Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

L'edificio è imponente e meraviglioso. La camera è un po' datata, ma comunque ben tenuta. L'hotel è molto caldo e accogliente. Il giardino è mozzafiato. Ho apprezzato molto anche la spa, soprattutto la piccola piscina esterna con idromassaggio, davvero rinfrescante. Lo consiglierei vivamente ad amici e parenti.

Spacious room and bed, view of car park. Prefer separate shower to over bath shower but bathroom ok with complimentary soap and body lotion (the refillable kind). Large stain on carpet, probably coffee spilt but unappealing. Very noisy neighbours 😞

Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!

Great location and facilities. Breakfast is very good. The building is a little dated and floors and walls thin so you hear every footstep from above but apart from that it's a great place to stay.

I stayed here probably for less than 6 hours for a business trip. I had close by that started at 330am. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom also spotless with ample towels. I didn't get to sample breakfast or the staff too much due to my short stay. The parking was free. I would stay again.

Good hotel, but the air conditioning just worked properly in the morning therefore during the night we had to open the windows. Sleeping was not properly because the room is on the ground floor. We did’t ask the hotel in that night because we thought it is normally in the UK.

Excellent location in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and attentive and the facilities at the hotel were very good. Rooms were very modern and clean and nice touches such as Nespresso machine and mini bar were great. Overall a lovely trip.

Stayed at the hilton while we visited the Christmas market. We had a lovely weekend. Reception was excellent from the smooth booking in to the hot complimentary cookie. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Although the hotel is on the outskirts of the town it is no distance to walk in. Will definitely be visiting again . .

Bella soggiorno a Woodland Grange Abbiamo avuto una bella permanenza a Woodland Grange e possiamo consigliare questo hotel! L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla, ma è a soli 10 minuti di auto dal centro città di Leamington Spa . L'impianto stesso è molto mantenuto e si estende su 16 ettari di parcheggio ampio che invita a una passeggiata accogliente . Il personale è stato molto cordiale e utile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole . La nostra camera è stata moderna, spaziosa e pulita senza schermi. L'hotel offre eccellenti strutture tra cui una sala fitness ben attrezzata, una tavola da biliardo nella stanza di gioco e un centro commerciale . Un grande punto di più è il generoso, parcheggio gratuito direttamente sul posto . E non dimenticare: il WiFi veloce e affidabile . In ogni caso, torneremo e possiamo metterlo in mente a tutti!
