UUtente ospite酒店非常漂亮，距離海克利爾城堡35分鐘車程。很有歷史感。設施也很好，除了沒有空調，房間有點悶，但這是沒有辦法的事情。酒店旁邊就是廣袤的莊園，草坪、鮮花、樹木都很漂亮，早餐也非常美味。希望有機會再來

UUtente ospiteDifficult to sleep because the pillows were too bulky and incompressible and the room was too hot. I turned the radiator to minimum but it took hours to cool ( I could have opened the window.)

UUtente ospiteBreakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests.
Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer.
I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast.
Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise!
Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village!
It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!

RRB28The hotel room was clean and quite spacious.
Our main issue was that the check in time stated on Trip.com booking was 2pm. Whereas the hotel check in time was 3pm. So we had to wait in the lobby for a considerable time before being given a room. Additionally they were running late with housekeeping and we got the room only at 3.15pm. Which wasn't great as waiting with a tired kid wasn't convenient at all. I did highlight to the reception about the check in discrepancy but not sure if they corrected this online. They were friendly enough but there was no apology provided for the inconvenience and the wait.
Otherwise it's a nice hotel with a spa attached.

UUtente anonimoWe stayed for 1 night at this hotel. The room was lovely and staff were friendly. I requested a room with a bath which we got. However there was no plug in the bath so it wouldn’t fill up. The reception was helpful at getting us a new plug tho. We also used the swimming pool which was lovey and very clean. Overall a good experience.

MMisisGIt was a great experience for us as a family, I have to booked 2 rooms to accommodate the family of four, everything was absolutely fantastic. Kids enjoyed the food. It was 9/10 stars for all, except that it took us so long to wait for the room that was interconnected with the other room. I was told at first that it was interconnected but then when we went in there it wasn’t. huge thanks to Ms. Nadia from the front desk who was there to help us and got everything sorted for 10 minutes.
The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly 😊 we will definitely be back again.

UUtente ospiteA repeat visit to Norton Park Spa Hotel. I really enjoy the peaceful location with beautiful grounds where you can walk through woodland or sit on a swing gazing out at the lake.
The spa is perfectly acceptable - no idea why some have left bad reviews. Great sauna and steam room, plus real ice pile and strong, cold (or hot) shower available close to these two facilities which is great extra. Pool is big enough to swim laps (not just a token effort) and there are couple of heated, tiled loungers pool side too. I treated myself to a treatment of back massage and full body exfoliation with oil application, which was absolutely wonderful. Relaxation room after the treatment was welcome touch. I have used spas across the world at top hotels and this was up there with the best.
Restaurant is really high quality, certainly above my expectations of British hotel catering. The breakfast buffet has everything you could require - although it is self-service on the tea/coffee which I'd rather have served to table - plus you can order extras for free, like poached eggs and porridge, which are then cooked to order. There are also some pay-for extras if required. Dinner was even more fantastic - have eaten there four times in two stays and cannot fault.

NNatalieIl nostro soggiorno all'hotel per un matrimonio è stato in generale fantastico. La posizione era fantastica, fornendo un ambiente idylico per l'occasione. Anche se non abbiamo esplorato le strutture di spa e golf, sembravano invitanti. Il colazione è stato un piacevole mix di opzioni tradizionali inglese e continentale, a partire da oggi con un notevole note.
L’unico hiccup era la mancanza di assistenza con il bagaglio nella nostra stanza, un passo difficile in alto, soprattutto con il tempo imprevedibile. Fortunatamente, la pioggia si è fermata, il nostro viaggio è stato leggermente alleggerito.
Nonostante questo, abbiamo apprezzato il nostro tempo e consigliamo l'hotel per la sua splendida posizione e delizioso colazione, con un biglietto da preparare per un po' di passeggiata se la vostra stanza è più lontana.

PPik Kwan LauraL'hotel è in una buona posizione, vicino al terminal crociere e ai centri commerciali, quindi è molto comodo per mangiare, bere e divertirsi. Anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto premuroso e il personale è cordiale. Continuerò a considerare di soggiornare qui la prossima volta!
