L'hotel è vicino al centro turistico di Nati, a circa 150 metri a piedi.E'il più vicino hotel alla porta della città. Sono andato su quella strada di lattice il pomeriggio di agosto 3, vedendo dove andare la piattaforma personalizzata per aiutarmi a trovare 10 chilometri dalla porta della zona sceneggiata, e ho rotto la strada. La camera era luminosa e spaziosa, il materasso molto comodo con la giusta consistenza e il cuscino in lattice ha garantito un sonno ristoratore. La colazione offriva un'ampia scelta ed era squisita. L'hotel ha fornito un servizio a cinque stelle in ogni dettaglio, godeva di un'ottima posizione e offriva un ambiente tranquillo. Consigliatissimo.

Ci sono trasferimenti aeroportuali e due biciclette da contenitore.L'hotel è 9:00 (o 6:00) per soggiornare in modo che i passeggeri del volo possano soggiornare in anticipo. Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. Our short one night stay was wonderful. We preferred this hotel a lot better than Atour Yining Shanghai City for its grand beauty, the surrounding view (hotel sits on the main road with nice view of the city). Breakfast is halal and yummy, only thing that needs improvement was for the restaurant staffs behavior - they were standing near the food counter, staring at us when we were getting the food, taking pics etc leaving us feeling so very uncomfortable. If they wish to observe us, pls do so at the entrance door and not at the food area.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share our experience with the complimentary photo session so that future guests know what to expect. If you book through Trip.com, please check carefully what is included. We were informed by the photo studio that our complimentary photo session did not include the traditional costume, while if th guests who booked through some other travel agencies were able to use the costume free of charge. We found this difference quite surprising. Another disappointing experience was the complimentary photos. The hotel receptionist told us that we would receive 3 free photos per person, so as two guests we expected 6 photos. However, when we arrived at the photo studio, we were told that the offer was actually 3 photos per room. The inconsistent information between the hotel and the photo studio caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment. I hope the hotel and the photo studio can provide consistent information in the future, so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive.
