推開門的那一刻，窗外的草原像一幅巨大的油畫撲進眼底，心情瞬間就亮了。先説最打動我的，是前台的古麗米拉。從辦理入住時的微笑問候，到耐心介紹周邊的遊玩路線，她的熱情不是職業化的客套，而是像鄰家妹妹一樣真誠、周到。這種被放在心上照顧的感覺，讓旅途多了許多温暖。 再説酒店本身，位置和風景絕對是王牌。房間寬敞明亮，落地窗外就是連綿的那拉提草原，清晨推開窗，能看見薄霧在草尖上浮動，牛羊悠閑地低頭吃草，遠處的雪山在陽光下閃着銀光。傍晚坐在陽台上，看夕陽把整片草原染成金色，那種震撼和寧靜，是照片拍不出來的。 早餐是新疆風味和家常結合的品種，奶茶、果醬、烤饢都有，吃得舒服又滿足。酒店整體安靜，晚上能伴着風聲和蟲鳴入睡，睡眠質量出奇地好。 這一趟那拉提之行，因為這家酒店變得更難忘。風景是新疆給的，但温暖是古麗米拉和酒店團隊給的。以後再來，這裏一定還是我的首選。真心推薦給每一位要來那拉提的朋友——住在這裏，你就是風景的一部分。

E'molto buono, ci ho aggiornato una stanza aerobica, ci ho anche mandato un buffet mattina e sera, la sala è pulita e bella, e anche un piccolo divertimento, una stanza da tavolo, e anche un sacco di asciugamani per lavastoviglie (ci sono tre minuti di modus operandi per lavastoviglie ad alta temperatura, molto conveniente). Ci sono deliziosi gioielli di carne di vacca intorno, e un mercato notturno di Bartender, molti negozi intorno, molto conveniente (ma siamo i conducenti in viaggio). Servizio: il ristorante è molto conveniente per consegnare il bagaglio, aiutare Chechi haha. Si consiglia di scegliere l'hotel. Servitore: sono molto amichevoli. Vedo che ci sono anche servizi di trasporto, anche se abbiamo un autobus, questo servizio è buono. Ricorda che il contea di Ta deve respirare profondamente, assorbire più ossigeno nell'aria, e poi la camera aerobica si adatta fondamentalmente il giorno dopo.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient . The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

Aveva un'altra notte di permanenza qui prima di tornare indietro, e solo aggiungere alla mia precedente recensione, ancora una buona esperienza complessiva. Una cosa che ho dimenticato di menzionare prima è che abbiamo effettivamente immagazzinato il nostro bagaglio in hotel per circa dieci giorni mentre viaggiavamo. Xiao Mi ci ha aiutato a organizzare e a conservare tutto in sicurezza in un pacchetto, che ci ha dato una vera pace di mente durante il viaggio. In generale, rimanere molto tranquillo e affidabile con un servizio pensiero da parte del team.

We booked this last minute because we needed a hotel after an overnight flight to use before could check in to our actual hotel. This place is near the OLD airport. They offer free transfers from and to the current airport. You need to contact them to agree timing. A taxi was 10 minutes. The lobby looks shambolic and the poor reception was rushed off her feet. Guests constantly interrupted while she tried to check us in. The room was completely unexpected ! Large clean double room, with the most comfortable bed ever. Well appointed bathroom. It was quiet and just what we needed to catch up on some sleep . Great value for money for the price we paid!

Sono venuto a sciare a Hemu e non potevo non soggiornare in questo hotel. Il direttore della lobby, William Shan, mi ha fatto sentire di nuovo a casa. Grazie per la vostra attenzione. C'è anche il ristorante a buffet, la colazione costa circa 100 yuan e la cena circa 280 yuan. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. Servizi: Sci in/sci out. Pulizia: Pulito ogni giorno. Ambiente: Vista confortevole sul campo da sci. Servizio: Sinceramente, ogni membro dello staff è eccezionale.

Our stay at Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is simply outstanding. The hotel is only a short drive from downtown Tashkurgan, yet it feels like a peaceful luxury retreat surrounded by breathtaking nature. In front of the hotel is a beautiful stream flowing through vast green meadows where horses, goats, and other animals graze freely. We enjoyed walking around the grasslands and experiencing the peaceful atmosphere. Behind the hotel are magnificent mountains, and from our room we could even admire spectacular snow-capped peaks. The scenery is absolutely unforgettable. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team—from the front desk to the housekeeping staff—was exceptionally warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed like family. It is truly one of the best examples of customer service we have ever experienced. Our room was modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The intelligent smart-room control system was easy to use and added a touch of luxury to our stay. The room was spotless, quiet, and designed perfectly for relaxing while enjoying the incredible mountain views through the large windows. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and nature in a way that is very rare. Waking up surrounded by fresh mountain air, crystal-clear streams, green meadows, and snow-covered peaks was simply magical. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and experience the beauty of Tashkurgan. We highly recommend Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel to anyone visiting the region. If we return to Tashkurgan in the future, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire hotel team for giving us such an unforgettable experience.

Il pranzo era sufficiente e soddisfacente, sarebbe bello se potessero anche offrire succo. Abbiamo costruito la nostra stanza, ma non era pulita in modo adeguato al primo forse perché l’hotel era completamente prenotato. Tuttavia, i puliziatori erano molto utili e rispondenti quando abbiamo chiesto aiuto.
