what can I say about this hotel... the first one, there is very polite reception, they can give you good advice and show the best rooms they have to choose. the second one, really pretty sweeming pool inside, it's looks no so big, but it has a very nice view to the sea and warm water, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. the third, what I really enjoy....full inclusive barbecue dinners only for 7 usd, the waiters looking for you and try to help you with everything they come to you to ask and suggest the best dishes or just bring fruits or juice. It's the place where the staff really try to take care of you. after long trip, I really enjoyed the place and got energy for the future steps in my trip to sulawesi Island.

The room is good, only the parking is a little bit difficult to park since it was too small. Located on the city centre so no worries about finding restaurant and so on

I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I tovaglioli e il letto sono nuovi, così è stato bello. Tuttavia, la doccia non era piacevole. Il flusso d’acqua era terribile, senza portare l’acqua fuori dalla doccia. All'interno della doccia, sono state trovate solo una bottiglia di lavaggio corporeo (ma senza etichetta) e nessun shampoo.La colazione è media, la cucina aperta è un po' rumorosa. Le tavole da tavola sono raramente utilizzate a causa della posizione alta della tavola non ha senso quando si mangia.

For this low price, this hotel is the best deal you can find in Palu. However, I don't understand why they don't charge around Rp 50,000 more, including breakfast. There's a nice room with chairs and tables that wasn't used the entire week of my stay. A delicious breakfast could be served there. When I leave my hotel in the morning, I can't find breakfast anywhere nearby. All the foodstalls don't open until the afternoon. So if you stay here for a few days, you'll really have a hard time finding breakfast. Like everywhere else in Indonesia, this hotel doesn't have any information about tourist attractions. Dear management, take a lesson from your neighbouring countries Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, as well as Bali. Almost all hotels there have brochures with information about tourist attractions and motor cycle and car rentals. Indonesia has beautiful nature and many tourist attractions, but knowledge about tourism is completely lacking throughout the country, except for Bali. One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.
