Andare a Trinaz, passare una notte attraverso Altay, scegliere l'hotel, la decorazione tra il bagno e la stanza è particolarmente elegante e ha caratteristiche geografiche. La camera è grande, pulita e igienica, il letto è morbido e duro, l'effetto di isolamento sono buono, la nostra stanza è vicina all'ascensore, ma basicamente non può sentire il rumore, dorme fino al mattino.Il più apprezzabile è la ricchezza della colazione, la famiglia più ricca del nostro hotel a Xinjiang, e ci sono molti cibi locali. Ci sono anche carenze, il flusso di bagno è piccolo, gli alberi delle strade esterne dell'hotel sono piccoli e l'ambiente è generale, ma pensando che sia in una zona nord-ovest, non può essere misurato secondo lo standard della grande città costiera sud-est, penserete che l'hotel è buono in una zona nord-ovest. The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Good hotel with clean enough bedroom. We arrived on late flight around 1130pm from Tashkent and managed to clear immigration and custom by 1210am and got the hotel s own shuttle to the hotel ard 1230am (last shuttle ). Complimentary breakfast with basic Chinese food and no western or continental food or coffee. Hence hotel caters for mainly local and Asian guest who are ok with Chinese breakfast menu . Polite reception and for the price we paid , no complaints but satisfied as we only need a bed to sleep flying in late.

Our stay at Fanyin Starlight Camp Hotel was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is simply outstanding. The hotel is only a short drive from downtown Tashkurgan, yet it feels like a peaceful luxury retreat surrounded by breathtaking nature. In front of the hotel is a beautiful stream flowing through vast green meadows where horses, goats, and other animals graze freely. We enjoyed walking around the grasslands and experiencing the peaceful atmosphere. Behind the hotel are magnificent mountains, and from our room we could even admire spectacular snow-capped peaks. The scenery is absolutely unforgettable. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team—from the front desk to the housekeeping staff—was exceptionally warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed like family. It is truly one of the best examples of customer service we have ever experienced. Our room was modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The intelligent smart-room control system was easy to use and added a touch of luxury to our stay. The room was spotless, quiet, and designed perfectly for relaxing while enjoying the incredible mountain views through the large windows. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and nature in a way that is very rare. Waking up surrounded by fresh mountain air, crystal-clear streams, green meadows, and snow-covered peaks was simply magical. Really great hotel. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. The room are big, luxury and really comfortable. I like the bathroom as well. Big big plus for the breakfast that is really good and got lots of different items. You have a shuttle bus to go to the ski resort as well that is located at 10 mn by car from the hotel. The situation is great as well, close from restaurants and shops inside the city center. 5 stars thanks a lot to the hotel staff :)
