Tutta la famiglia, dai più piccoli ai più grandi, è rimasta estremamente soddisfatta. Ero un po' titubante dopo aver letto alcune recensioni prima del check-in, ma questo soggiorno ha davvero superato le nostre aspettative, diventando un bellissimo ricordo per tutta la famiglia. La sistemazione con tre camere da letto ha soddisfatto pienamente le esigenze del nostro viaggio in famiglia, e l'hotel ci ha gentilmente offerto una cassa di acqua in bottiglia in più, molto utile. Al concierge era possibile ritirare il cibo per i pesci, e i bambini si sono divertiti ogni giorno a dar loro da mangiare. L'adiacente ristorante Wugong Yuyan è anch'esso molto caratteristico, e particolarmente curioso e divertente per i bambini stranieri. L'itinerario di tre giorni e due notti è stato ben organizzato e l'esperienza complessiva è stata ottima. Lo consiglierò agli amici.

Mi è piaciuto davvero stare in questo hotel. È situato proprio nel centro della città, rendendo molto conveniente andare intorno. Ci è un centro commerciale direttamente collegato all'hotel, quindi trovare cibo e opzioni da mangiare è stato molto facile. L'hotel è molto familiare. Ci siamo fermati al piano superiore, e la vista era assolutamente sorprendente potevamo vedere sia il mare che le montagne. Il nostro bambino l'amava così tanto. Tuttavia, per gli ospiti che temono alti come mio marito, questa potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore, perché è probabilmente il più alto edificio della città. L'hotel è aperto da molti anni dall'esterno, ma l'interno è ancora moderno, pulito e ben mantenuto. La colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni internazionali. In generale, abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza e siamo stati molto impressionati dal nostro soggiorno.

This hotel is strategically located and very near Metro station which is about 180m away. Going to places of interest was convenience and easy using the metro station. There were a number of eateries in the vicinity. Thumb-up for the cleanliness and helpful staff. We have a good and relaxing 3 nights stay and will book this hotel again if we come back to Wuxi the next time..

Il Jinling Hotel di Nanchino è un edificio storico della città. Durante il mio recente viaggio di ritorno all'Università di Nanchino, ho soggiornato in una suite al 52° piano dell'Asia-Pacific Building del Jinling Hotel e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto! All'arrivo nella hall del Jinling Hotel, il receptionist, Xiao Yang, è stato eccezionalmente responsabile e ha organizzato tutto in modo impeccabile. Mi ha accompagnato fino all'ascensore e ci siamo aggiunti su WeChat. Ha risposto prontamente a tutte le mie domande, dimostrando grande professionalità e attenzione. Il giorno dopo, mi sono recato alla reception per segnalare che il parcheggio non era completamente gratuito e mi erano stati addebitati 20 yuan. Un giovane leggermente sovrappeso con gli occhiali mi ha immediatamente aiutato a risolvere il problema, che non si è più ripresentato. Mi ha anche rimborsato i 20 yuan. Il servizio del Jinling Hotel è davvero eccezionale e rappresenta un punto di riferimento nel settore!

La vista è buona, la stanza si affaccia sul lago Xuanwu e la vista è invincibile. Anche la colazione a buffet è molto ricca, ed è raro che io sia sazio. Il rovescio della medaglia è che i servizi igienici dell'hotel sono troppo bassi, senza imbottitura, e il suono può spaventare le persone quando sono chiusi, l'essenza è che i servizi igienici non sono usati bene, il che non corrisponde al livello generale dell'hotel. Un altro grave problema è che ho scansionato il codice QR del piccolo frigorifero in camera e ho ordinato tre bottiglie di birra per il pagamento.Dopo aver atteso 20 minuti, nessuno lo ha consegnato.Ho chiamato e ho scoperto che l'hotel potrebbe non sapere che ho ordinato Andare a letto presto, questa risposta non è tempestiva. Ho scelto l'Andu Hotel per questo viaggio e ho avuto un'esperienza perfetta che ha superato completamente le mie aspettative! Dal momento in cui sono entrato nella hall, sono rimasto subito conquistato: l'ambiente è eccellente e le strutture sono complete. Il personale della reception era sorridente e cordiale, il processo di check-in è stato fluido ed efficiente, e hanno risposto pazientemente alle mie domande sulle attrazioni locali, dimostrando professionalità e premura. L'acqua minerale e il set da tè gratuiti in camera mostrano la loro attenzione ai dettagli. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo dell'hotel è stata una piacevole sorpresa; la colazione inclusa offriva un'ampia varietà di piatti, combinando sapori cinesi e occidentali per soddisfare tutti i gusti, con ingredienti freschi e sapori autentici. Un vero gioiello scoperto durante un breve viaggio! L'atmosfera antica dell'Yihe Yaju è autentica, non un assemblaggio forzato di elementi, ma un'eleganza integrata nell'architettura e nell'arredamento. Le venature dei mobili in legno e i dipinti a inchiostro sulle pareti creano un'atmosfera particolarmente piacevole. La camera doppia con letti singoli era molto più spaziosa di quanto immaginassi, con un portabagagli abbastanza largo da lasciare anche un piccolo angolo per chiacchierare e bere tè. Le strutture sono complete e pratiche: il minibar offre acqua minerale gratuita, il lavabo è spazioso e non affollato anche per due persone che si preparano contemporaneamente, e gli articoli da toeletta sono sigillati, puliti e rassicuranti. La reception non solo ha gestito rapidamente il check-in, ma ha anche disegnato a mano una mappa gastronomica dei dintorni, e i ristoranti consigliati erano tutti eccellenti. L'ambiente, le strutture e il servizio sono impeccabili; l'ho già raccomandato ai miei amici!

TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station. The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day. At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others. On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have ******* lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :) I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water. Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

BbernitosL'hotel è vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e in posizione centrale, raggiungibile a piedi da molte attrazioni vicine. Anche i servizi sono completi e il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale. L'hotel non ha ascensore, ma il personale si è offerto di trasportare i bagagli su e giù per 3 piani, il che è stato fantastico. L'unico aspetto negativo è che a causa dei lavori in corso nella zona e all'esterno dell'hotel, verrai svegliato dai rumori di perforazione e costruzione al mattino. Inoltre, i lavori hanno causato la chiusura al traffico della strada di fronte all'hotel, quindi i taxi non possono entrare. Abbiamo dovuto trascinare i nostri pesanti bagagli lungo la strada polverosa, fangosa e irregolare per circa 50 m fino all'ingresso della strada, il che non è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole. Senza i lavori, l'hotel è un posto davvero buono e comodo in cui soggiornare. :)

UUtente ospiteI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

UUtente ospiteNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here. Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around. In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room. When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture? Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc. Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us. These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

LlisaSulla via pedonale Shilu, sopra la Torre della Porta della Città, si accede attraverso la Porta della Città Alta. L'ascensore, incastonato tra una fila di lanterne, sale ai piani superiori. È piuttosto stretto e difficile da individuare. Ho prenotato una camera king-size online, ma all'arrivo si è rivelata una camera con tatami. La descrizione della camera non lo specificava, il che è stato piuttosto scomodo. Ho dovuto togliermi e rimettermi le scarpe di continuo per muovermi nella stanza. Questo è un hotel recentemente ristrutturato, quindi c'è un leggero odore. C'erano persino dei detriti di ristrutturazione non rimossi negli angoli della stanza, il che era un po' fastidioso. AAndreaL'hotel è situato convenientemente, a 20 minuti di auto dalla stazione ferroviaria di Suzhou. Il personale della reception era gentile e paziente e hanno gentilmente aggiornato la mia tipologia di camera, che veniva fornita con una vasca da bagno. Sebbene fosse al secondo livello (potresti sentire i rumori dal basso e dagli edifici laterali), non mi ha disturbato affatto.
