I clegri sono molto caldi. Rispondevano a tutte le mie domande per il viaggio e mi hanno dato qualche consiglio in inglese. L’ultimo giorno dopo aver fatto il check-out, il clegri mi ha anche portato alla stazione minibus, dicendomi come andare al Van Castle. Il colazione che offrono è un colazione tradizionale turco. Sebbene l'effetto di isolamento sonoro della stanza sia molto cattivo. Ogni notte mi sveglio a causa del rumore fuori. Se non siete rigorosi con il suono, vi consiglio di prenotare questo hotel.

Location definitely worth to choose this hotel you can walk modt of everywhere in central area very close by to airport and intercity bus station. Housekeeping needs bit more paying attention to not to creating issues on stay. Rest of all tge staff members very kind helpful

We recently stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service, particularly from a staff member named Halil. From the moment I checked in, Halil went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful—whether it was assisting with local directions, making recommendations, or ensuring everything in my room met expectations. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression and truly elevated the overall experience. It’s staff members like Halil who make a difference in hospitality. I've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess. There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan. They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool. Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming. Overall it is worth it.

The stay at Vantalya Otel in Van was great. I had the warmest welcome which immediately made me feel at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speaks English very well. The room is spacious and clean with a hot shower and well working airconditioner. Also breakfast is good and there’s a great variety to choose from. And the location of the hotel is right in the middle of the center, making it a good spot to explore Van.

Senelerdir Vana gelip gidiyorum her hafta. Hayatımda ilk kez bu kadar temiz bir otelde kaldım. Çalışanlar da mütevazı ve güler yuzluydu. Sık sık tercih edeceğim bir otel olacak gibi görünüyor.

Comfort suite otele gittiğimizde rezervasyonumuzu geç yaptığımız için boş odaları olmadığını farklı bi otelde kpnaklayacağımızı söylediler, pars palace otele götürüldük, odanın büyüklüğü yeterliydi, temizdi, kahvaltısını da çok beğendik vana tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz bir oteldi

Grande posizione, ma un po' rumoroso senza AC per tenere chiuse le finestre. Personale amichevole e camere abbastanza pulite. Colazione è stata buona per un hotel 3-star. In generale, un buon soggiorno!
