Cina: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Hubei

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

A dire il vero, ero un po' preoccupato prima del check-in, dato che molti hotel si trovano nello stesso edificio, il che potrebbe creare confusione. Anche il ristorante di congee è piuttosto buono; ogni sera mangio spaghetti di manzo e porridge di miglio. L'altoparlante intelligente non è poi così intelligente, ma è comunque abbastanza comodo, ahah. Ho soggiornato anche all'Atour S con vista sul fiume a Changsha e posso dire che questo hotel di Wuhan era complessivamente molto migliore. Probabilmente lo sceglierò di nuovo la prossima volta che sarò a Changsha (*^__^*)

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

Quanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, il trasporto è conveniente e le strutture attorno sono complete, sia shopping, cibo che viaggio sono molto convenienti. Il servizio di ricezione è entusiasta e attento, e le procedure di soggiorno e di partenza sono molto veloci.La stanza degli ospiti è pulita e pulita, il letto è morbido e confortevole, e la gente è buona per la notte.L'effetto di isolamento sonoro della stanza è anche buono, non sarà completamente interferito dall'esterno. Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti ed è stato un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili. La posizione è ottima, vicino a tutte le attrazioni turistiche, con negozi di alimentari e chioschi gastronomici locali. La metropolitana è a circa 10 minuti a piedi e l'autobus è proprio dietro l'angolo. L'hotel è un edificio storico, ristrutturato. Gli interni dell'hotel ricordano l'età dell'oro dell'antica Cina, e ne apprezziamo gli arredi tradizionali. L'ascensore è un vecchio macchinario con spazio limitato (circa 2 persone, che mi ricorda l'ascensore di un vecchio palazzo di Manhattan). Ma non è un problema per la vita moderna.
