Останавливался в Zhongya International Hotel в Инине. Отель удобно расположен — буквально в нескольких минутах от ж/д вокзала. Номер не идеально стерильный, но чистый и уютный, всё необходимое есть. Завтрак вкусный и довольно разнообразный, хотя за три дня меню не менялось. Особенно удивил «умный» унитаз — неожиданно приятно 🙂
Рядом много магазинчиков и кафе с разной кухней, можно попробовать местные блюда или просто перекусить. В целом, приятное место для остановки — удобно, комфортно и по разумной цене.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which made our travel super convenient. It’s also just about 1km from the nearest metro station, so getting around was easy. A big bonus was the free self-service laundry on the 5th floor, complete with washing machines, dryers, and even complimentary detergent provided at the front desk. Breakfast was pretty good too, and they thoughtfully packed it for us when we had to leave early for a flight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even assisted us with ordering food since we didn’t have any Chinese apps. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for travelers, especially if you're flying in or out of the city!

Beautiful rooms, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a cloud room with windows all along one side. Great view of the surrounding area and we could see the city in the distance. Beautiful at night, industrial looking by day. (The windows could use a little cleaning). Breakfast buffet was really good, large selection of Chinese options.
The best part was the front desk staff. So helpful with our travel-related questions even though my Chinese is limited! Especially 小嘉. She helped us find a way to travel north to 可可托海.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel! Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e andò sopra e oltre per farmi sentire benvenuto. La loro ospitezia era davvero eccellente. Le camere erano senza spot, bellamente progettate e molto comode. Mi sono particolarmente apprezzato il letto confortevole, che ha fatto per un grande sonno notturno.
Il colazione era delizioso con una grande varietà di opzioni per iniziare il giorno giusto. Inoltre, il personale era così utile.
Questo hotel supera veramente gli standard 5-star. Lo consiglio fortemente a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno eccezionale. Grazie per aver reso il mio viaggio così memorabile!

這次出行選了這家酒店🏨真的太明智了！從進門開始，前台小姐姐👧的服務就特別貼心，看我們帶着行李還主動幫忙提，辦理入住的速度也很快，還耐心給我們介紹了酒店周邊的美食和遊玩路線。訂的大床房空間特別大，裝修是簡約温馨的風格，床品特別舒服，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭也有不同款式可以選，睡了一晚完全緩解了旅途的疲憊。衞生間乾濕分離做得很好，熱水供應特別及時，洗漱用品的品質也超出預期，不是那種廉價的一次性用品。酒店的早餐🍳種類特別豐富，有粥、包子、油條、水果🍉，食材都很新鮮，味道也很不錯。保潔阿姨打掃房間，換的毛巾和床單都特別乾淨。離店的時候還送了小伴手禮，真的被細節打動了，下次來這邊玩一定還選這家！🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Everything was pretty good. Although it's a bit far from the airport, the return trip was smooth since it was a Saturday—it took less than half an hour to get there. There are some steep steps at the entrance, but the staff helped with the luggage. The front desk was great, the room was spacious and clean, and there’s a laundry room. Definitely worth it.

We stayed for a 4 hours at this hotel and it was really nice. Close to the apt, about 15 min drive, they also provide with airport pickup but you should make sure call before arriving or make an appointment at least 1-2 hrs. We actually struggled when we tried to find hotel taxi, but it's like 20 yuan, so not a big deal.
Back transfer they provided and we had chance to sleep at least 2-3 hrs ,take shower and get refreshed.
The receptionist doesn't speak English,so be aware to have a translation tools.
Overall we had a really nice exp with this hotel.
Btw in the apt the I desk was offering 80 yuan sleeping sofa but this hotel was 160 yuan for 2 people. So better choose this one if you have a long layover.

The RESTAURANT needs to retraining their employees regarding customer services. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES that I ever experienced.
On 9/14 evening around 8:45 pm (this was our second night eating in this restaurant. The first night was very pleasant), one of the hotel waitress was extremely rude. She had an attitude from the moment that we sat down on our table. We requested an additional menus; however, she slapped down the additional menu on the table instead of handed it to us. We took a little longer because we had a hard time saying it in Chinese. She started to get irritated with us.
We ate 2 out of 6 dishes from our order. We waited more than an hours for our 3 abalone skewers, 2 lamb steaks skewers, 1 garlic naan & the mushroom wrap. We saw one of the waiter carried the 5 skewers to the other tables.
We asked another waitress that we didn’t have our 3 abalone skewers, 2 lamb steaks skewers, 1 garlic naan & mushroom wrap. A different waitress said we have to wait for another 20 minutes to get our food. It was almost 9:30 pm. We requested to cancel the abalone, lamb, naan & mushroom wrap.
When we went up to the cashier to pay & it happened to be same rude waitress. She charged all the dishes & my brother in law told her that we ate 2 out of the 6 dishes from our orders . The rude waitress expressed like we were lying to her & started to raise her voice. After the long disputes with the rude waitress, another waitress walked up being our witness that we actually only ate 2 dishes.
We finally only paid for 2 dishes that we actually ate. After my brother in law paid for the meal, I expressed to the rude waitress that she has a bad attitude in English as I was having hard time translated in Mandarin. My sister repeated the exact words to the rude waitress; however, the rude waitress said in Chinese “you are insane”. My brother heard and pulled my sister away as he didn’t want more disputes. I walked back into the restaurant and I asked for her name; she asked me why do I ask for her name. I told her that I want to file a complaint of her. She asked why am I complaining about her. I told her that she had an attitude toward us from the beginning. I demanded to get her name. I said that she’s the first person that I had ever complained. She wrote her Chinese name on a piece of paper with the rude attitude and sarcastically said “thank you”. Of course, I responded “you are welcome”.
After leaving the restaurant, I went to speak with the night manager & told her from the beginning to the end of what happened. The night manager walked with us to the restaurant. She spoke with the rude waitress. She asked her to tell her side of the story & request an apology. Of course she denied of her doing & of course she denied that she said to my sister in Chinese “you are insane “. She refused to apologize. Even the night manager said out loud that she could feel her rude attitude even speaking to the her. The restaurant manager, he apologized on her behalf. Per the restaurant manager, “It seems like a misunderstanding. He tried to minimize the wrong doing of the staff”. Such a disappointment of how the restaurant manager handling this matter. Instead of addressing the issue, he is minimizing the bad customer services & the bad behavior of his staff.
IT WAS NOT A “MISUNDERSTANDING “. It was an extremely BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES. It was a training issue & it was a management issue.
Per the night manager, she will have a meeting and address the issue. I seriously hope that the night manager will follow through this matter.
I never experienced such an unpleasant moment in China & even in the U.S.
Hopefully, the night manager will handle this matter effectively.

Quando la reception si apre, c'è qualche problema nel sistema, mi sono aspettato molto, ma l'atteggiamento di Lyna è eccellente e mi ha aiutato a migliorare diversi tipi di camere per scusarmi.Come membro di un premio di otto anni di Wanhao, devo dire che l'hotel è più alto di quanto sia atteggiamento, servizio e hardware. All'alloggio e alla partenza, i ragazzi del Gibbs ci aiutano a trasportare rapidamente i grandi bagagli di neve; c'è un robot che viene spedito nella stanza per la prima volta; c'è un punto di deposito logistico speciale nel veloci; c'è un asciugacapelli per lavanderia in ogni piano; Oltre al hardware dell'hotel stesso, gli apparecchi elettrici utilizzati come il ventilatore di profumo, il cappello intelligente, sono tutti a un prezzo super pari; e il bus gratuito più amichevole per gli sciatori è stato trasferito alla neve!Alla fine, ci ha trasferito una notte, la signorina Reception ci ha dato un colazione molto attentamente. Ci sono buoni supermercati a prezzi accessibili e vari negozi di bevande al fondo dell'hotel.
Non ho scritto una valutazione così lunga da molti anni, ma è davvero un'esperienza di soggiorno sorprendente. Io e la mia famiglia siamo molto al di là delle aspettative, tornamo la prossima volta!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is money worth value for the price point. Room service everyday with fresh towels and slippers. Heated toilet seat which is a must during winter, remote control flushing. All power outlets are international type without the need of using a converter and all comes with 2 USB ports. Only minor issues is the sound proving of the room is slightly on the weak side.

前台的小李服务很棒！Xiao Li at the front desk was super helpful to help check us in early at 8am and she was very friendly. She also suggested the restaurants on the right side of the street after going out the hotel cause we were hungry
韩姐每天 帮我们 带泡脚来房间! 也很棒的服务！ Every night we asked for the free foot soak and they would bring to our room and prepare for us. Great to end the night after a cold day.
There is also always hot tea the lobby and also some free coffee vouchers to drink specialty coffee (try the pumpkin latte) at the restaurant since they don’t provide coffee in the room.
Location is convenient as we had to DiDi around. Around 10-15 mins to the Grand Bazaar.
Would recommend to go to Heavenly Lake 天山天池, take a DiDi to the tourist entrance and buy a ticket for another bus which is 40 minutes (sit on right side of bus going up and down for good views).
Another place worth visiting is 南山牧场 Nanshan pasture. We went in Nov so it’s cold to ride horses (30 mins to waterfall and 30 mins back). Still worth the experience although it’s freezing, or can take a little shuttle bus up to the waterfall. During summer many locals go for holidays and stay there for horse racing etc, so I would definitely visit in summer again.
The area near the hotel itself is also good to walk around because after exiting the hotel and turning right, cross two traffic lights and there is a wholesale area for dried fruits. Many stores selling cheap raisins etc. quality and price is much better than Bazaar or other stores!
Also there is a restaurant for Xinjiang food right next to the Hotel with many 羊肉烧烤 Lamb skewers. Very good food, worth trying for dinner at least once. May look dark and quiet from the outside, but inside is beautiful and actually pretty big with many customers.
Initially was considering between Belle Hotel (百丽) and Atour as I came with my parents. In the end my friends stayed at Atour and came over to visit, said this hotel was so much in terms of facilities and the service. I will be back for sure!

UUtente ospiteQuesto soggiorno è stato fantastico! Fin dal momento in cui ho messo piede nella hall dell'hotel, ho potuto percepire l'attenzione del servizio. Il personale è stato cordiale e cortese, e si è preso l'iniziativa di aiutarmi con i bagagli e con il check-in. Sono stati pazienti e meticolosi durante tutto il processo. La camera era pulita e ordinata, l'arredamento era semplice ed elegante e la biancheria da letto era morbida e confortevole, il che ha reso il sonno ristoratore. Il bagno era separato in zona asciutta e zona umida e i prodotti da bagno erano di alta qualità. La colazione era ricca e varia, con piatti cinesi e occidentali, e il sapore era incredibile. L'hotel gode di una posizione geografica privilegiata e i mezzi di trasporto e i negozi circostanti sono molto comodi. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto alto, lo consiglio vivamente e la prossima volta sceglierò sicuramente questo hotel!

- Well located twin toilet roll holders
- Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations
- room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it
- number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate
- wash basin counter top space was generous
- kettle area cabinet was also provided
- suitably sized luggage rack
- comfortable bed size and mattresses
- room door has indicator of direction to the elevator
- well located mini fridge
- cordless hand phone charging facilities in room
- superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room
- great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast
- hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful

- hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street
- many shops and restaurants near hotel
- we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside
We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time

Non riesco a trovare l'hotel con il nome ”Hotel Oriental” (tradotto da trip.com).Alla fine ho scoperto che il nome dovrebbe essere GreenTree Eastern Hotel
(distretto aeroportuale di Kashgar) come a Didi.
Nessun frigo nella stanza, non potevo conservare frutta e bevande fredde durante il mio soggiorno estivo 4-night.
