UUtente ospiteLa posizione geografica è fantastica. Per qualche minuto a piedi, sono al centro commerciale accanto. Vai a un passo a bordo, ma 15 minuti possono arrivare! Il prezzo dell'hotel è troppo alto, l'antico hotel a cinque stelle, il prezzo è simile a quello di un hotel a tre stelle in casa, il letto è molto comodo, e vivere qui per due notti non vale troppo!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era facile da entrare, il parcheggio era conveniente e facile da navigare. L'edificio e la decorazione erano belli e puliti. Non giocavamo, ma il ****** sembrava bello. Ho avuto la stanza perché le recensioni precedenti hanno detto che i letti erano comodi. Il nostro letto non era grande, sembrava piuttosto tipico per un hotel. Il doccia era bello, forte pressione idrica. Direi che era un po' troppo caldo... anche nella temperatura più bassa ero caldo, e mi piace davvero le docce calde. Molte opzioni alimentari, anche se preziose. Adorava la vista dell'oceano dal 40° piano. Aveva un problema con le nostre chiavi- aveva 2 diverse prenotazioni perché venerdì sera è stato venduto all'hotel così doveva andare online per la seconda notte. In qualche modo, siamo stati controllati a metà della notte e le chiavi sono state disattivate senza conoscenza, quindi siamo stati chiusi fuori dalla stanza.

CCarlos ManuelWell located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

YYueyuedeyangyangLa posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, a pochi passi dal lungomare. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto attento e sono qui da due giorni per disturbare le pulizie. C'è una piscina al piano di sotto, molto pulita!

UUtente ospiteOttimo ambiente pulito e personale molto amichevole, mi sono chiuso fuori dalla mia stanza in calze e personale molto amichevole mi ha aiutato con una nuova chiave. Molto vicino alla camminata e alla spiaggia. L'unica cosa che vorrei controllare è il parcheggio. Credo che ci sia una tassa di parcheggio che sembra folle per qualcuno che si ferma in hotel. Non sono stato pagato un canone perché avevano problemi con il computer che mi hanno ritardato il controllo, così è stato costretto a parcheggiare.

UUtente ospiteRoom was nice and clean looked like the picture the hotel is very big with lots of floors. There was also a stain on the bedding the goes over top of the sheets and we had just gotten there as well as little pieces of hair over the pillows. I liked how it was connected to the ****** next door. Some of the restaurants were not opened. The rooftop bar was nice could have had more things to choose from on the menu. The only thing that bothered me was the WAIT time it took just to get on an elevator it was soooo packed with people going up or down and everyone wanted to cram on to one elevator with 5 of them being in use. Not to mention the staff elevator was out of use so they had to use these elevator’s too. Other than that my experience was good.

CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

Ho chiesto un telecomando. Ho ricevuto il telecomando circa mezz'ora dopo.
E il telecomando non funzionava. Ho chiamato immediatamente il desk per un po' di ora e non c'era risposta.

UUtente anonimoLa giovane donna che lavora per le sere è meravigliosa! E' molto gentile e molto attenta. Anche i signori che lavorano qui sono carini. Il colazione non è grande affatto. E' quattro mini muffin in una borsa grassa, data dal cameriere dietro il desktop. Il succo di mela è così concentrato, è necessario acquarlo da solo perché non lo fanno. È possibile vedere che hanno appena scritto sulla parete anteriore di moldatura e il condizionatore d'aria sta quasi cadendo fuori dalla parete. Ma non ci sono bug e sono abbastanza puliti per la maggior parte.
