房間景色美，陽台門可以拉開，但是出不去，因為站不下人，很可惜！ 房間唯一的缺點就是當你打開冰箱後沒有及時關閉的話、或者關門慢了的話，房間屋頂上有個喇叭就會突然發出聲音，説一端英文，由於本人英文不好，根本聽不懂在説什麼，太嚇人了，感覺自己被偷窺了一樣，都不知道自己換衣服什麼的，房間有沒有監控？挺嚇人的，不敢再續住了～

I have some feedback about the Cordis which positive and negative POV. I had to change 4 times because of the noises from outside, the first 2 rooms were right beside the road and bus stop beside so I couldn't sleep. The last room I stayed had a heater generated sound every time it was turn on. They had checked and fixed but not affected so I had to turn off in order to sleep. Most of the staff were nice and supportive but I didn't feel trustable with the first man at the reception who checkin for me (I don't know the name). I wanted to deposit by cash for easier process but he drove me use credit card and I haven't got the deposit back after checkout 4 days until now.

A family of four for two nights. We booked two rooms - the hotel didn’t arrange our rooms next to each other, but quite far apart ☹️ Room setting is so comfy - spacious room and bed 🙂 one of the room is city view and the other is harbour view. Breakfast is recommended - coffee is good; family loves the beef noodles.

The hotel is in good location, the room was spacious and comfortable. But the room door was so thin that we could hear someone outside talking on the corridors. One day we came back at 9pm exhaustedly from many adventure activities all day, and found out that our room hadn’t been made up, the towels hadn’t been changed and also the bedding, although we had put the “please make up my room” sign on. So disappointed

Hotel molto bello con una buona posizione e parcheggio gratuito. Tuttavia, due richieste di riparazione del frigo non sono state realizzate in nulla. Ogni mattina, alle 8:00, un carro girerebbe anche fuori dalla mia stanza, facendo un sacco di rumore e svegliandomi.

I stayed at Auckland Harbour Suites for five days. Overall, the hotel offered a good location and comfortable facilities. However, I experienced an incident that I feel is important to share for the awareness of future guests. On the third day of my stay, I noticed that my insulated winter pants (thermal trousers) were missing when I wanted to use them. My wife and I searched the entire room thoroughly, including under the bed sheets, but we could not locate the item. We reported the matter to the front desk, and they acknowledged the issue and informed us that they would look into it. I also mentioned that I was not accusing any staff member and that there was a possibility I might have misplaced it. Despite continuing our search later that night, the item was still not found. The winter pants are quite bulky, padded, and lined with thick beige synthetic fur, making them easy to recognise and unlikely to be overlooked. When we returned to our room the following day, we found that the winter pants had been placed on the dining table. I took photos as evidence. Upon inquiry, the front desk informed us that the item had been found under the bed sheet. I found this explanation difficult to believe, as the pants are large and easily recognizable. While I chose not to argue further, I strongly suspect that the item had been taken out of the room and later returned. While I cannot determine exactly what happened and prove this without further evidence such as CCTV footage, I believe this incident serves as a reminder for guests to take extra care and be mindful of their personal belongings during their stay. I hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests and to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

We arrived at around 10:30am and requested an early check in, as we had a 5:00am flight the following morning. We fully understood that the standard 1500pm check in time applied and that any early check-in was subject to room availability. We therefore appreciated the hotel accommodating us with a room at 1230pm. Unfortunately, the room was not ready to the standard we expected. We found an empty bottle on the floor, and the glass door/window could not be locked properly. Although, we requested a room change, we were informed that none were available at the time and maintenance advised that the lock would require drilling and screwing to repair. What disappointed us most was not the need for the repair itself, but how the situation was handled. The communication from the maintenance staff came across as abrupt when we were asked whether we wanted the repair carried out or not. We also felt greater consideration could have been given to guests, as drilling may not be suitable for those with allergies, asthma or sensitivities to dust or noise. Holiday inn has always been a brand I associate with consistent international standards, particularly from my experiences in South-East Asia. While we appreciated the hotel's flexibility in offering an early check-in, we do not believe this should come at the expense of basic expectations such as cleanliness, security, and a room that is ready for occupancy. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards. Many guests arrive after long journeys simply looking forward to a clean, secure and comfortable place to rest. A little more thoughtfulness in both room readiness and communication would make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience.

La ricezione era accogliente e utile. Ci sono stati assegnati spazio no.106 per la notte di 19.4.26. Le strutture e le strutture che non sono nuove erano adeguate. Posso fare con abitudine più illuminazione. Il tappo di piombo - lavastoviglie era rumoroso. Un tenente di resistenza vicino alla porta della camera 104 ha usato costantemente il lavaggio e il rumore è arrivato. Fortunatamente, il rumore è stato morbido con la porta del bagno chiusa.

Friendly helpful service, unit was clean and tidy, bed was basic but comfortable. shelf for soap and shampoo etc would be helpful in the shower. external noise was easily heard within the unit. Overall was comfortable and meet our needs.

We just had an unexpectedly delightful experience at the Waiheke Island Motel, so much so that we added another night because we simply couldn't get enough of the place! Our stay began with a minor hitch: arriving late in the evening to find our pre-booked studio room was locked. However, the way the night manager and the team handled this was truly remarkable. They quickly resolved the issue by giving us a significant, stress-free upgrade to a spacious whole house with four bedrooms instead of our original studio. This immediate, generous response demonstrated exceptional hospitality and turned a potential frustration into the highlight of our trip. The motel's location is ideal; it offers a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere, yet it's in very close proximity to both the shops and the beach. We appreciated the on-site pool and the spa options, and the minute's walk down to the community Saturday market was a fantastic bonus. Our only piece of constructive feedback relates to the spa itself—unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard, which was a slight disappointment. Despite the minor issue with the spa, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodation, and prime location mean we had a fantastic trip. Crucially, the price was quite reasonably priced compared to other places on Waiheke, offering excellent value for money. We will definitely return to Waiheke Island Motel!
