzabile, che rendeva l'esperienza incomoda e non quello che ci aspettava dalle foto pubblicizzate. Inoltre, il colazione era buono ma era in soffitta, con opzioni limitate e sapore insignificante. In generale, il soggiorno non si sentiva di valore del prezzo, e speriamo che la proprietà migliori sia la precisione dei loro visivi che la qualità del colazione.”

Bella soggiorno a Woodland Grange Abbiamo avuto una bella permanenza a Woodland Grange e possiamo consigliare questo hotel! L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla, ma è a soli 10 minuti di auto dal centro città di Leamington Spa . L'impianto stesso è molto mantenuto e si estende su 16 ettari di parcheggio ampio che invita a una passeggiata accogliente . Il personale è stato molto cordiale e utile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole . La nostra camera è stata moderna, spaziosa e pulita senza schermi. L'hotel offre eccellenti strutture tra cui una sala fitness ben attrezzata, una tavola da biliardo nella stanza di gioco e un centro commerciale . Un grande punto di più è il generoso, parcheggio gratuito direttamente sul posto . E non dimenticare: il WiFi veloce e affidabile . In ogni caso, torneremo e possiamo metterlo in mente a tutti!
