Regno Unito: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Warwickshire

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

È un edificio impressionante, quindi ho avuto alcune aspettative. La stanza era un po 'datato nella parte più recente. Non molte attrazioni come si può aspettare da questo tipo di hotel. La zona del bar è davvero bello guardare un favoloso giardino e così il ristorante. Su quella nota, il cibo era stato lasciato in superficie. Ho ordinato un pollo di curry verde tailandese. Ero ansioso di questo, ma quando è arrivato, era una delusione totale. Il pollo era probabilmente un resto da un altro pasto, molto secco. La salsa non era come la curry verde e il riso era microonde. Le cameriere erano molto carine e scusate e la tagliano via dalla mia fattura. Dicono di avere un cuoco di agenzia! Quindi è vergognoso !!

Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!

Great location and facilities. Breakfast is very good. The building is a little dated and floors and walls thin so you hear every footstep from above but apart from that it's a great place to stay.

Grande posizione, e bellissime aree ~ parcheggio è stato difficile da trovare.  La stanza era pulita e temperata, con un letto fisso, il tempo era molto caldo, e anche se c'era un fan nella stanza il calore era stimolante e così caldo!  La piscina all'interno era una buona dimensione, ma era così incredibilmente calda nell'edificio, era difficile respirare!! (Aprite le porte per lasciare un po' di ossigeno!) Il pasto era buono, come il colazione la mattina dopo.  Molto costoso per un soggiorno mediocre.  Bella stazione di servizio in tutto.

Abbiamo prenotato due camere per un soggiorno di famiglia 2-night a famiglia Suite e una camera classica. Le strutture e la posizione dell'hotel sono state eccellenti, con molte pranzi vicino. Mio figlio era malato durante il viaggio e è davvero confortante che il soggiorno fosse grande per lui per riposare e riprendersi. Abbiamo cenato all'hotel e il cibo era fantastico! Il colazione servito era anche buono, ci piacevano i piatti caldi che abbiamo scelto il colazione inglese, uova scrambled e salmone 👍! Molto comoda, comoda e piacevole esperienza!

Stayed at the hilton while we visited the Christmas market. We had a lovely weekend. Reception was excellent from the smooth booking in to the hot complimentary cookie. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Although the hotel is on the outskirts of the town it is no distance to walk in. Will definitely be visiting again . .

Il personale era così amichevole e accogliente, siamo arrivati e le camere erano senza posto, tutto quello che ci serviva. Era un po'di odore di merda, ma è un edificio più vecchio non ha rovinato il loro soggiorno. Mangiavamo nel bar salone, il bellissimo personale era ancora grande. Abbiamo chiesto una stanza tranquilla, non ha sentito un soggiorno tranquillo.C'è una passeggiata naturale sul terreno, è stato bello per una serata prendere un po'di giro in un bel ambiente che io sarei rimasto lì

The hotel looked exactly the same as the photos online, and I had a very comfortable 3 night stay. It’s only a 10 minutes walk to Leamington Spa retail park which is not bad at all and only 5 minutes drive to town centre and lots of nice coffee shop and restaurants . Will definitely choose to stay this hotel again when next visit.
