金輪萬怡終究還是萬豪集團旗下的品牌, 整體的入住感受還是很舒適和簡潔乾淨的。 入住前有幸行政經理Shelia提前聯繫升級至行政房,行政樓層的體驗還是不錯的,晚間有行政簡餐和行政酒廊,加分項! 房間住的很舒服,床硬度剛好,房間空間還是比較大的(忘記拍照了),早餐服務也不錯。 再次 小推薦一下👍

Dotazioni: nuove Igiene: pulito e ordinato senza odore Ambiente: vivere nella zona panoramica di Pingjiang Road non è molto conveniente. La camera da letto matrimoniale affacciata sul fiume offre un'esperienza fantastica. Aprendo le tende si scopre la vista del fiume principale all'esterno. Servizio: fornire un servizio in stile maggiordomo, gentile e amichevole.

Il mio recente soggiorno al Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel è stata un'esperienza davvero indimenticabile! Avevamo fatto una richiesta speciale prima del nostro arrivo e l'hotel non solo l'ha accolta, ma ci ha anche sorpreso con una camera per coppie splendidamente allestita! L'attenzione ai dettagli e alla premurosità è stata davvero impressionante. Anche il personale del servizio in camera e delle pulizie era eccezionale, fornendo un servizio rapido ed efficiente con un sorriso. L'antica architettura cinese dell'edificio dell'hotel e la zona panoramica accanto ad esso non hanno fatto altro che aumentare il fascino e l'a**osfera del nostro soggiorno. Ci siamo sentiti come trasportati indietro nel tempo, circondati dalla bellezza e dalla storia di Suzhou. La posizione dell'hotel era perfetta anche per esplorare la città e le sue numerose attrazioni. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente il Pan Pacific Suzhou Hotel a chiunque cerchi una fuga romantica o un soggiorno rilassante in un ambiente bellissimo e storico. La dedizione del personale al servizio eccezionale e all'attenzione ai dettagli è davvero encomiabile e non vediamo l'ora di tornare e provarlo di nuovo!

The Ming Palace and Nanjing Museum Area
I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

La scena notturna può anche essere vicina alla libreria di libri onesti, ci sono anche grandi negozi di luce lungo accanto alla strada di fusione del cielo, la posizione geografica del porto lunare è incontaminata. Il rapporto di prezzo complessivo è molto alto, sia l'igiene che il servizio di decorazione. Mi piace accogliere il piccolo fratello. È anche una risposta entusiasta e cordiale. Manda un posto gratis per la prossima volta che gioca, trova la tua casa.

Now, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here. Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around. In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room. When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture? Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc. Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us. These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

Il personale di servizio dell'hotel è molto entusiasta. La signora alla reception al momento del check-in ha preparato con cura una stanza speciale con braccioli per gli anziani. Anche l'ambiente è in stile giardino. Sarebbe meglio se la varietà della colazione fosse migliorata. Anche l'effetto di isolamento acustico della stanza è scarso. Miglioralo. La stanza è molto spaziosa. Al piano di sotto c'è un quartiere degli affari. È molto comodo mangiare e bere opposto.

In Zhouzhuang Ancient Town
I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

This is my 3rd stayed at Novotel. Location is more than perfect. Metro and Maga shopping malls are just across the street. Foods are plenty within 500m. Room is clean and hygienic. Bed is comfortable. Price is reasonable.Will be back again. Just to share, Previously used to use agoda and have been using for the past 15 years, averagely 5 booking yearly. But this time use Trip.com. Made a booking on 26Oct for 27Oct-4Nov to GZ, and realised made a mistake on the dates. Cancelled by mistake and realised there was a cancellation fees of 13%, amount 700CNY. Agoda claimed that the hotel refused the refund, but the money was collected by agoda instead. They lied repeatedly and pretended to assist to send email to the hotel management and kept pushing the blame to the hotel. I did another booking via trip.com and verified with the hotel. Integrity is an issue. No trust anymore. As such, start using Trip.com. In addition, trip.com give higher rewards.

Got a free upgrade to a premier king with a view of the river . The location, the views from the hotel, the lobby, the staff, everything was just amazing. Was celebrating my GF birthday and send a request for a mini deco and the staff delivered. The staff spoke English, check in and check out was easy. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
