I've never stayed in a school residence before, but with my frequent travels, I eventually got tired of staying in hotels and motels and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my arrival was not smooth. My Lyft driver dropped me off at the wrong building, and I had a lot of luggage with me. There weren't many students around since it was summer, and no one I asked could give me clear directions to the correct building. When I finally arrived, the front desk told me this apparently happens quite often with Uber/Lyft drivers. My first impression of the residence was that it was quiet and clean. Unfortunately, the elevators had broken down about 20 minutes before my arrival, something I likely would have avoided had I not been dropped off at the wrong building. Front desk staff member Jessica kindly helped carry my luggage up to my room on the 4th floor. I assume this was not part of her job, and I really appreciated her help. In fact, nearly every front desk staff member I encountered during my stay was exceptionally kind and helpful, more so than staff at some upscale hotels I've stayed at. The unit looked smaller than it appeared in the photos, but that's almost always the case, and I still had more than enough space for my needs. The bedroom had very high ceilings, which helped the room feel open and not cramped. Only two hangers were provided, but I travel with folding travel hangers so it wasn't an issue. The large desk was especially useful since I work remotely. The bed was simple but clean, and once I figured out which pillows worked best for me, I slept well. The kitchenette was dated but clean and included a microwave and a full-sized refrigerator with a freezer. The empty refrigerator was somewhat unstable and would shift forward slightly when opened, but otherwise I had no complaints. The bathroom was small, especially the shower stall. Water pressure was good and drainage worked well. My main complaint was the shower curtain, which was so long that it frequently blocked the drain. The sink also drained slowly. The towel rack was loose, and the towels were thin and smelled strongly of vinegar, but they were clean and absorbent. The residence was generally quiet. The walls seemed fairly thin, although no worse than many hotels. There was nearby construction early in the morning, one instance of drilling at 7 AM, and a child crying each morning for a couple of days. None of it significantly affected my stay. I usually keep my home between 19-20C, yet I often found myself cold in the unit and ended up turning off the AC most of the time. The gym on the 4th floor was clean and quiet, although I think cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer should be available. Access also required a staff member to unlock the door, which seemed unnecessary since room-key access would make more sense. There is also a communal kitchen with a stove, oven, and full-sized refrigerator. A movie theatre, games room with a pool table, and meeting room are also available. The only downside is that most amenities require staff assistance for access. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The building was clean and generally quiet, the room provided everything I needed for a working stay, and the staff delivered excellent service. While there were a few minor maintenance issues and some inconveniences regarding amenity access, none were significant enough to negatively impact my stay. Most importantly, I enjoyed my stay enough that I've already decided to return.

My husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better. 1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand. 2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning. 3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting. Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room. 4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included. 5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray 6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item. 7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them. It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto! The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The only small downside was the hotel parking, which was a little pricey at $40 per day. However, there are plenty of cheaper parking options nearby, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Sono venuto a Toronto, ho prenotato questo appartamento qualche giorno prima. Il prezzo non è economico e non è ancora colazione. Il rapporto è vicino al principio. Non c'era alcuna attesa. Dopo essere entrato nella stanza, mi sentivo ancora molto alto. Nel 44esimo piano, c'è il piano superiore del balcone, sopra il balcone è il cielo, il paesaggio è perfetto, E'un po'sensibile di sottosistema di sicurezza, completamente aperto.

Le strutture sono vecchie e inutilizzate, cioè pavimenti, pareti e illuminazione; necessitano di una seria riparazione. Per il prezzo, è un'apertura. La posizione è molto conveniente, allo stesso tempo è rumoroso.

Questa era la più sorprendente permanenza che abbiamo avuto in tutta l'America del Nord. Absolutamente tutto era perfetto. Ci siamo accolti da Audrey, che era il più dolce impiegato dell'hotel che abbiamo incontrato in Canada. Ci ha fatto sentire così comodi e disturbati. Ho avuto un incredibile compleanno grazie a te, l'aggiornamento era già un bel toccamento, ma il pezzo di torta di cioccolato che hai lasciato nella stanza mentre eravamo fuori era così pensativo e molto delizioso. Grazie ❤️ La camera è spaziosa, bella e con la vista più bella sulle cadute. I letti sono grandi e confortevoli, i prodotti della camera da bagno sono buoni come sapevo già di quella marca. Il colazione è stato grande, diverso e generoso. C'è un ristorante all'hotel aperto fino alle 23:00, così come un negozio di souvenir. La zona del soggiorno è così rilassante e permette anche di godere della vista . Ci sono stati assegnati assegni per provare la luce al bagno, è stato grande e tutti sono stati così belli! La palestra è davvero buona, c'è tutto quello che avresti trovato in una palestra regolare e anche un telefono cellulare, mele, asciugamani e acqua + si può allenare mentre guardate le Falls Niagara! Il jacuzzi e la sauna esterna sono accanto alla piscina e al spa. È importante che le cascate siano una passeggiata 25-minute o una guida 5-minute dall'hotel. Dirò a chiunque visiti la Falls Niagara di soggiornare in questo hotel, vale la pena il prezzo e gli hotel circostanti non sono davvero così bello, (e questo viene da qualcuno che ha soggiornato in Marriotts e alberghi di bilancio in 100+ paesi.) Vedendo l'indirizzo e la porta dell'appartamento, in realtà, è un giardino preso dal supermercato.L'appartamento è nuovo, con tre camere e due bagni e tre letti.La decorazione e gli appartamenti sono nuovi, adatto per il soggiorno familiare.
