Good location - it's in a mall so plenty of food.and shopping options. Lots of great restaurants in the surrounding streets. Short taxi ride to the main attractions and airport/stations. Staff friendly and helpful - from the reception desk to the cleaners. Room modern and comfortable. Air con worked well - not all Chinese hotelsmhave these switched on in Spring but this one did. Breakfast was good and had a wide range of mostly Chinese options. Overall, a great hotel and I would book this as first choice if I came back to Urumqi.

We booked 6 rooms and arrived at hotel approx 5pm but only 4 rooms were available! We were tired after our long journey but the hotel took effort to upgrade one room for us and we managed to check in only approx 6pm. Believe hotel should do better job in rooms allocation based on customers bookings
