服務非常好，從保潔到前台都很熱情好客，早餐也很豐盛，美中不足的就是剛我和家人的房間一開始都有很濃的異味，一間裡頭全是煙味，一間下水道倒味特別嚴重，後來工作人員開了三四間房才給我們找到兩間沒異味的房間。希望酒店方好好管理氣味和二手煙問題，二手煙真的太影響健康了

La ringrazio molto per l'inning e per il popolo di Xinjiang 👍!Il servizio vale davvero la pena studiare in altre città! 1. Il cortile è molto adatto per fotografare le carte. Ci sono molti ospiti che fanno film e hanno fatto una raccomandazione per il popolo. Il capo è una buona idea! 2. La gente è molto vicina all'aeroporto e al negozio di cibo intorno, e è molto conveniente viaggiare! 3. Il cortile è molto pulito e confortevole. La nostra famiglia non ha bisogno di uscire per giocare a attrazioni. Giocare a carte nel cortile e godere del tempo di lusso! 4.L'accento è che il proprietario del popolo è entusiasta e amichevole, il servizio è attento, presta attenzione ai dettagli, invitarci attivamente a fare il dolce. Il punto di ricamo che ha fatto il negozio è superb. Il proprietario ha visto gli anziani fornire molti servizi comodi non appena si sono fermati. Ci ha inviato molti deliziosi, Aveva lasciato la stanza il giorno dopo, e ha lasciato la stanza gratuita per la maggior parte dei giorni per riposare. Grazie! 5. La notte abbiamo fatto il piccolo bagno in cortile, e il capo ha anche raccomandato il bagno accanto, ci ha dato un buon bagno per il cibo, che è molto intimo!La nostra famiglia è unita a una valutazione elevata del capo, e questo tipo di fuoco commerciale è indispensabile! 入住這金絲玉酒店，真的是一次超棒的體驗，讓我忍不住要給它點個大大的贊！ 從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了滿滿的誠意。大堂設計得非常大氣，裝潢精緻，很多金絲玉陳列，讓人眼前一亮。前台的工作人員效率超高，辦理入住手續特別快，而且態度超級熱情，耐心地解答了我所有的問題，非常貼心，前台小姐姐很漂亮 房間的環境更是讓我驚喜連連。房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，收拾得一塵不染。床品的質感非常好，睡起來特別舒服，床墊軟硬適中，讓我睡得特別香。而且房間的隔音效果特別好，整個晚上都非常安靜，一點也沒有被外面的聲音打擾到。 酒店的早餐也是我特別喜歡的一點。種類豐富，有中式、西式等各種選擇，滿足了不同口味的需求。而且食材新鮮，味道也很好，每天早上都能吃到熱乎乎、香噴噴的早餐，感覺一天都有好心情。 最讓我印象深刻的是酒店的服務。無論是前台、客房服務人員還是餐廳的工作人員，都非常熱情、專業，讓人感覺特別温馨。 酒店的設施也很完善，而且酒店的位置也很好，交通便利，周邊有很多好吃的餐廳。

The hotel is in a good location and relatively close to most of the major sites in the city (15min cab ride at most). The rooms are clean and tidy and breakfast is quite nice with a lot of options. The receptionists at the front desk are really very helpful, they were able to direct me to the nicest spots in the city and connect me with a reliable tour group to visit Kala Kule lake even though I didn't plan my trip properly or book anything in advance. They made the stay all the more wonderful, and were great helps despite me not being able to communicate in Chinese. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Excellent option in the main square in Hotan. Clean spacious rooms, with a very modern look. The only thing that I didn't like in the room is that the lavatory sink is not separate from the room, which leaves little margin for one person in a couple to do the teeth brushing in the morning without waking up the other... a bit too modern for me but that's me. Service was good and attentious in spite of the communication difficulties. I didn't like the fact that the laundry service was self-service. We lost a lot of time doing our laundry and there were other guests waiting on the line. Apart from that a really good hotel.

We were checked in by Mr Kadeer, who informed us that the room I booked is located in the basement. He kindly offered to show us the room to ensure that we like it. The room was huge with a little courtyard for hanging your laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. When we were there, a few weddings took place. There was a public lotus lake outside the hotel but sad to say it was very much neglected otherwise it would have boosted the hotel’s location. If you happened to be there on a weekend, take a right turn from the hotel entrance and walk to the end of the road. Across the road you can find a busy street of eateries with gatherings of families and friends.

Il servizio è in posizione, la stanza è pulita e il suono è buono.Vivrà qui tra qualche giorno.

E'molto inconveniente, non c'e' niente da mangiare intorno.Arriva la sera, ci vorra' molto tempo per ordinare un affare. Non posso stare in quel giorno, non posso fermarti fino alle 2:00 della sera.Non smettere di brillare, come noi, il sonno è cattivo, e ci sentiamo tutti bene. Entrare nel bagno con una tazza di fumo, non pulire.

酒店門前有大停車場，也有飯店超市，吃飯購物都方便。提供免費早晚餐，服務人員也很熱情，但是個別前台服務人員素質需要提升，因為獨庫堵車我訂房當天下午特意打電話問晚餐時間，前台告訴我晚餐到十點半，結果我們晚上九點半到達卻告知晚飯結束了，雖然衹是一頓飯，卻體現了前台的不專業
