Pulizia, moderna e grande valore lasciato solo dalla palestra, Wi-Fi e posizione remota Un vero buon posto per soggiornare, e un buon valore per i soldi.Gli appartamenti sono sorprendentemente moderni e senza spot, posizionati in un bellissimo nuovo edificio, e il personale è stato grande amichevole e utile in tutto.Il colazione è stata buona e abbondante anche. Per il prezzo, sono stato davvero impressionato. Ci sono alcuni punti onesti che meritano di battere bandiera, ma la ”scuola” è la parte più debole in realtà sono solo due piccole macchine, alcuni pesi leggeri, e le tende che sono state rotte. È davvero necessario migliorare se si vuole chiamare una palestra in tutto. Il Wi-Fi era anche infiabile. Ho soggiornato in due camere diverse: nel primo era buono, ma nel secondo era povero e anche dopo averlo sollevato con la gestione delle strutture, non poteva essere risolto. Vale la pena sapere se avete bisogno di una connessione affidabile. Infine, la posizione è molto lontana dalla città, che rende tornare alla sera da Uber o taxi un po' di sfida. Nessuno di questi, tuttavia, è più forte di quanto sia.Puro, moderno, ben prezioso e ben occupato un solido quattro su cinque, e consigliato se non si pensa di essere un po' fuori dal centro.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and safety is guaranteed, this is very important for my business trip. The staffs are nice, the breakfast is decent. Can’t find the pool though it was claimed there’s a pool. Electricity is stable for the most of time. Internet quality is somehow compromising. I suggests the management can pay more attention to the room facility maintenance, such as the toilet the basin the rack. But the clubbing music noise around 11pm to 3am is a big minus, though according to the r staffs they can do nothing since the noise is from the street. But still it is a nice and comfortable place to stay for business trip.

I stayed in the Executive Suite for 9 nights. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for their efforts in resolving the issues I encountered. In particular, I want to give a special thanks to Bella. I truly appreciated her professionalism. While the hotel has many strengths, there are also areas that require improvement for a better guest experience. [Pros] * Pool & Dining: The pool is well-maintained, and the convenience of ordering food there was great. * Grilled Catfish: Although it takes about an hour, the freshly grilled catfish is a must-try—it’s absolutely superb. * Breakfast: The breakfast spread is clean and features delicious local dishes. The fresh watermelon juice was a highlight of my mornings. * Laundry Service: I was highly impressed by the laundry service. My clothes were returned packaged so neatly they looked brand new. * Honesty: I once accidentally left my wallet in a hotel taxi. I was deeply moved by the honesty of the staff who found and returned it to me safely. [Cons] * Check-in Delay: The check-in process took 3 hours. Despite the booking app clearly stating the 2-person capacity and extra bed option, the hotel was unaware of this, forcing me to wait in the lobby while they verified the information multiple times. * Water Supply: The shower frequently ran out of water, meaning I had to wait mid-shower for it to start again. * Room Maintenance: I was initially assigned a room where the toilet was missing its seat. I stayed there for several days, mistakenly thinking that all toilets in Nigeria were like that, before eventually moving to a different room. Dining Wait Times: With no outside restaurants nearby, I relied on the hotel restaurant. However, waiting over an hour for dinner is standard, and once I even waited over two hours. I recommend ordering in advance and resting in your room until the food is ready. Noise Level: Music is played at the pool until late at night, making the pool-side rooms quite noisy. If these operational points are improved, this hotel is a very safe and reliable place to stay, thanks to its high security and 24-hour staff availability.

Lovely location in central Abuja. The room space was well managed and the hotel is cozy and well maintained. Only thing I’ll say is the hotel needs to get new bedsheets some of them look really old but asides that it is a really good and comfortable please.
