I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is extremely convenient, it’s right next to a food street, so there are plenty of dining options as soon as you step out. It’s also just a little over 1 km from West Street, and getting a ride is very easy. There are three bubble tea shops right across the road, including Chabaidao directly opposite the hotel, which was perfect for me. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They even assisted me in receiving my parcels, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable to stay in. One small suggestion would be to improve the breakfast by offering more choices of main dishes. Other than that, everything was great. Overall, very good value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Quanzhou.

This hotel transformed my recent trip to Xiamen into an unforgettable experience. Nestled on the fourth floor of a shopping mall, it serves as a serene retreat in the heart of Xiamen's busiest district. With a plethora of dining, food shops and cafes options nearby, I was truly spoiled for choice when it came to food and shopping. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and our two-room suite was beautifully adorned in castleton green with a charming British ambiance, featuring porcelain cats, pottery lamps and live plants. The AI-controlled room added a modern touch, allowing us to effortlessly manage lighting, temperature, and entertainment, as well as order room service or seek local recommendations. I will certainly return for my next visit.

Room are clean and spacious with very good location. Staff give free room upgrade and we have a wonderful stay. Staff service are excellent especially 小苏 & 小溪 was warm, helpful, and professional.” Highly recommended.

I was looking for a place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation — and finally found the perfect option! The hotel exceeded all my expectations: attentive and friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is done regularly, and on the second floor there are great amenities — a washing machine, dryer, and steamer. Breakfasts are simple, yet always tasty and fresh. I really liked the location: quiet, no crowds of tourists, and everything you need is within walking distance. My stay turned out exactly the way I imagined — calm, comfortable, and pleasant. I will definitely come back again! Many thanks for the wonderful atmosphere and care for the guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou. It truly felt like one of the best hotels we've ever visited. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We experienced an issue with water leaking in our bathtub, but the staff's response was exceptional. As soon as we mentioned the problem, they quickly arranged for us to move to a bigger room in the middle of the night. Their prompt attentiveness and willingness to accommodate us made a significant difference in our experience. We were genuinely impressed with their customer service, which turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive one. This level of care truly reflects the high standards of the hotel, and we left feeling valued as guests. The amenities were fantastic, and our room was both luxurious and comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable experience that we can't wait to repeat!

The hotel location was amazing and the breakfast was very delicious. They offer both Asian and Western breakfast which was really good. Many of the personnel spoke English which made our communication easy 👍 the room had a very good size and the bathroom was also very spacious.

Cotton used in the hotel have very high counts so they are soft and comfortable.  The bedding is just the right hardness and makes sleeping a pleasure. Airconditioning is adequate so the room temperature is always very cool in view of the hot climate during the month of August. The only short coming is the lack of a Nespresso making machine for a hotel of this category.  Further for the province of Fuzian, the hotel should offer guest a choice of some great teas from Fuzhou. Otherwise our stay was pleasant and I highly recommend the value for staying at this Lakeside hotel. Very satisfied business travelers.

La posizione è piuttosto buona, gli addetti alle pulizie non sono invadenti e riforniscono il bagno solo di tanto in tanto. Assicuratevi di andare al sesto piano. Gli altri piani non sono accessibili senza tessera magnetica e al sesto piano si trova la reception, che è gentile, cordiale e disponibile.

地理位置優越，地處東湖北岸——北岸公園旁。酒店為園林式風格，環境好，酒店房間視野開闊，尤其湖景房，可俯瞰湖、可遠看塔山、鳳凰山，也可遠眺東海… 雖然在過程中存在一些不足，但是酒店賓客體驗經理vicky的真誠態度、職業素養以及專業服務，還是打消了最初的主觀判斷。酒店的服務初心、服務初衷、服務努力，還是值得肯定的，從vicky的應急處理過程——還原真相、直麪問題…可以感受到。希望下次，有機會再來體驗，那稍許不足改進之後的場景…

The room is big and clean. Breakfast was amazingly great. The public hot spring was spacious with different types of pool and scenery. The private hot spring in the room has big water current and can be filled up quickly. The service by 小叶子 was the best thing throughout the stay, she’s attentive and guided us on how to use the public hot spring and even borrowed me her personal nail clipper. People like her are hard to find nowadays. She deserves to be promoted for her service! 房间很大很干净。早餐很棒。公共温泉很宽敞，有不同类型的游泳池和风景。房间里的私人温泉水流很大，很快就能装满。小叶子的服务是整个住宿期间最好的，她很细心，指导我们如何使用公共温泉，甚至借给我她的私人指甲刀。现在很难找到像她这样的人了。她的服务值得提升！
