Nigeria: hotel con bar nella provincia di Lagos

Excellent location in terms of proximity to the airport. Facilities are good but could be better like the WiFi which was a bit slow.

Cercavo un alloggio a Lagos, in viaggio da Londra, per un soggiorno di due notti. L'hotel si è rivelato difficile da trovare a causa di un indirizzo impreciso fornito sul loro sito web. All'arrivo, ho incontrato un addetto alla reception che non parlava inglese, rendendo necessario l'uso di un'applicazione di traduzione per comunicare. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era ben tenuta; tuttavia, non era disponibile l'abbonamento ai canali televisivi. Inoltre, l'assenza di un sistema di interfono in camera significava che qualsiasi richiesta di servizio richiedeva una discesa di due piani fino alla reception. È diventato evidente che la clientela principale dell'hotel è probabilmente composta da visitatori cinesi o asiatici in Nigeria, il che suggerisce una potenziale svista nell'offrire servizi a una clientela internazionale più ampia. Una nota positiva: l'hotel offriva Wi-Fi gratuito, una piscina e un'area lounge. Il check-out è stato eccezionale, poiché l'hotel ha organizzato un autista e un veicolo per il mio trasporto all'aeroporto, un servizio che apprezzo molto. Nonostante i prezzi un po' elevati, prenderei in considerazione l'idea di soggiornare nuovamente in questo hotel. L'hotel è situato in un tranquillo complesso residenziale, offrendo un ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso, ma privo di musica d'ambiente. Consiglio alla direzione di valutare l'implementazione di opzioni per la visione di programmi televisivi, di assumere personale locale con conoscenza dell'inglese e di diversificare il menù, includendo piatti della cucina locale.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla di Ikeja Lagos e è molto accessibile ai trasporti pubblici. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Le camere sono ben pulite e cucinate. Il cibo è un buon tipo di buffet cinese. Abbiamo pagato per colazione, pranzo e cena.L'unica cosa leggera è che non ci sono molte opzioni alimentari da scegliere, soprattutto al colazione, non c'era caffè o tè tranne tè verde. Non c'era nemmeno un tè o un caffè in camera finché non ne avevamo chiesto, ma non c'era altro latte che non era in grado di sopportare. Tra gli altri positivi, l'hotel ha organizzato e pagato il nostro trasporto all'aeroporto. Il conducente è arrivato presto e ci ha aspettato anche per non essere in ritardo per il nostro volo. Questo è un gesto 5 stelle, soprattutto per i clienti che non vivono a livello locale. In generale, apprezzerò il servizio dell'hotel 4.5 ⭐ fuori 5. Sicuramente utilizziamo di nuovo i loro servizi quando ci accingiamo a visitare Lagos.

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed. The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation. The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

La stanza è umida, le condizioni di igiene sono generali, e il bagno è spesso bagnato.

La camera da letto dell'hotel non è fino a 4 stelle standard. La stanza che mi è stata data era molto incomodata ci sono buchi all'interno del cassetto di coperchi, le coperte sono vecchie e scalpe sulla vostra pelle, il cuscino all'interno del dormitorio, la bagno ha bisogno di riparazione, ci sono cibo non buono, Non potevo nemmeno mangiare il pesce che era nero all'interno, che era il mio primo e ultimo cibo che ordinò . Vola nella sala da pranzo. Mi lamentavo al manager. Mi scusava e mi trasformò in un'altra stanza che era un po' meglio, ma non standard 4 stelle. Ci era una piscina per la vita notturna. Ci sono buoni dipendenti, ma l'hotel ha bisogno di una buona manutenzione

In overall, i score “A” for the hotel, in term of location and security. I booked for standard room, but sold out and they upgraded me to deluxe, appreciations that gesture!  The only snag about this hotel is that they need to work on their breakfast. It’s like they impose what they like on lodgers, which should not be so. IIn addition, they need to work on some of their gadgets I.e obsolete tiny refrigerators with molds sorrounding the fridge. The internet, forget it, it’s not something to home about, flunctuation is the order of the day. Staffs are courteous. Great team👍👍👍

The room was great, especially the ability to see the bath tub from the room. The view is great also, as I was on the 15th floor or so.
