Ci piace il servizio di Monika e Robert. La stanza era pulita e il servizio era bello. Chiediamo solo al proprietario di costruire più spazio per le biciclette e forse cambiare la logistica delle camere con spazio. Se si aggiunge il servizio di cena, potrebbe tenere gli ospiti dentro per più tempo. Il resto era buono e le persone di servizio erano grandi.

It's good to walk to the breakfast room. You get all times a full and fresh offer. Because of traffic jam we come with delay. Office was still open for check in. We have announced by phone our delay.

Beautiful things are created by people, but there are other people who manage to ruin these beautiful things. This is the case with this hotel. From the moment of arrival (1150 hours), before I could greet the reception staff, an extremely bored and unfriendly employee informed me that I could check in at 2:00 pm (I knew this from the reservation details). She wasn't even curious about what we were looking for in the hotel - maybe I was lost! I waited about 15 minutes for it to gather and tried again, with the request to check if at least the room is ready. And then, miracle. The hotel manager appeared at the reception, and the attitude suddenly changed: I was accommodated immediately, I received many useful information and even free drinks for the bar. The rest doesn't matter anymore, I only saw the negative aspects: the room was extremely small, in terms of available space, especially for double occupancy. The breakfast room was quite limited, so at peak times it became extremely crowded.

Ho trascorso una notte in questo hotel. L'hotel era situato al quinto piano di un edificio commerciale. Quando sono arrivato lì, la grande hall d'ingresso era completamente vuota. Mi ha confuso un po'. Poi ho scoperto che devo portare l'ascensore all'hotel. I piani inferiori dell’edificio erano disabili e chirurgie mediche. La mia stanza era piccola ma confortevole. C’era una terrazza grande come la stanza. Il bagno era separato dalla stanza con un muro di vetro. Le pareti erano molto sottili, così potevi sentire tutto il rumore dal corridoio e anche la TV nella prossima stanza. Fortunatamente, era tranquilla qui la notte. Nessuno camminava nella hall o aveva la TV in alto. Il colazione era eccellente. È stato possibile sedersi all'interno o sulla terrazza. Check-in e check-out è stato veloce. Il personale è stato bello e utile.

We had some kind of a bad start but the staff made it good in the end. Arriving at the Pytloun Wellness Hotel came with a bad surprise: the so called Wellness Hotel was more or less just a sauna and a jacuzzi and this was not even included in the anything-but-low-cost-room. One hour would have cost € 50,00! I called the reception and spoke to a very friendly and gentle Katja (?) who offered me one hour of spa for free. As this would have been later that evening I decided to take a bath instead (my room came with a bath tub). Unfortunately, the water was not hot (the fridge was not cold though) which is why I visited the reception and this time spoke to the equally friendly and gentle manager of the hotel, Barbora. She repeated the invitation for a one hour free of charge visit to the spa and offered a change of rooms. My new room was fantastic! I think it fulfilled the characteristics of the superior room I had booked....spacious and with a nice view. Very comfortable bed and -now- super bathroom and cold fridge. The most fantastic experience was the kindness of the manager to mail a small wallet with some pills I had forgotten! This is quite unusual and much appreciated. All in all it was a nice experience and I wish I would come back when the spa has been extended and the expression 'Wellness Hotel' meets the standard.

Der Self-Check-Inn war selbsterklärend, genügend Parkplätze waren verfügbar und die Zimmer sauber. Eventuell einziger Nachteil ist die Lage. Zu Fuß sind es gut 4 km ins Zentrum von Liberec. Gut war das leckere Frühstück sowie die kleinen Snacks am Nachmittag.

Gli appartamenti appartengono all'hotel, ma sono a circa 1,5 km. Questo non è menzionato nella descrizione. Quindi abbiamo dovuto andare all'appartamento per poi tornare all'hotel principale nel centro della città per ottenere la chiave. L'appartamento era ben attrezzato e dotato di tutte le cose necessarie. Molto irritante era quello di venire al buffet per colazione. Non ci erano posti a sedere sufficienti e doveva aspettare in una serra fino a che non avesse un posto. La sala colazione era anche sovraccaricata e le tavole erano strette. Tuttavia, il buffet era molto buono. Il personale di servizio alla registrazione era meno amichevole.

Scorta di 2 bambini più grandi per 2 giorni a Liberec e Jeshken. Il Pytloun Liberec è un piccolo hotel aperto al bordo di Liberec. La casa è difficile da raggiungere con i trasporti pubblici, quindi solo 3 punti per la posizione. La stanza era piuttosto piccola ma sufficiente. Il portale di auto-iscrizione ha un aspetto poco personale, e al più tardi per la colazione si incontra il personale amichevole e attento. Devo sottolineare che la colazione è buona e ricca, e i bambini sono particolarmente lieti di avere il ferro di waffle. Quando arrivate con l'auto, ci consigliamo chiaramente.

I visited this hotel three times in the year 2023 and always felt like a queen. Starting with welcoming, very friendly, polite and helpful reception staff, through the clean and comfortable room to the rich breakfast everything was perfect. I always tend to try different hotels when coming repeatedly to the same place but after a first stay in Zlaty Lev Liberec became an exception and I always book this hotel and will keep on doing it.
