For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did.
On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us.
We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did!

On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Purtroppo la stanza come segnali sul pavimento, nessuna socket di plug ha dovuto chiedere un filo di estensione per caricare i nostri dispositivi vicino al nostro letto, ma in generale è stata una splendida esperienza e il cibo e la colazione erano così bello. Visiteremo di nuovo, perché il servizio clienti è stato perfetto e questo è ciò che valutiamo più

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is ideally situated for a short trip to Stratford upon Avon. Just a short walk into the centre.
The rooms are comfortable and the bed was large. Car parking is easy and plentiful. Not too expensive.
On the downside (slightly) there is no lift. But only 2 floors. The staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. No issues required resolving. We didn’t use the leisure facilities.

CCheung1. The hotel location is fine. Near the town and nearby cafe. Nice.
2. The room have USB C charging port. Good for my Apple Iphone 16 power up. The lighting control of the room is simple and easy to manage.
3. Breakfast: Good, Much Choices.
4. Staff service: On June 1, I requested the duty staff at the lobby at 7:30 AM to arrange for my room cleaning, including towel replacement. Unfortunately, upon my return at 10:00 PM, the room had not been cleaned. As it was very late, I chose not to call for staff assistance and cleaned the room myself. This is an area where the hotel can improve its service reliability.

UUtente ospiteWe booked in and my son and daughter were upgraded as they had just finished their exams. We had the dog and our room was good in the way the door opened into large green area and you could sit outside. It was busy in the eve as there was a prom on and another function and the service was slow in the restaurant. I spoke to the supervisor at reception and explained the issues we had and she could not be more helpful - we were offered drinks and lunch as a sorry which was a great gesture. We would definitely return.

UUtente ospiteWe booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay —a family Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby. My son was unwell during the trip and it’s really comforting that the stay was great for him to rest and recover.
We had dinner in the hotel and the food was amazing!
The breakfast served was also good, we like the hot dishes that we chose English breakfast, scrambled eggs and salmon 👍!
Very cosy, comfortable and pleasant experience!

AAljeholiciousRooms are very clean, satisfied with the cleaning services they gave. We’re glad that they served a complimentary drinks and some cookies that we enjoyed! Small things but brightens up our mood from too much exhaustion from a day trip and arriving at midnight in the hotel. Thank you for a nice place to stay in!

ZZhufeng1768(wuchuangweixunhuanxieguanzaishengjishu)Lasciate il paesaggio a piedi, viviamo molto comodi per tre persone. Il caffè è ok. Finalmente ho praticato una tazza di tè e la colazione è ok.Il panorama dell'hotel è magnifico e torna in estate.
