The service was amazing and the location is perfect. If you are a soft sleeper, though, I wouldn’t recommend it: the toilets make very loud sounds every time you use them, so unless you sleep alone you will wake up at night every time the other person goes to the bathroom. Also, there’s a lot of light in the room (from the toilet and the light switches) that makes it impossible to have darkness at night. The heating is on until 1 am approx, and it makes a “hummmmm” all the time. You cannot switch it off from the room. But! The service was great, one of our rooms smelled a lot like cigarrettes and they changed and were very nice about it. The best of this hotel is, we would say, the location and the service. So if you can sleep easily anywhere, this is your hotel!

The hotel is located at a convenient location. It is not expensive and facilities are adequate for the money. No problems at all during the stay which is good enough for me. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel that is at the top, may be this one is not for you.

Il personale di questo hotel era molto gentile e utile. Ci permettevano di controllare presto e ci diede anche un check-out tardivo, che rendeva il nostro soggiorno molto più comodo. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

From the minute I walked in the staff couldn't help enough to please me. Breakfast was incredible, great coffee. Room was good with a great shower & bed that was very comfortable. Will stay there every time in In Weifang

Everything is good especially the restaurant. Serve delicious food at reasonable price. Room is a bit cramped due to layout. Front service staffs are welcoming and warm but can be more informative, only answer to question asked.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel in the heart of the old town. Staff were friendly, too. Breakfast was great, offering a big selection. Although no washing machines were available for use, the AC could use a bit of maintenance as it was not working well enough to cool down the room from the summer heat. PS: It was a shame to see the israeli flag in the breakfast area while there were no flags of bordering Middle Eastern countries around.
