Regno Unito: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Highlands

I asked for a quiet room and was placed on 1st floor however in a room closest to the main road with lots of traffic noise and there was construction going on nearby with constant drilling and noise until 4am so I never managed to sleep for most of the night, meaning that I couldn’t get up early to use the facilities. It’s not the staffs fault, but just be careful when booking.

The staff were incredibly friendly & tentative. Had a really good bar supper. Breakfast was very good. The pool is lovely with the hot tub. The hotel in general is very tired & desperately in need of an Upgrade. Some rooms have new bathrooms. Others in need. Limited hot water in the evening we were there. Showers in the spa changing rooms waste of space - non functional. The rooms were very comfortable. No complaints at all. Good cleanliness. It’s a 3 star hotel. It’s good value for what you get where. I’d definitely go & stay there again. Manage your expectations. You’re not going to luxury. You’re going to comfortable, country hotel that needs a lot of licks of paint & modernisation. Perfectly comfortable, pleasant stay. Don’t go if you want luxury. If you want down to earth, basic but very comfortable for all needs with good facilities, this is great.

Personale adorabile, hotel incantevole, peccato dover fare ricorso per le tariffe del parcheggio, soprattutto dopo aver inserito i dettagli appropriati nel sistema di parcheggio….

La camera è grande e pulita e la sauna, la piscina e la stanza a vapore sono fantastiche.

L'hotel stesso era buono il problema che avevamo è le camere che erano assegnate nell'allegato (70, 71 e 72), dovevano essere piccole doppie, 2 erano costituiti con 2 letti singoli, non avevano finestre che mi sono stato consigliato non per il problema, ma loro. La camera 71 era accanto a quella che pensavamo fosse stata una camera da letto e era molto rumorevole quando si scoppiò. Tornerei all'hotel di nuovo, ma confermerei in anticipo la posizione delle nostre camere

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Top range 3 star at best. The room was clean. It was advertised as a king sized bed, however putting 2 single beds together is very misleading. The Italian restaurant, the staff are nice but the service is very very slow. Took me an hour to get food. The location is ideal. The sports centre is good and spacious. The pool is good fun. The gym needs a complete modernisation program. Not enough equipment and in a very small room. The sports centre could utiltse space more effectively and have a state of the art gym in the other bigger rooms. It would be used well, however this is sadly not the case. I will return and use this hotel in the future. The price is not cheep and if your expecting Hilton quality then this is not the hotel for you.

Un nuovo hotel con strutture relativamente nuove e un buon ambiente circostante. Il prodotto principale di AC è un boutique express hotel con uno splendido scenario che ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, ma è tutt'altro che sofisticato. La camera è piccola. Se desiderate prenotare una camera con letto matrimoniale, è meglio confermare con l'hotel la dimensione del letto, che sia di 1,8 o 1,5 metri. Se sei alto, devi verificare con l'hotel e prendere nota della tipologia di camera. Abbiamo prenotato due camere per questo viaggio. Una è al centro dell'hotel e ha una tipologia di camera normale mansarda ed è particolarmente ostile alle persone alte e ai bambini.

Not a golfer but chose this place because of the star rating. Takes about 20 minutes to walk into city centre. First room looked over noisy air conditioning units so I was offered two others on a lower floor. Got a peaceful night's sleep with room overlooking car park. Furniture and bathroom door looks like it could do with a lick of paint. Refreshments a little subpar for a luxury hotel. Everywhere else I've stayed had a coffee pod machine. Staff booked an airport taxi for us but forgot the wakeup call. Despite this, I'd say service is quite good.

L'impianto è piuttosto datato, anche se ha rinnovato parti di esso. Il cibo al loro ristorante era eccellente. Il tappo della carne era così offerto n il loro merluzzo era molto fresco. Ci piaceva tanto che andavamo indietro la notte successiva n era anche contento con il loro bistecca di cotone. La loro zona di accoglienza era piccola n non molto accogliente servizio di custodia non è stato fornito il secondo giorno affermando che erano fuori di legno In generale era un tranquillo soggiorno di 3 notti n siamo sorpresi che non erano occupati

A great value stay for the night. The room was clean and bathroom very well kept. The room felt quite new and had all the usual amenities; Hairdryer, Safe etc. Beds were comfy and room very dark with the lights out which was lovely. Staff were freindly and helpful and the location is very central, my only complaint is the room wasn't particularly quiet as noise from outside was fairly heavy and the heating system made quite a bit of noise too. A better stay then expected however and excellent for less then £50.
