Francia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Grand Est

Il nostro soggiorno è stato incredibile! La vista dall'hotel era mozzafiato e l'intera struttura era impeccabile. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo aver esplorato la zona. Il personale ha davvero fatto il possibile: sono stati gentili, disponibili e ci hanno persino sorpreso con dei biscotti gratis! Ci hanno anche dato ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora migliore. Prenoteremo sicuramente di nuovo qui se dovessimo tornare. Altamente consigliato a chiunque cerchi una camera pulita e spaziosa con un servizio eccellente e una vista mozzafiato!

Posizione comoda, l'hotel sembrava nuovo. Il letto era comodo e il check-in/out è stato semplice. Non ho provato la colazione in hotel, ma il ristorante sembra buono, e ci sono anche diverse opzioni per mangiare e bere nei dintorni dell'hotel. Camera di dimensioni adeguate, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione del tram. Lo consiglio!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

Un club aperto 24 ore su 24 è semplicemente fantastico! Il nostro treno per Berlino partiva alle 18:00 e fermarsi al club per un caffè e uno spuntino prima di partire è stato davvero premuroso e comodo. Grazie allo staff di Okko!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel è in realtà piuttosto buona, ma c'è un tratto di strada acciottolata che conduce all'hotel, rendendo difficile trascinare i bagagli. Se avete bagagli, potete anche raggiungere l'hotel tramite un sentiero sterrato simile a un parco nelle vicinanze. Se arrivate di notte, i taxi non vi porteranno all'ingresso dell'hotel; ci sono due posti di blocco e dovrete trascinare la valigia. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite e vengono fornite pantofole riutilizzabili. Il personale è gentile e cordiale. È molto comodo per scattare foto alla cattedrale e alla Petite France al mattino presto e alla sera.

Tutto era come descritto! L'addetto alla reception ha risposto al telefono negli orari annunciati. Situato molto vicino a una stazione del tram, a un supermercato e a caffetterie. Il personale era gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio!

L'ambiente, la posizione e il servizio sono tutti molto buoni. È adatto a chi arriva in auto, con due supermercati super grandi proprio fuori. C'è anche un supermercato asiatico nelle vicinanze e il parcheggio è molto spazioso. Il servizio di lavanderia costa 10 euro.

Ci siamo fermati per una notte in questa struttura, che abbiamo trovato molto accogliente. Personale gentile, posizione veramente centrale, comoda anche da raggiungere con la macchina (abbiamo parcheggiato nel parcheggio a pagamento indicato da loro, per una notte abbiamo speso €9,20, un costo onesto). C'è anche la possibilità di utilizzare la sauna a €9 aggiuntivi a testa, ma purtroppo non siamo riusciti in quanto siamo arrivati troppo tardi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

Location a bit away but that suited us, easy to drive to other places. Staff was helpful, room is basic, beds are soft, room was serviced but clothes were not folded, just placed on a pile on the desk. There is a water boiler but still has the 1990’s instant coffee. Parking costs E25/day….., park across the road for free (3 min walk). We arrived at 14:05 and as 15:00 was CI time they did not honour earlier CI because ‘they run 100% occupancy the day before’ but for Euro50 extra I could get a room immediately… yeah right! Free hot xmas wine in the lobby is a nice gesture.
