Muy buenas tardes. Siempre hemos disfrutado de ir al Movich; sin embargo, en esta ocasión pagamos un cuarto para 3 (dos adultos y un niño) y solo había una cama. Nos tocó dormir a los tres apretados. Lo lógico será que fueran dos camas. Solo había un papel higiénico y la caja de kleenex con 5 papeles. Por favor es necesario que revisen y que al menos dejen dos rollos de papel higiénico. La llave del lavamanos esparce agua y sale muy muy poca.

De aankomst na 30 uur reizen deed me schrikken; in een donkele louche straat stopte de taxi voor een garage poort.... Ik verzocht de taxichauffeur meteen om te wachten tot ik binnen was, waar was ik midden in de nacht terechtgekomen?
Maar toen de deur opende en ik in de lobby kwam was alles OK!!!
Vriendelijk (in het engels!) werd ik te woord gestaan. Dus de taxi mocht vertrekken, ik was gearriveerd. Snel naar de kamer, om in bed te kruipen, want ik was kapot moe... De kamer op de 1e verdieping was klein, maar toereikend. Een (te) kort bed, waar mijn voeten overheen hingen, deerde mij niet, TV, WiFi en een zuivere douche en lakens. Alles wat je je kunt wensen...
De volgende ochtend ontbijt, included. Het meisje was iets te laat, maar daar kon ik mee leven. Om 10 over zeven een heerlijke uitsmijter en toost; vergezeld van wat (louw) water voor de pillen en een héérlijke kop koffie! Ook een exta toast werd met handen en voeten besteld en snel geleverd... Service ten top.
Helaas was de jongen van de nachtdienst die engels sprak vroeg vertrokken... Een taxi naar het vliegveld met handen en voeten geregeld. Voor minder dan een kwart van de prijs van de avond tevoren, werd ik netjes op het vliegveld afgezet! Chapeau deze aanvullende service!
Kort om op de eerste indruk niet te snel afgaan; de service en netheid en uitrusting is eenvoudig maar compleet! Een dikke 9 uit 10 voor dit goedkope, eenvoudige hotelletje!

Ottimo servizio con navetta per l'aeroporto 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, ogni 30 minuti, con un tempo di percorrenza non superiore ai 5 minuti. Con Uber, il tragitto per Monserrato dura 20 minuti e costa circa 30.000 pesos.

Nel complesso va bene, ma l'unico aspetto negativo è che il materasso è più piccolo della struttura del letto, quindi è facile che le gambe urtino contro la struttura e si feriscano. Tutti i nostri colleghi che vivevano con noi sono stati colpiti e hanno riportato ferite alle gambe.

Aloft Bogota is a great choice near the Bogota airport. The stuff were multilingual and very helpful. The hotel is very modern and has all the amenities one could ever ask for. A free airport shuttle is included with bookings, making early morning flights a breeze.

La posizione è buona, il quartiere è tranquillo e pochi sono a dieci minuti a piedi dalla città di Liu.Esci dalla stazione di benzina, c'è un sottostrada di casa, buon gusto.

E'solo sicuro ovunque, e ci sono anche supermercati nella zona.

888hanmanFive stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate.
Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area.
Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access.
Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice.
Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.)
Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.)
Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again.

UUtente anonimoLa posizione dell'hotel è ottima, abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto e proprio di fronte a una stazione di polizia. La zona circostante sembra essere un quartiere piuttosto esclusivo e sicuro, con un grande centro commerciale raggiungibile in poco più di 10 minuti a piedi. Anche la colazione è buona e si adatta bene ai gusti orientali, inoltre le porzioni dei pasti ordinati al ristorante sono molto abbondanti. L'unica pecca è che la pulizia potrebbe essere leggermente migliorabile: durante le notti del mio soggiorno, in due occasioni mi sono alzato a mezzanotte per andare in bagno e ho notato la presenza di scarafaggi.

I specifically chose it because of its location in La candelaria close to everything and because of it's historical significance as a colonial house with unique decorations and furniture. And that aspect was fine. What was not fine were the rooms. I was first taken to room 19, the last room on the second floor which has a large balcony opening that looks over the courtyard. The problem is that the door does not seal tightly and the weather was quite cold, rainy and damp. The room was freezing and so I asked for a room heater which was inefficient because it did not radiate any heat it just simply warmed up. In addition to that, apparently there was a pigeon nest on the other side of the wall and I can hear them cooing, moving, scratching and chirping. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, she told me about Las Palomas and assured me that they would not make noise at night. I was extremely uncomfortable and freezing cold the entire night and the next day I spoke to the clerk and asked that my room be moved. He agreed and told me to come back at 3:00 p.m. that afternoon. I came back at 5:00 and was told by another woman that it would not be possible for my room to be moved and after I explained the situation she brought me to room 18 right next door. It seemed fine and I agreed to stay there. It rained overnight and when I woke up in the morning the nightstand next to the bed was soaking wet. The roof had leaked onto the nightstand.. Thank goodness my phone was not there. In addition there was a light outside the door that kept blinking on and off and was very disturbing. At that point I asked for my room to be changed again and I was brought downstairs a very nice large room, which they called a suite, although it was really just one large room. That room was warmer and much more comfortable. I stayed there another two nights. Meals were taken outside with a plexiglass covering to shield against the rain. It was very cold outside and as mentioned before the weather was damp and rainy. The food was homemade which was nice, but it was the same menu every day. I specifically wanted to mention Erika. She was very sweet and did whatever she could to accommodate me, but the house is really in need of maintenance, and because of that I would not come here again unfortunately. It has great potential but the weather in Bogota is cold and damp and leaking roofs and drafty windows do not make for a comfortable stay.

UUtente ospiteThe best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.
The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies.
Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

AAmybellLa nostra esperienza è stata davvero deludente, ho pagato in questa piattaforma il prezzo pieno compreso le imposte e il destinatario ha riscosso una doppia tassa dicendo non era oee Douro e hotel’s colpa giusta legge, Qui sto aggiungendo la cattura che ho preso quando ho comprato il mio servizio qui e diceva anche le tasse, lei era così brutta e mi accusava anche di non “comprendere”, leggere bene, non capire che dovevo sapere che lo faranno, così poco professionale e grosso con un cliente, Sono viaggiato da più di 10 anni, quindi prova questa piattaforma e non ho mai avuto una cattiva esperienza fino ad ora, consiglio l'hotel cambiare il loro personale amministrativo che non sono le persone a trattare con altre persone. Ma devo dire che il personale di servizio, che intendo le ragazze e le persone che si occupano del colazione, erano fantastiche, si riparavano meglio nella ricetta, sono così gentili e puliti, e si fa il rispetto per gli altri. La palestra è così basilare, ma utile, il colazione così deliziosa, la cortina nella stanza è stata rotta e nessuno ha fatto niente... l'ultima cosa che hanno fatto menzionare le mie sorelle, hanno promesso di consegnare nella stanza e non l'ha mai fatto, quindi dovremmo andare a rivendicare, Questo dettaglio del ricevitore, quella donna brutta e anche il manager inutile che ha detto che avrebbe esaminato la prenotazione e che ha anche detto che dobbiamo reclamare il viaggio sul sito web perché è stato un errore di viaggio

UUtente ospiteThe location in Candelaria district is perfect, they provide a relatively good breakfast and have a daily room service. That’s all on the good side.
There is a lot on the bad side. My room was on the first floor (meaning the second after “planta baja”, so both windows look at atrium where the hotel cafe is, so you hear whatever is happening in the cafe and reception all the time 24/7 and that means talks, piano, calls…there is no sound proofing at all. That’s not all, you also smell whatever they cook in the kitchen and I guess they are not enforcing because in my bathroom I kept smelling tabaco smoke as if I am in packed smoking room in the airport.
Also the room probably was nicely furnished 20 years ago but it is all worn out completely, things are virtually falling apart. Seriously..I had plank if the vanity falling when tried to place towel on the hanger and if you seat in the armchair you just sink into it so old and worn out it is. Because of the position of the bed, the cabinet door cannot be opened.
There is no kettle, iron, or ironing board in the room.
To sum up, the hotel might be an option if you are here for a short stay and it is offered cheap (as it was in my case) but I strongly recommend against staying there longer.

UUtente ospiteLong established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor).
Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment.
Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)

MMileKruminaHo soggiornato in questo hotel con mia madre. E' davvero vicino all'aeroporto e a pochi isolati dalla stazione “El campin stadion” Transmilenio. Anche un centro commerciale è a pochi metri di distanza. Il centro di ricerca è stato molto più facile da trovare, ma non è stato molto facile da trovare. Devo dire che questo hotel si sente più come un motel o un letto e un colazione perché è estremamente fondamentale. Non c'è ascensore e nessun uomo che possa portare il bagaglio, così mia madre ha portato la valigia fino al terzo piano e il ricevitore e io ho portato il bagaglio grande fino alla stanza. La TV satellitare è disponibile anche in inglese e spagnolo. Non ho idea se il personale dell'hotel parli inglese o non come parlo spagnolo. In generale è buono perché la zona è sicura e vicino alla maggior parte dei luoghi che volevo andare come Monserrate.
