The hotel is perfectly located in the food street. If you walk out the door and into food street, turn left on the opposite side of the road and walk about 100 meters you will come to an excellent ginger duck Claypot restaurant run by a young family (it's the second one you will come to). You'll know you're in the right place because the owner is moving non stop to fill orders. The hotel itself was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed. The window faces an indoor corridor, but it still looks cute. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The room ayi was very sweet. The kitchen staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was simple and could do with an omelet station. Apart from that, I was very happy with my choice to stay here.

Situato a Zhongsan Road, questo hotel è un luogo perfetto per voi se si desidera esplorare la zona, entro 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria a Gulangsu Island. Fantastic location about 200 metre walk from a metro station and stunning views of the waterfront and Gulangyu island from most of the rooms. Excellent large swimming pool and gym that seemed quiet all day, with clean towels and flipflops there waiting for you in the lockerroom. I particularly appreciated the business centre staff who were very helpful to me when I needed some help.

Grande hotel, pulito, moderno, buona posizione, eccellente servizio. Molto raccomandato, vorrei poter stare più a lungo, sarà di nuovo. Sicuramente sì se stai cercando di rimanere in qualche posto a Fuzhou. Ottenere una camera di vista del lago più alto livello

Front desk was very inefficient and quite disappointing, but the Floor Manager and the very helpful bellboy made up for it. Seems like front desk was totally untrained and took almost up to 1 hr just to process the check in itself and the group of us booked five rooms and only three rooms were ready by 3pm and the other rooms were only ready near 5pm, which is another 1.5-2 hours. We understand that China government required every occupants passport and visa entry to be photocopied but it is quite absurd to take such a long time for check in processing. Moreeover , we extended another night and communicated twice with front desk and have placed extra deposit requested ,and was requested to come to front desk the next day to swipe the card again. However , when some of us came down to front desk to swipe the room cards on next day , they were asked to place additional deposit again which resulting for total of RMB5000 for first night , additional RMB4500 for second night plus additional RMB2000 asked by reception again for rooms deposit , which was quite ridiculous. The rooms was also quite old and the only things drawing us to book the hotel was only it's central location which makes it convenient to travel to almost all the attractions on Line 1 via metro , and very short taxi distance to everywhere. There is also no kids club or any kids area , and the pool was closed during our stay. Kids amenities were provided in the room. Quite disappointing in terms of overall experience.

Coupl We had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel is perfectly located, with a stunning view of the lake, which was especially enchanting at night. Watching the moonlight dance on the water while relaxing at the hotel was truly magical. The staff were so warm and accommodating, but we’d like to give a special mention to Scott. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his friendly nature really made us feel at home. Breakfast was a real treat. The buffet had a great variety of options, and we were always excited to see what was on offer each morning. We particularly loved the apple oatmeal – it became a must-have for us during our stay! One of the highlights of the trip was strolling around the lake together. It was so peaceful and refreshing, and the scenic walk added such a lovely touch to our mornings. All in all, our stay at Kempinski was perfect. We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and grateful for the amazing service and beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service and views to match!

L'hotel è fantastico e ci soggiorniamo sempre quando viaggiamo a Xiamen. Ottimi servizi e personale accogliente, sebbene il ristorante che abbiamo provato all'interno dell'hotel fosse pessimo. Il ristorante era quello italiano al piano terra dell'hotel. Abbiamo ordinato una varietà di antipasti e piatti principali, anche se ci sono stati serviti a orari diversi e di fatto abbiamo mangiato tutti da soli. Ho sottolineato il fatto che è possibile portare tutti gli antipasti e i piatti principali contemporaneamente e la risposta è stata che impiegano tempi di cottura diversi. L'ho trovato sorprendente e sicuramente gli chef avrebbero potuto modificare la situazione per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Il personale del ristorante era pessimo, non ci hanno chiesto com'era il nostro pasto, anche se ne avevamo lasciato la maggior parte. In conclusione, l'hotel è meraviglioso, ma se state pensando di mangiare al ristorante italiano, lo sconsiglierei vivamente, perché il trattamento e il denaro speso non ne hanno giustificato il prezzo.

Stayed here for a transit trip and had a great experience. The hotel is very conveniently located—only about 10 minutes from Xiamen Airport, which makes travel extremely easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for business travelers, with a proper desk that made working convenient. Housekeeping was solid and the overall environment felt quiet and professional. What really stood out was the concierge service. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by arranging to courier items I accidentally left behind directly to the airport. That level of service was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or anyone needing a convenient stay near the airport.

Questo hotel è senza dubbio uno dei migliori in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Il servizio è molto cordiale. Quando sono arrivato a tarda notte, la donna alla reception mi ha illustrato le varie attrazioni della zona panoramica di Wuyishan e mi ha fornito una mappa utile. Allo stesso modo, quando sono partito, il personale dell'hotel mi ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi per la stazione ferroviaria. La camera era spaziosa, moderna e pulita. Offrono bottiglie d'acqua e tè di Wuyishan. Anche la doccia era molto comoda. La camera era il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata di arrampicata. Ci sono anche molti buoni servizi. Alla reception vendono set da tè di Wuyishan a un prezzo ragionevole. Hanno una lavanderia self-service. Offrono anche una deliziosa colazione calda a buffet per 25 dollari, che ritengo sia un prezzo ragionevole. Anche la donna che gestisce il buffet della colazione è stata molto cordiale. Infine, la posizione è ottima per esplorare Wuyishan. A 3 minuti di distanza c'è una fermata dell'autobus, da cui si può prendere un autobus urbano gratuito per l'ingresso sud. L'hotel si trova a circa 25 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo Wuyi, raggiungibile anche tramite un autobus urbano. Il quartiere di Sangu, dove si trova l'hotel, è pulito e ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Mi è piaciuto passeggiare lungo la strada principale di notte. In conclusione, consiglio vivamente questo hotel per un viaggio a Wuyishan.
