The hotel is perfectly located in the food street. If you walk out the door and into food street, turn left on the opposite side of the road and walk about 100 meters you will come to an excellent ginger duck Claypot restaurant run by a young family (it's the second one you will come to). You'll know you're in the right place because the owner is moving non stop to fill orders. The hotel itself was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed. The window faces an indoor corridor, but it still looks cute. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The room ayi was very sweet. The kitchen staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was simple and could do with an omelet station. Apart from that, I was very happy with my choice to stay here.

This has got to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Very new/clean rooms, great laundry facilities, great sound proofing, strong shower pressure and design. AI sound command to control the lights and curtains works great. Location is unbeatable as well being in the middle of Zhingshan Pedestrian shopping ***** and food everywhere within a earshot. Near to the metro station and BRT. But my greatest shout out is their impeccable service. The check in process involved the desk staff escorting us to our room and explaining everything we needed to know. She saw that we had 4 kids with us and organised more amenities for us without us asking. Next, it's the house keeping. We hung some wet laundry that are not suitable for dryers in our balcony chairs. When we came back after a long day, we found a laundry rack sitting on our balcony with our laundry hung neatly there... Super impressed. Then on the day before our check out date, we found a hand written appreciation note sitting in our coffee table with a vase of fresh flowers.... Common... Really?! Another thing that's worth mentioning is their concierge service. They use WeChat where you can communicate with someone if you need anything (WeChat is manned by a staff 24hrs). We asked for more towel at about 12 midnight and we had our towels sent by their robot concierge within minutes! Overall, we had a wonderful experience there and will definitely stay there again. If we could give 10 stars would most certainly would. Kudos to the hotel management team and staff!

Front desk was very inefficient and quite disappointing, but the Floor Manager and the very helpful bellboy made up for it. Seems like front desk was totally untrained and took almost up to 1 hr just to process the check in itself and the group of us booked five rooms and only three rooms were ready by 3pm and the other rooms were only ready near 5pm, which is another 1.5-2 hours. We understand that China government required every occupants passport and visa entry to be photocopied but it is quite absurd to take such a long time for check in processing. Moreeover , we extended another night and communicated twice with front desk and have placed extra deposit requested ,and was requested to come to front desk the next day to swipe the card again. However , when some of us came down to front desk to swipe the room cards on next day , they were asked to place additional deposit again which resulting for total of RMB5000 for first night , additional RMB4500 for second night plus additional RMB2000 asked by reception again for rooms deposit , which was quite ridiculous. The rooms was also quite old and the only things drawing us to book the hotel was only it's central location which makes it convenient to travel to almost all the attractions on Line 1 via metro , and very short taxi distance to everywhere. There is also no kids club or any kids area , and the pool was closed during our stay. Kids amenities were provided in the room. Quite disappointing in terms of overall experience.

Pleasantly surprised with the location and spacious room. The exterior of building and lift looked rather dodgy until you get to hotel recrption. Took luxury street view suite. 1 king sized bed in one room with the huge ”bath tub” which takes a while to fill. The other room has a super single and a single bed. They added the single bed for us. No phone in room and wechat used to contact reception for extra towel. Can do better by placing 5 bath towels instesd of guest requesting extra towel almost every day of stay. There is the AI assistant in room. Food delivery is sent to room by robot and you just have to indicate room number in food order. Self service washer and dryer very much in demand by guests though. With 6 sets of machine, still need wait quite long if your timing is bad. Very hospitable staff. Sent us to lift and informed us can make room reservation on wechat for better room rates. We had kept our luggage at reception after check out and returned to pick up to depart for airport. They also allowed you to send taobao delivery prior to your arrival. Will stay again if we do.

La stanza è molto caratteristica, molto piacevole!Molto soddisfatto, il servizio del negozio è molto buono, attivo e entusiasta!Sono vicina a Xuang e sono vicina a Xuang, sono 2 volte troppo conveniente al giorno, vicino alla spiaggia, e'attraversare la strada principale! La cosa più assolutamente vale la pena alzarsi al mattino per camminare sulla strada del mare, oxigeno naturale!Le persone fanno meno foto casualmente!

This has been the best hotel on our china trip. The service was more than superb. Sia was so helpful during our stay. Thanks to her we were able to check out later since our flight got delayed. The breakfast was amazing and the room was really clean. I can also recommend the gym and spa!

Nell'ultimo anno sono stato a molti hotel in tutta la Cina. Questo hotel è uno dei migliori. La camera di gestione - Vista del mare è stata fantastica, la 24esima stanza ha una vista fantastica, solo una pietra gettata dall'isola di Gulangyu. L'hotel è in alto punto di vista, un vero hotel di 5 stelle in ogni aspetto, compreso l'eccellente palestra. Vi consiglio di prenotare una delle camere di gestione perché avrete accesso alla Sala Executive che vi permette di godere di deliziosi cibo e bevande tutto il giorno, accompagnati da molto pochi altri ospiti. La sala dirigente ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e inoltrabile. Naturalmente devo menzionare la posizione principale dell'hotel: a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana e la piazza di crociera di Lujiang notturna. Non c'è dubbio che se visitassi di nuovo Xiamen, ritornerò al Grand svizzero.

La camera è pulita e ordinata, l'ambiente è confortevole, l'Hilton è molto buono. Un ringraziamento speciale a Polly, la governante dell'hotel, che ha consultato le nostre esigenze prima del check-in e ha prenotato una tipologia di camera che soddisfacesse le nostre esigenze. Dopo il check-in abbiamo anche offerto uno spuntino alla frutta ai bambini. Inizialmente avevamo programmato di rimanere per due notti, ma era abbastanza confortevole. La nostra ospite Polly ha prolungato il nostro soggiorno per un'altra notte, quindi siamo rimasti per tre notti. Quando visiti Fuzhou, puoi dare la priorità a Sandi Hilton.
